Parked here 4-6-24 £6 for 24 hours car park was totally empty at 6pm it is on a slope but I parked across 4 bays with wheels on the curb to level out there is road noise but not excessive

L'endroit présentait tous les signes d'une mauvaise nuit de sommeil, mais la fête foraine était fermée à 19h00 (c'était un lundi soir de septembre). Le pub en haut du parking était calme, et la route, surélevée et bordée d'un mur de briques, était étonnamment correcte. La pente était plutôt bonne au bout. Il y a des toilettes publiques à 5 minutes à pied dans le parc, sous la route, après l'aire de jeux pour enfants (emportez votre propre papier toilette !) avec de l'eau chaude.
La ville est animée, les gens sont sympathiques, et le pub (Black Star) est excellent à 10 minutes. Grand choix de bières.
Promenades le long du canal et de la rivière également.

Spot had all the hallmarks of a poor night's sleep, but, the funfair was dead by 1900 ( it was a Monday night in September) the pub at the top of the car park was quiet, and the road, being elevated and having a brick wall along it was surprisingly OK. Slope not too bad at all at far end. There's a public toilet a 5min walk away in the park, under the road, past the kiddies play park ( take your own toilet paper!) with hot water.
Town is lively, people nice, excellent pub ( Black Star) 10mins away. Great real ale selection.
Canal and river walks too.

Der Ort hatte alle Anzeichen einer schlechten Nachtruhe, aber der Jahrmarkt war um 19:00 Uhr ausgestorben (es war ein Montagabend im September). Der Pub oben auf dem Parkplatz war ruhig, und die Straße, die erhöht war und von einer Backsteinmauer gesäumt wurde, war überraschend in Ordnung. Die Steigung am anderen Ende war gar nicht so schlimm. Es gibt eine öffentliche Toilette mit Warmwasser, 5 Gehminuten entfernt im Park, unter der Straße, hinter dem Kinderspielplatz (nehmen Sie Ihr eigenes Toilettenpapier mit!)
Die Stadt ist lebendig, die Leute nett, ein ausgezeichneter Pub (Black Star) 10 Minuten entfernt. Tolle Auswahl an Real Ale.
Auch Spaziergänge am Kanal und Fluss sind möglich.

dougflorence24/05/2021Now £6 for 24 hours enforced by ANPR. Funfair shut at 20:00 when we were here, which is good because it is noisy. Slopes down to canal basin but tolerable at the side close to the basin. Below a road but noise is not too bad. Probably worth avoiding in holiday season and at weekends when I guess it gets very busy. Will flood if the river Severn is over 2m on the EA gauge at Worcester.
