Merci à la ville pour ce magnifique site pour camping-car, gratuit et très bien pensé. Des sanitaires sont présents à 100m du site. bravo et merci

Parfait. Grand merci à la commune pour cette aire de camping car magnifique. Nous avons passé deux nuits. Une belle randonnée à faire juste à côté du village avec une grande curiosité (pont suspendu et escalier en bois de 500 mètres).

ein neuer Platz, alles gut angelegt mit einer schönen Aussicht. Plätze sind groß und fast grade. ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern. Und noch ist hier alles Kostenlos, vielen Dank an die Gemeinde. Und Camper geht fair und verlasst euren Platz sauber.

Amazing free park up, great pitches and services, toilets and hot showers in the village a few minutes walk away for free. The local free swimming pool is currently closed sadly but still lots of great hikes to do in the area.

Perfect space to rest and chill for a day or two! Would definitely recommend.

Wir haben nicht übernachtet sind aber zum Wasser auffüllen gekommen und einmal über den Stellplatz gefahren und es sieht wirklich sehr sehr schön aus. Die Anlage ist super neu gemacht und es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Plätze sind sehr angenehm angeordnet und wir wären bestimmt eine Nacht geblieben hätten wir mehr Zeit gehabt.

Super schön angelegter Platz und ein nettes kleines Dorf. Ist absolut einen Besuch wert. Das Schwimmbad hatte leider geschlossen.

Wir sind begeistert! Endlich mal ein WoMo Stellplatz wie wir ihn in der Algarve bislang vermisst hatten. Hier scheint es eine sehr gute Gemeinde zu geben! Der Grillplatz und die Waschplötze sind auf dem „alten“ Platz ganz vorn neben dem neuen Areal! Die neuen Plätze bieten viel Platz. Duschen sind neben der Kirche- 3min Fußweg. Danke an die Gemeinde! Der Holzwanderweg ist auch zu empfehlen! 5⭐️

Increíble área! no le ponemos un 10 porque no podemos! unas vistas increíbles, con baño y duchas (tienes q andar 5min) barbacoa, mesas picnic hasta piscina! Mil gracias al pueblo ... Y si queréis cenar bien, hay un bar llamado "Tapas" donde la comida es casera!

Scarico acque grigie e nere con rifornimento acqua. Adiacente si trova una sosta camper molto accogliente e in ordine con splendida vista.

The new space is super clean & pretty empty.A sign says it's in trial phase, so eventually it won't be free anymore. I love the quietness here& the sweet little village, that's worth to have a walk through (snack bar is my favorite& bought good honey). Pls out of respect leave everything cleaner as you found it(wc/shower). Big thank you alferce for providing, I highly appreciate this rare space.

El área es tal cual viene en la foto. todos los servicios gratuitos. El inconveniente es llegar hasta aquí. Agradecimiento al alcalde por pensar en nosotros.

Gates to the new area still closed. Water supply is working in both the original outside area & the newly constructed bit. There are toilets really close and also next to the pool. With sink in the actual toilet room so you can have a wash of the important bits - useful since I can’t find showers that other people mentioned!

Leider ist der echte Stellplatz durch ein Tor geschlossen. Die Straße zum Stellplatz runter kann man allerdings mit mehreren Fahrzeugen (auch langen) gut parken. Zum Schlafen dürfte der Weg etwas zu schräg sein, außer man fährt wirklich bis unten durch. Wir haben vor Ort nur gekocht, gegessen und gespült. Schöner Schattenplatz zum Spülen, als wäre man in einem Park. Wäscheleine vorhanden.

Portail de l’aire effectivement fermé, néanmoins on peut stationner autour et tout ce qu’il faut est à l’extérieur ! Toilettes publiques ouvertes, douches, éviers, eau potable à plusieurs endroits dans la ville (gros luxe vue la difficulté en Algarve), vidange eaux grises, poubelles de tri et lavoir ! Nous ne savons pas pourquoi l’aire créée est fermée mais ce lieu est bien pratique !

Es un aparcamiento para 4 ACs, pero tiene barbacoa, vaciado de aguas y llenado, también unos aseos en muy buen estado. El área parece que está terminada pero no está abierta aún, no sé cuál será el motivo. Desde aquí hicimos la ruta de las pasarelas del barranco do Demo.

Ik heb een mail naar de gemeente gestuurd met de vraag waarom de nieuwe prachtige camperplaats nog niet open is. De volgende dag kreeg ik al een keurige mail terug. De reden is, volgens hen, dat het bedrijf dat de elektriciteit moet leveren te laat is met het aanleggen van de infrastructuur waardoor er dus nog geen stroom is. Men schrijft dat men hoopt dat dit spoedig opgelost zal worden.

Thanks to the town for this Aire. Its great to stay over and visit the mountain walk and “rope” bridge over the valley. New Aire still not complete so closed, so spaces are limited. Looks very nice though.

Der neue Stellplatz ist seit mindestens 2023 fertig, Er wurde mit EU-Geldern , laut Schild , gefördert. Aber er ist noch immer geschlossen. Einen Grund konnte der Gemeindeangestellte nicht nennen. Der alte Platz wird von der PKW der Anwohner blockiert, man fühlt sich nicht willkommen.

The new bit is still closed but we were able to park on the entry road and use the services. Ideal place to park to hike, there are a number of trails from the town. There are 2 lots of toilets in the town and a small shop.

Looks great but still closed. Despite all the new and great road signs no need to follow for now.

