Lovely park , facilities clean. Able to empty all waste and top up fresh water. Very short walk to shops and harbour. Great for dogs. A must see. Only stayed a night but a good park for several nights if we had the time. Locals very friendly and great little gift shops. Tesco here as well which is very handy for stocking up. Would highly recommend.
Fabulous site with excellent facilities, friendly staff, easy booking system. Within easy walking distance of the town,which is well worth a mooch around. Try the scran van in the harbour .... but get there early as the queue gets massive. Local walks close by,and very dog friendly.
lovely site well placed for Kirkcudbright town centre, excellent toilet and shower block with a dishwasher area just outside there are some some brick bbq areas will come back really good value for money

Enjoyed 2 nights here in early May. Nice views over the town, short walk to Tesco, takeaways, restaurants, museums, galleries etc. Level pitches, terraced so most had a view. £30 a night for 2 adults, including EHU (no option not to have it). Busy, worth booking ahead, we did and were emailed a code for entry. We never saw anyone in reception. Drive over grey waste very handy.
Great little site. Clean showers and good facilities (water/waste/electric). Easy online booking on the website and can choose pitch when booking (photos of each pitch and a site map to help you choose). Only a few minutes walk into the town and small harbour area.
Excellent site, we arrived late and no problem using the website to book. Good clean facilities and heated toilet block well laid out. Easy walk to the town plenty of amenities. Will definitely use again
We had a hardstanding pitch late October. All facilities available and spotless - but dated - although didn’t use showers/toilets as self contained. Pitch allocated when booking, however our was still occupied over an hour after they should have left. Steep hill down to town. Plenty of places to eat, drink & spend money. Artistic town of Scotland - apparently.
Great community caravan / Motorhome stopover. We love supporting these community parks as the funds go back into the community. Great park, hot showers, washing drier facilities. Lovely view into the village. Really made to feel welcome.

great site, close to the shops, excellent amenities, Kirkcudbright town is such a gorgeous little town and marina area, sad to be leaving this area , but will definitely be back to this site 5*
Der perfekte Platz! Nah am Zentrum, ruhig und alles vorhanden. Abwasser, Wasser, Toilette für Wohnmobile. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
It is a fantastic location and very close to the town centre, the best route is through the park at the camp's far end, leading to a 2-5min walk. The ablutions are clean and well-maintained. This site is a community site and is linked with the town swimming pool
I had booked a night to do all my services before getting the ferry to Ireland, but unfortunately the dryer was down so no laundry for me - otherwise, a perfectly well equipped site with everything you could need and beautiful views across the town. There’s are park right next door for the dogs to have a run around too.
This is a beautiful site overlooking the town. Short walk into town and local nature walks. The price is slightly higher relative to other sites but all services are present and very well maintained
Super location overlooking the town, with lovely woodland walks behind. Really good shower and toilet facilities, which were spotless. Pitches are nicely spaced , but ramps may be needed if you’ve a longer van. 5min downhill walk into the town which has many cafes, bars , galleries and independent shops. Scran van at the harbour Thurs-sun is well worth a try.
Lovely site, really close to the town centre and play park. We were parked on grass not hardstanding but it was fine. We were at the far end of the site and the WIFI didn't reach that far. All facilities were good.
This has been our fave spot so far! £25/night on grass pitch with EHU. Toilet facilities are impeccable and warm. Very quiet space with a beautiful view of the town, wish we could have stayed for a day to see it. The owner Craig was so incredibly helpful when we were desperate for a spot on a public holiday. Worth a stop!

Tried to book in tonight but website was not working properly so we drove up to the site to find no one manning the office and no contact telephone number. Left to find somewhere else very disappointing!
Nous n'avions pas réservé, la réception était fermée et nous avons pu tout faire en ligne. Camping très bien situé,sanitaires très propres,proximité du centre ville. et très beau panorama!
lovely site. £24.00 per night with EHU. Toilets & showers immaculate. Washing up area with really hot water. Laundry with 1 large washer /£3.00 coins. Dryer £1.00 2 sinks with hot and cold water. The pitches themselves are hard cored with electricity to each pitch. fantastic views. We loved it and stayed 2 nights, only leaving because Storm Dudley arrives tomorrow and we are high up here.
Perfect site. Community owned and ran so you are helping local projects. Toilets and showers were great. Lovely stay in a nice town. Great value for money too!
Our first ever camping site and we have been spoiled I fear. Perhaps 30 spots to choose from and with a great view of the town. 5 minutes walk on to High Street. Showers and toilets were wonderfully clean and there was also a launderette for use (we didn't need it). £20 a night and a great experience.
Excellent site overlooking the town. We couldn’t find any place open to stay this time of year after coming off the Irish ferry & were kindly allowed access by the owner. Many thanks and we will be back in the future. Highly recommend for price and facilities.
Clean and tidy site. Good views across the town. Walked in nearby woods and saw 3 red squirrels. Community site with profit going back to community.
Clean, well organised, simple campsite. Really like the fresh water, grey waste and Elson set up. Simple and easy to use.. no faff. Good views over the town which is a 5 minute walk away.

A beautiful site up above the town, with a short 5 minute walk into town. The site is well maintained and the hot shower and clean facilities were great. WiFi was included too!
Nice place well kept and handy for the town which has lots of eateries and a tesco.just s short walk away.