A practical aire which has only four available spaces. Grey and black disposal and fresh water as expected and functional. The access road to the new aire (next to the laundry area) is usable for overnight stays, there were five of us there as the four upper spaces were occupied. The aire will be great once it opens. There are some beautiful hikes in the area.

L'aire de camping car est fermé, en travaux. Dommage pour nous, elle sera vraiment très agréable. Nous avons pu passer la nuit sur la route d'entrée, côté droit, le long du lavoir et potager. Nuit tres calme. Belles balades, village dégageant une belle énergie, très paisible.

Offizieller neuer Stellplatz auch heute noch nicht geöffnet. Hier wird viel gearbeitet. Wir haben mit 6 anderen Womos in der breiten Zufahrt gestanden. War wegen der bellenden Hunde in den Zwingern in direkter Nähe leider keine ruhige Nacht. Aber die Wanderungen sind schön.

Nous y avons passé la nuit du 29 janvier. Endroit très calme la nuit. Vidanges eaux grises et brunes. Eau (non potable). Travaux en cours pour faire une nouvelle aire, qui devrait être très bien. Merci à la municipalité, pour ces services gratuits. Aire bien située pour randonnées (avec pont suspendu et points de vues)

Follow the signs up through the little town. Some roadworks are restricted access slightly. 3 vans and some cars were parked alongside the service area. Another 6 vans were parked lower down on a slightly sloping area. Seemed ok but very wet today so we just serviced van (good facilities) and drove on.

Der Platz wird sicher Mal schön, jetzt ist er noch geschlossen (mit Tor + Kette)! Keine Ver- und Entsorgung möglich. Wir standen mit 4 anderen vor der engen Einfahrt. Für große WoMo nicht zu empfehlen. Nur der Zugang zu den Mülleimern ist frei. Korrektur: Ver- und Entsorgung, Frischwasser ist gleich nebenan beim bisherigen Platz. Danke dafür!

The municipal service is work now for charge the clean water end empty the grey and dark water. Also cute village and able to hiking around. Camping doesn’t work right now but you can park here, 6-8 places available, not for huge motorhome

Ver-/Entsorgung funktioniert, wegen Baustelle aktuell eher nur für kleinere Fahrzeuge (6 m ohne Probleme) Stellplatz noch nicht geöffnet, wir haben jedoch mit 3 anderen Camper über Nacht in der Zufahrt geparkt, was problemlos war. Morgens kam sogar eine Brotverkäuferin vorbei. Das Cafe/Restaurant im Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Der neue Platz ist leider immer noch nicht offen. Gefühlt der ganze Ort ist zur Zeit Baustelle. Der Weg mit Hängebrücke sehr sehr schön.

Ich verstehe die guten Bewertungen nicht: der neue Platz noch nicht eröffnet(fragen uns auch wer diesen geplant hat-teilweise absolut unpraktisch) und der alte Platz wurde gerade von einem Einheimischen mit PKW zugeparkt- da interessiert auch ein Tourist nicht, der hier offiziell stehen möchte. Man erntet ablehnende Blicke im ganzen Dorf!Schade, diese Eu- Gelder sind verschwendet!

Meget stille fin plads, med meget fine og rene toiletter. Ca. 200 meter til offentlige toiletter og varmt bad oppe i byen. Bliver spændende at se hvordan byen udvikler sig når den nye AC plads åbner. Håber byen kan beholde sin charme med de nye tiltag

Es sind zwar gerade Straßenarbeiten, aber die Bauarbeiter sind extra zur Seite gefahren. Der Platz ist super mit Waschbereich, Toiletten, Entsorgung. Eine heiße Dusche gibt es sogar gegenüber vom Kinderspielplatz.

Unable to access today due to roadworks. We were directed around the cemetery but the road degenerates to a track which we didn’t fancy!

J'y suis passé le 10 octobre. Le nouvel emplacement n'était toujours pas ouvert. Quel dommage ! Mais, par contre, il y a une balade extraordinaire à faire à pied : le Passadiço do Barranco do Demo. Pour y accéder, à pied bien sûr, longer le nouvel emplacement et 50 mètres après la fin vous arrivez à une intersection de 4 chemins et à partir de là c'est indiqué ! Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Hay servicios de carga y descarga de grises/negras gratis. Lavaderos para lavar ropa con agua corriente y tenderla. Una barbacoa con dos picas al lado para platos. Y en una de las callecitas hay un horno a leña público para usar, y hay baños abiertos. Las plazas para aparcar están desniveladas y ocupadas por coches del pueblo. Paramos en la calle, está más nivelada. El area de AC está cerrada

Der neue Platz hat zwar noch nicht geöffnet (aufgrund fehlender elektrischer Abnahme), trotzdem ist es sehr schön hier. Saubere Toiletten, moderne Entsorgung, schöner Platz. Nattes Städtchen mit tollem Restaurant. Empfehlenswert!

Aire avec aucun intérêt, il y a que 4 places et les locaux s en servent de parking donc il rester qu une place, ont nous a bien fait comprendre qu ils n aimaient pas les campings caristes, ils ont fait du bruit nuit et jour . À fuir

Super aire de service (eau potable, lavoir, barbecue, toilettes et piscine accessibles gratuitement). Peu de places mais une plus grande aire est en cours de construction à côté. Village mignon et très calme au pied de plusieurs randos.

Petita àrea on només caben 4 AC, però amb uns serveis al davant, lloc per a rentar roba i estendre-la al costat, lloc per a escurar i agafar aigua en marraixa, canvi i omplida d’aigües, en fi, una menuda joia. Baix han fet un altra àrea on deuen encabir no menys de 50 Ac però encara està tancada. Lloc per a fer marxes de muntanya preciós

Aire de camping car dans un petit village sympathique. La nouvelle est quasi finie parfait pour faire le plein et une bonne nuit.

A côté de l'église, vous avez des toilettes propres avec papier toilette et des douches chaudes qui ferment à clé !!! le bonheur ✨

Ein sehr schöner Ort zum übernachten. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt und die Anwohner lächeln dich beim vorbeigehen an und winken dir zu. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Selten so ein sauberes WC angetroffen und auch der Bereich zum Abwaschen war extrem sauber und gepflegt.

One of the best places to park your motorhome. All the services are free, including potable water. There is also a swimming pool nearby which is open from 12h to 18h (closed on Mondays) which is free to use. The bathrooms there are well maintained as well. Also, there is a potential hike you can do nearby to see this newly opened wooden bridge between two hills.

4 places de camping car, 2 utilisées par des campings car, les autres par 3 voitures. Impossible de se garer. ca n'empêche que nous avons pû remplir et vidanger sans pb. la piscine est top.

Une des meilleurs aires que l'on a faite. L'Europe vient de financer une nouvelle aire qui va bientôt ouvrir avec un meilleur confort avec le Wifi gratuit. La piscine gratuite est ouverte du mardi au dimanche.

Enorm mooi plekje, maar helaas voor de deur moeten staan en slapen. De camperplaats is dicht! Niet duidelijk waarom en wanneer deze open gaat. Op de oprit kun je staan en slapen. Ernaast zijn faciliteiten, toiletten en loosplek. Geen stroom etc.

Eine echte Perle! Ruhig, sauber und relativ neu, alles was man braucht vorhanden. Kleines Postamt, nette Bar. Einwohner alle freundlich. Pool war leider aus unerfindlichen Gründen geschlossen (bei 37*C wirklich schade). Wir haben oben auf dem gepflasterten Bereich neben der Ver- und Entsorgung gestanden. Bitte behandelt den Ort respektvoll und verlasst ihn sauber.

Unfortunately the big area is still not open :( but it looks incredible with all the parking, free washing facilities, public bathrooms, fresh/grey/black water even a bbq. Big potential! Very nice spot with everything you could ever ask for.. Will be amazing once they open the actual park up.. Only downside is there are a lot of flies around, unbearable at times. Some nice hikes around though some of the trails are pretty overgrown. Nice, sleepy little village with friendly locals

Incredible spot. Unfortunately the swimming pool closes at 18:00. So if you want to swim, don’t be late. In the village a new snackbar opened up very recently. They are kind to help with anything. We ate diner and picked up bread in the morning. Unfortunately the new camperspot (45 places it seemed) is still not operational..

Toller Platz mit Ausgangspunkt zu einer Wanderung mit Hängebrücke. Der offizielle Platz ( ein Schmuckstück) wird eröffnet sobald die Electric funktioniert. Da muss noch eine Firma tätig werden. Habe Info von der Gemeinde Alferce per Mail bekommen.2 Toiletten direkt am oberen Parkplatz.Weitere 2 Toiletten mit 2 Duschen rechts an dem Gemeindehaus für ältere Menschen in ungefähr 250 m Entfernung.

Ganz toller Parkplatz mit allem was man braucht! Es gibt sogar ein paar Meter entfernt weitere öffentliche Toiletten mit warmen Duschen dabei! Der große Platz ist leider immernoch nicht eröffnet, aber oben oder unten am Rand ist genug Platz.

Super Platz. sauber, alles umsonst. Danke an die Gemeinde!!! Das man sich über hingegeben aufregen muss, ist kleinlich! Das gehört in Portugal dazu!

Platz geschlossen. Wir haben uns an den Eingang davor gestellt. Lautes Hundebellen Abends, Nachts und Tagsüber. Schlafen unmöglich! Einheimische Grüßen nicht und parken die Wohnmobileplätze voll.

Toller Platz. Die vier Plätze die es hat, sind etwas uneben. Der grössere Teil ist noch nicht offen.

Einfach toll, dass es so etwas gibt. Eigentlich alles, was es braucht und noch mehr, wie ein kostenloses Schwimmbad. In Kürze wird wohl noch grösserer Stellplatz (siehe Photo) eröffnet. Da versteht es sich von selbst, dass man hier auch Essen und Einkaufen geht. Unser Tipp „Snack bar petisqueira TAPAS“, tolles Essen und Service ( gutes Englisch) zu portugiesischen Preisen.

Dieser Platz ist eine Bereicherung für alle Camper in Portugal. Grauwasserentleerung,Wasser gratis auffüllen, Pool, warme Duschen,Toiletten gratis. Ebenerdige Stehfläche,ruhig mit gigantischer Aussicht auf das Tal.Hier fühlt man sich willkommen! Toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zur Hängebrücke mit tollem Panorama Imbiss, Wanderungen. Wir durften sogar bei dem Dorffest das Tanzbein schwingen

Magnifique aire gratuite avec vidanges, eau, barbecue, lavoir, toilettes ! Joli village avec cafés/restos et épicerie. Douches et toilettes supplémentaires vers l'église. L'aire étant complète, nous avons passé la nuit le long de la rue allant à la future aire. A faire : la randonnée "Barranco do Demo" avec passerelle suspendue !

Der Platz ist noch nicht offen, doch vor dem Tor ist es möglich, am Wegrand zu stehen. Die Dienstleistungen sind vorhanden. Für das Geräuschkonzert sorgen viele Hähne in der Nachbarschaft.

O local tem todos os serviços a funcionar.Passa uma carrinha pela manhã a vender pão. O novo parque está previsto abrir brevemente e parece ser espetacular com algumas sombras e ainda mais perto dos passadiços

Hoffentlich wird der neue Stellplatz bald eröffnet und hoffentlich bleibt er kostenfrei, das was man bis jetzt sieht, sieht super aus. Der Boardwalk mit Hängebrücke ist herrlich zu laufen. Wenn der neue Platz eröffnet ist gibt es 5 Sterne.

Es gibt aktuell keinen ausgewiesenen Camper Stellplatz, lediglich eine Wasserstation und 2 große Parkbuchten.Diese sind nicht explizit für Camper ausgewiesen. Deswegen werden sie von den Anwohnern zugeparkt wenn ein Mobil wegfährt.Die sehen die Camper nicht gerne, schade denn das Projekt wird von der EU mit finanziert.Der große Platz ist noch nicht fertig! Vielleicht entspannt sich dann die Lage.

We stayed for 3 nights, 18/03/24. We made use of the services in the village which were in good working condition. We parked outside the newly built aire which hasn't opened, but it looks like it will be great. There were a few other campervans here too. We parked near the bottom, relatively flat. A lovely 5km hike nearby on the newly built boardwalk and suspension bridge. Bread delivery van too.

Gute Möglichkeiten zu wandern. Super Service. Internet gut. Sehr leckeres Brot von einer älteren Dame vom Dorf, sie kam mit ihrem kleinen Bus vormittags. 3€ für ein großes Brot. Gerne wieder.

We did not stay overnight this time but came to walk the new nature trail, starting from the cemetery in Alferce. Dont miss it, its a fantastic walk on boardwalks and suspension bridge. Only 2,2 km out and back.

In a very small village which was quiet and peaceful. All the facilities are immaculate by the aire, the shower and toilet in the village are dated but free. Ideal for walking and hiking. We used it as a base from which we explored the surrounding areas (Monchique, Aljezur) by scooter. This a small aire, shared parking with the locals don't take up two places with inconsiderate parking!

Indkørslen til den nye plads holdte vi på. Den er endnu ikke helt færdig men det tyder på 50 pladser og udsigten er fremragende. Rigtig mange vandreruter i skovene omkring. Kan bestemt anbefales. Der er toilet og bad ved kirken og en offentlig pool, denne var dog ikke åben endnu.

Dankeschön an die Gemeinde für diesen tollen Platz und den kostenlosen Service.... Der Barranco do Demo ist Pflicht zu wandern - Top... im Dorf die Kneipe hat günstige Preise und eine nette Atmosphäre...

Gemeente bedankt voor deze servece plaats. Wij hebben 2 nachten gestaan hier. In de straat van de nieuwe camperplaats, dit ziet er mooi uit maar is nog niet klaar was gesloten

Nur 3 Sterne für das was wir sehen konnten. Ein voller Platz mit einem Camper der mit seinem Wohnmobil mit Anhänger gleich 3 Plätze belegte und nicht gewillt war, ein paar Meter vorzufahren ,dann hätten wir noch reingepasst . Beim Ausweichplatz ist die Auffahrt so steil, da kann man nur mit kleinem Womo hoch. So mussten wir in der Dunkelheit wieder runter nach Monchique fahren. Schade

Immer wieder schön! Vielen Dank an die Kommune für die Bereitstellung dieses Platzes mit allen Einrichtungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der neue Platz ist sehr gut und durchdacht, noch nicht ganz fertig.

Sitio estupendo aunque con pocas plazas. Si está completo recomiendo subir a lado del cementerio. Hay sitio para 3 o 4 autocaravanas y con unas vistas estupendas de los passadiços do demo. Es solo a un minuto conduciendo del area.

Herzlichen Dank an die Gemeinde für diesen tollen Platz und den tollen Service, ich freue mich auf den neuen Stellplatz der wohl bald fertiggestellt wird. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden und eine nette Bar wo es leckeres Essen gibt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Leider kann ich nur 5 Sterne vergeben. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Geweldige plek, jammer dat veel te grote campers de plaats inemen. Plaats voor 3, maar niet als er 2 campers breed uit gaan staan. Bij de sportplaats is er ook mogelijkheid om te gaan staan. Een nieuwe camperplek is in aanbouw. Dank aan de gemeente Alferce, voor alles wat zij aanbieden. Er zijn geen sterren genoeg voor deze plek.

Klasse Stellplatz! Nur gibt es Camper die gerne mehr Platz einnehmen als sie brauchen und sich dann auch noch beschweren, wenn man sich dazu stellen will. Danke an das Dorf für die Möglichkeit, stellt euch nicht bei dem Friedhof hin, dass ist nämlich Naturschutzgebiet und nur bis 22Uhr gestattet.Der GNR ließ uns 1 Nacht beim Sportplatz stehen, deutlich bessere Atmosphäre als bei den Campern unten.

Grazie alla comunità alferciana...ma dovrebbero decidere se è per i camper o per i camion o per le vetture...

Schöner Platz mit allem was man benötigt - noch dazu kostenlos. Direkt im Ort und doch nur wenige Schritte bis in die Natur. Sicher und ruhig. Danke Alferce für diese tolle Möglichkeit!

How extraordinary. Amazing facilities for a free aire. In a very lovely and well cared for village. The new, very large aire should be open soon. I imagine they'll charge but it will be worth it.

Het is een prima onderhouden camperplaats. Er wordt een nieuwe camperplaats aangelegd achter deze. Ziet er naar uit dat die rond de 20 plaatsen krijgt maar of die dan nog gratis is?

Village très accueillant. L’aire est en train d’être agrandie. Plusieurs ballades / randos au départ du village. Il y a une aire de jeux pour enfants et des sanitaires avec douche derriere l’église.

Good spot to stay the night in overflow parking. Some dog noise. Sweet water for drinking. Really appreciate such places. Overflow road under construction as at 5 December 2023.

Es un espacio en el interior del pueblo con servicio gratuito para vaciado de aguas grises y negras y llenado muy limpio y cuidado y con adaptador para la manguera. Hay 5 huecos de estacionamiento pero no exclusivos de autocaravanas. fregadero, lavadero y aseo impecables y gratuitos. No se puede pedir más. paseo y pueblo precioso para visitar. Muchas gracias al ayuntamiento. Pueblo en auge.

Nice town, clean amenities, flat area. As previously stated there were some locals taking up a few of the spots, we parked along the wall facing the site, and left early.

Platz ist sehr schön gemacht mit Buchten für 5 Wohnmobile. Leider sind 2 plus sonstige Freiflächen mit Einheimischen PKWs und Kleinlastern zugeparkt. Dadurch waren wir gezwungen wieder zu gehen. Die Gemeinde sollte sich entschließen entweder gegen Falschparker vorzugehen, oder diesen Platz wieder zu schließen. Es macht wenig Sinn wenn die Wohnmobile sich umsonst durch die engen Gassen quälen.

Only 4 spots available at the moment because the overflow parking is under development & fenced off. No sign of anything happening there so this will probably take a long time to be completed (although what needs to be done is questionable, it worked fine for years as it was?)

En ningún lugar hay señalizacion, vertical ni horizontal, de que los cinco lugares que hay sean exclusivos para las autocaravanas. Por lo demás, el sitio está muy bien, muy completo, aunque el acceso podría mejorar.

2 rustige nachten gehad. Buurtbewoners waren vriendelijk en groeten. Ik snap de reactie van de 18e hier voor niet zo, want de waren wij er ook en vinden ons totaal niet in dit verhaal. Alles is schoon en werkt goed. De parkeerplaatsen zijn niet als camperplaatsen aangemerkt. maar dit gaat als sinds de bouw goed.

Alferce is accommodating & friendly with great facilities. There are 5 dedicated spaces in this popular location not 10. Other reviewers report being told by a resident that there are only 2 dedicated spaces & those adjacent to the sink/bbq are residents only parking. This is incorrect & should be ignored. The motorhome parking area is obvìous but would benefit from clear signage.

Sommige buurtbewoners zijn bijzonder onvriendelijk. Ik ben weggestuurd van een plek waar 2 campers kunnen staan met de mededeling dat die plek is gereserveerd voor de bewoners. Bewoners worden opgestookt door 2 personen. Wellicht dat de nieuwe plek waar al jaren met geld van de Europese gemeenschap aan wordt gebouwd beter wordt.

Der Platz verdient 5 Sterne. Leider gibt es Probleme mit einigen Anwohnern, die die Plätze neben der V/E-Station offensichtlich als ihre Privatparkplätze betrachten und die Wohnmobilisten wenig gastlich massiv von den Parkplätzen vertreiben. Sehr schade für die positive Idee der Gemeinde, so etwas Leben in den etwas verschlafenen Ort zu bringen.

área muy bien dotada de servicios para cambios de agua, tiene aseos WC, lavaderos con tendederos de ropa, pilas y barbacoa y todos muy limpios. En el pueblo y muy cerca del área, hay otros aseos públicos con duchas y agua caliente. Fuente de agua buenísima. Pueblo muy pequeño pero muy agradable la gente. Es un alivio este área cuando no puedes pecnoctar en ningún sitio del Algarve.

Ein schöner Platz in den Bergen mit kleinen Ort. Zur Zeit sind nur 4 Parkplätze vorhanden. Es wird ein größerer Stellplatz gebaut eine Fertigstellung ist nicht angegeben. Der Ort bemüht sich sehr um Camper vielen Dank an die Gemeinde.

Ich bin um 16:00 Uhr hier angekommen und leider stehen hier drei PKWs auf dem Stellplatz, darum nur 3 Sterne. Ich musste mich zwischen zwei PKWs quetschen. Ansonsten ist es wirklich ein schöner Stellplatz.

Mitten im Dorf Alferce gelegen, gibt es alles, das man benötigt: Frischwasser, WC-Entsorgung, Abwasser, saubere WC‘s und Waschmöglichkeiten. Der kleine Platz bietet Sitzmöglichkeiten unter Bäumen und man kann das Treiben im Dorf beobachten. Man sollte Ohropax dabei haben, da die Hunde des Dorfes bis spät Nachts bellen und die Müllabfuhr gegebenenfalls vorbeikommt. Sehr zu empfehlen und kostenlos.

Die Zufahrt ist etwas steil und Serpentinen ähnlich. Mit dem Van oder mit dem Wohnmobil definitiv machbar. Es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten, Plätze zum spülen, Plätze um Wäsche zu waschen (inkl Leinen zum aufhängen) und saubere Toiletten. Der Pool ist 2 min entfernt und von 12:00-19:00 geöffnet. Die Duschen sind neben der Kirche, schräg gegenüber des Spielplatzes. Großartig

excelente lugar para pasar la noche, en mi caso fui con un compañero y nuestras parejas cada uno en su coche, pasamos la noche excelente, ame el clima y la tranquilidad del pueblo, hay 3 aseos, uno justo donde están todas las instalaciones, es decir, para lavar y tender ropa, aparcar, cocinar, fregar. otro en la piscina y otro donde están las duchas a 50metros más o menos. todo excelente!!!

Sehr schöner Stellplatz! Sehr ruhig & abgelegen. Es gibt einen öffentlichen Pool. Alles sauber. Perfekt um autark zu stehen!

Ideal para encontrar la tranquilidad en un pueblo de menos de 600 habitantes que, sin embargo, ofrece todo: carga y descarga de agua, lavadero, fregadero, aseos, ducha (en los otros aseos), árboles que dan algo de sombra y ¡hasta piscina pública con césped gratuita! Aunque sólo hay 5 sitios, hay espacios cerca donde aparcar igualmente. Ejemplo espectacular de cómo atraer turismo. Muito obrigado!!

Nous remercions la ville d’Alferce de mettre un tel espace gratuit pour les voyageurs avec toutes les commodités et la piscine gratuite. Par contre, il n’y a pas dix places même si aucune voiture ne se gare. Au mieux il y a six places. Donc quand les voitures se garent il ne reste plus beaucoup de place.

Services extrêmement pratiques, toilettes très propres, les douches (derrières l’église a 150m) sont forts pratiques (même si anciennes) eau chaude ! Cerise sur le gâteau la piscine en libre accès, rafraîchissante ! Possible de laver son linge a la main, bbq, vidange et eau à dispo tout gratuitement

Super, einer der besten, kostenlosen Campingplätze, die ich besucht habe. Mit etwas Glück bekommt man einen Platz, wenn nicht kann man vor dem Platz rechts auf Schotter parken. Das einzige was noch toll wäre, ist Strom. Der Pool um die Ecke ist super, die kostenlosen Toiletten relativ sauber. Die Dusche etwas mehr im Dorfkern, zwar etwas älter, aber tut was es soll. Wäsche waschen auch möglich.

Sehr ruhig. Alles was man braucht. Da die Plätze begrenzt sind sollte die Anreise nicht zu spät sein. Um die Ecke ist ein kostenloser Pool. Was braucht man mehr.

Possibilité de remplir l’eau et de vider, barbecue, 2 lavabos, lavoir et fils pour étendre le linge, piscine ouverte et gratuite à côté et 2 douches chaudes et wc ouverts h24 dans le village à 3 min à pieds derrière l’église. Nous avons passées une nuit au calme, nous étions 2 vans. 4 places pour se garer s’il n’y pas de voitures garées. Vraiment super qu’il existe des endroits comme ça !

Pretty little village to explore the passodiços and suspension bridge. Peaceful night with little traffic, free water supply, waste, sinks & bbq area. Free outside swimming pool (but closed when we were here). Free toilets and warm showers just past the church in village centre. Only 2 spaces (if you’re lucky!) as locals park cars and a container dumped…. A car got moved so we could stay

Löblicher Ansatz, aber nicht praktikabel. Wir haben hier heute keinen Platz gefunden. Der kostenlose Aufenthalt führt offenbar zu Langzeitnutzungen. Es passen maximal 3 WOMOs auf den Platz, heute stand noch ein PKW und ein Container im Weg. Die mühsame Anfahrt hat sich für uns nicht gelohnt. Wir mussten weiterfahren.

Einer unserer Lieblingsplätze, mitten in einem kleinen Dorf. Die Ver- und Entsorgung funktioniert ohne Probleme. Da beiden Plätze oben belegt waren, standen wir wieder auf dem Schotterplatz nebenan ohne Probleme. Man hört Hunde bellen und der Hahn kräht, aber man ist auf einem Dorf. Leider hatte Restaurant und Laden geschlossen. Früh kommt eine Frau mit dem Auto und verkauft Eier und Brot.

Für einen kostenlosen Stellplatz genial. Wäsche waschen und aufhängen über Dach. Große Geschirrspüle, Frisch/-abwasservers. sauber und gut im Schuss. (Wasserdruck mäßig) und sogar zwei Toiletten und einen Grill. Leider (stand Mai.2023) nur 3 Stellplätze, aber 3 weitere im Bau. Schöne Sitzgelegenheiten mit Panorama Ausblick. Steile und enge Anfahrt. Waren Glückich den letzten Platz zu ergattern

Everything you'd want, facilities top notch, cute village, free pool, outdoor kitchen with clothes washing facilities and public toilets with showers. only reason I've give 4 stars is due to the barking dogs and Cockerell going off all night. If I had my ear plugs I'd have given 5☆

Très déçu. Plus qu'une place de disponible. Travaux aux pieds du camping car. Pas d'ombre. Ne vous fatigué pas à monter, cela ne vaut pas la peine. On redescend sur Monchique au niveau du stade de foot.

Si vous aimez la tranquillité en pleine nature et au calme venez ici. Il y a tous les services gratuits ( merci à la commune) et nous avons pu acheter des œufs frais et des citrons à une mamie.

sítio muito sossegado mas sem rede telemóvel e internet tornando se preocupante em caso de emergência. ouviu-se realmente algum latido de cães e por fim de manhã, uma senhora vem vender pão alentejano e ovos caseiros mesmo no local. a piscina estava fechada.

Él área dispone de agua potable y llenado y vaciados de aguas negras y grises. También dispone de una zona de lavado para la ropa

Schöner ruhiger Stellplatz in einem bezaubernden Dörfchen. WC, Duschen, Grill und sogar ein Pool sind vorhanden. Morgens kam eine süße ältere Dame vorbei und hat Brot und Eier verkauft. Im Dorf gibt es auch 3 Cafés in denen man essen gehen kann. Außerdem kann man auch von hier aus schön wandern gehen. Vielen Dank an die Gemeinde, dass sie das ermöglicht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Super installation pour van et camping car. Les douches les plus proches sont en rénovation mais il y a des douches froides et sanitaires derrière l'église. Super départ de rando également, les gens du village nous disaient tous bonjour à notre passage. Petit bémol des chiens et coqs la nuit mais un super endroit

Platz ist super, alles da gebraucht wird. Aber Achtung, der Schwarzwasser-Wasserhahn hat wenig Druck, deshalb wird der vom Frischwasser dafür genutzt … ekelhaft, lieber desinfizieren zur Sicherheit!

He estado allí 3 días, os comento , hay para cuatro plazas pero como dicen hay una obra en una vivienda de enfrente y tienen ocupado dos y si están los otros libres lo ocupan con la furgoneta, se puede aparcar en un camino de tierra compacto que es donde yo estuve, ojo , si os coláis en la finca fuera del camino te multarán pues el agricultor avisa a la policía, también comentan lo de los perros que ladran , pues es cierto, frente al aparcamiento hay perreras con varios perros y suelen ladrar a la noche, no durante el día, los servicios son todos gratuitos menos la luz e internet. En el pueblo hay algunos senderos y un pequeño bar donde con suerte podrás comer, a unos 5 kms esta Monchique donde encontraréis supermercado y más restaurantes.

Achtung! Baustelle….man kann in der Umgebung parken. Die Ortsdurchfahrten sind teilweise recht eng (teilintegriert, 2.25m)

Voorzieningen aanwezig en werkend. Rustige nacht gehad. De plaats zelf wordt nog bezet door de bouwvakkers. Vlakbij kan je ook prima staan. Leuk dorpje. Zwembad was gesloten.

al nostro passaggio alcuni parcheggi erano occupati da un cantieri e gli altri da auto, ma abbiamo trovato posto lungo l'ampia strada sterrata. scarico grigie e nere possibile. Il sapore dell'acqua potabile non dei migliori. In paese, sotto al centro diurno, ci sono dei wc pubblici con anche la doccia calda (ricordatevi che anche altre persone vorrebbero avere l'acqua calda ;-)!

Beaucoup de monde ce jour là. Nous n'y sommes pas restés. Merci à la municipalité pour nous proposer l'eau et les services gratuits.

Für eine Nacht ok. Auf dem Platz ist leider gerade eine Baustelle, sodass der Platz mit 2 Vans voll ist. Wir haben mit einigen Campern unterhalb des Platzes stehen können. Nachts bellten Hunde. Morgens um 9 Uhr kommt eine Frau die Backwaren verkauft.

Great amenities and lovely square but not room for 10 as stated. Builders have taken over a couple of spaces so instead of 5 there’s only 3. There is a large gravel area below with loads of room but no signage anywhere tells you what you can and can’t do. People were parked there when we were there. Tiny quaint village and the toilets even have hot showers! Lovely free pool but closed in October.

Belle aire de camping car. Mais attention en travaux en ce moment pour une grande période. Donc reste de places prise par des portugais qui sont installés pour une grande période. ce garer sur le chemin à côté. Pour info la piscine est fermée maintenant (octobre fin de saison)

Super nice and free caravan station. everything you need and even more. The bread lady really comes at 9 o'clock. Vegans and vegetarians watch out for the buns she is selling. They contain pork... but the big bread is nice anyway.

Spent one quite night here about a week ago. There were two other campers there as well. Great free facilities (pool, bathroom, barbecue area with sinks and water)! We did the hike from monchique up the Foia and down again at day and it was lovely to spend a few hours at the free pool afterwards.

Hele relaxen plek in te overnachten en te parkeren. Een plek tussen de locals waar de vrouwen uit het dorp hun was doen bij de wasplek. verder is er een toilet, een plek voor de afwas en genoeg containers voor je afval. Op deze plek kan je jouw camper lege en vullen met schoon water. Ook is er plek om je toilet te lege. Houdt de plek netjes.

Pueblito encantador. Parece hecho para campers. Capacidad para 5 AC, pero al lado hay un camino que si respetas el entorno y a los vecinos no hay problema. WC, fregaderos y lavaderos. Piscina al lado con entrada libre de 2pm a 7pm. duchas agua caliente a unos 50m. Por las mañanas sobre las 9am pasan vendiendo pan de leña y pescado fresco. Todo muy limpio. Déjalo como lo has encontrado!!

Emplacement au centre du joli village avec tout ce qu'il faut! Services 3 eaux,wc,barbecue,lessive main,douches... Un cadre calme et propre avec des balades à faire aux alentours. Bar,snack et supermarket. Bonus la piscine pour petits et grands! GRAND MERCI À ALFERCE pour tout ça!!

Pueblecito muy pequeño pero ofrece todas las comodidades gratis a la gente que vamos en camper, autocaravana.... hay lavadero, fregadero, piscina municipal gratis, aparcamiento y para llenado y vaciado. Está todo muy limpio y es muy acogedor.

Pueblo muy tranquilo con todos los servicios excepto electricidad. Cuenta también con fregaderos, barbacoa, servicios y lavaderos de ropa. Todo ello muy bien cuidado y gratuito. Además la piscina municipal es gratuita y está al lado del área.

Vielen lieben Dank an die Gemeinde für dieses tolle Plätzchen zum übernachten. Toiletten, Grill,Geschirr spülen und Waschbecken für Wäsche waschen..wir fühlen uns wohl und wenn wir in der Nähe sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Village très propre, aire de camping car avec beaucoup de commodités : toilettes propres ouvertes toute la nuit, barbecue, coin vaisselle, coin laverie, piscine ouverte l'après midi, jeux pour enfants... Et livraison de pain le matin à 9h. Merci à la municipalité de mettre à disposition des endroits aussi bien entretenus.

Quel plaisir d'être si bien reçu, une borne Euro relais gratuite, un barbecue à disposition, des éviers pour la vaisselle, une piscine gratuite, des petits commerces sympathiques, une vue très agréable sur la campagne environnante, ... Un vrai plaisir avec juste un bémol le concert ininterrompu des chiens environnants.

Endroit paisible pour la nuit. Possibilité de vider et remplir. Petite camionnette qui passe vers 9h pour du pain et des œufs.

Buena área, con los servicios de vaciado y llenado de aguas. Tiene fregadero, lavadero y una barbacoa. Es pequeña, pero muy tranquila. Ideal para pasar un par de días. Al lado tiene una piscina gratuita de martes a domingo de 14:00 a 19:00.

Noche tranquila y zona muy cuidada. Solo hice parada para cambiar aguas y hacer noche, ya que no teniamos tiempo de visitar la zona, pero me hubiera gustado. Mas áreas como esta tendrían de haber por la península!!!

Site vraiment paisible et agréable. Merci de respecter les lieux, l'environnement en économisant l'eau ainsi que les habitants qui nous accueillent.

super aire, propre, services gratuits, à part un chien de garde qui aboit tte la nuit, le séjour est de qualité. petit village soigné avec maisons blanches, simples mais jolies. avons passé 5 nuits hors espace, toléré, au milieu de citronniers abondants et d oliviers, car en fait le parking accepte 5 camping cars. merci a la mairie pour son accueil.

It had a bbq area, which we used, two sinks next to it which was great, laundry area with plenty of lines. It had a swimming pool but wasn’t open when we were there (apparently open on the 15th). There are showers just by the kids play area. We enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect place. Only a few places reserved for motorhomes. For free, toilets, complete service around the water, benches, sinks for dishes and laundry, barbecue. Very quiet place with nice views.

Kostenloser Stellplatz (4-5 Plätze) mit tollen Facilities (WC, Entleeren/Auffüllen, Abwaschmöglichkeit, BBQ,…). Morgens kam sogar ein kleiner Bus vorbei und hat Eier und Brot verkauft. Wirklich großartig!!

Endroit exceptionnel si vous cherchez de la quiétude. Beaucoup de services disponibles : robinets, barbecue, endroit pour laver les affaires, toilettes ouvertes h24, douches publiques à proximité. Pas grand chose à faire dans la ville autrement.

The best place we've been since we arrived in Portugal! They allow you to stay on the dirt road next to the place. We stayed here over two weeks! Very cheap and welcoming restaurant in the village. Make sure you have cash and a MEO sim card for connection. Lot of local fruits and vegetables in the area, and drinking water from the mountains on the way (Monchique -Alferce). Recommend!

Area camper molto comoda, oltre al classico punto di carico scarico c'è una zona separata con una lavanderia vecchio stile zun caminetto e dei lavatoi... Pochi posti nella zona camper ma c'è una via in fianco con 3 4 posti in piano e altri 6 8 in leggera pendenza

Excellent spot. calm area overlooking the mountains with hikes nearby. Outdoor handwashing laundry, barbecues, dishwashing sink, water supply, grey/Black disposal, nearby warm showers and toilets and pool for the summer. They are expanding. Support the local community. There is a mini market, cafe/snackbar, community centre. Thankyou Alferce!

A wonderful spot with everything you need. Unfortunately no internet and phone reception at all, and that's necessary if you like us are working from your camper.

Vielen Dank an die Gemeinde. Der Platz ist wirklich sehr liebevoll angelegt. Schilder an jeder Ecke führen einen zum Platz. Dusche und Toilette sind ca. 100m entfernt im Ort. Ver und Entsorgung direkt dran und sehr perfekt gemacht und kostenlos. Der Mobilfunk geht übrigens auch super im Gegensatz zu einem älteren Post. TOP!

Voilà une municipalité qui sait accueillir les camping-cars ! Très belle aire pour 4 ou 5 véhicules avec la possibilité d’utiliser un terrain juste en contrebas où nous étions une dizaine. Sanitaires, BBQ et lavoir à disposition. Passage d’une employée municipale lors de notre départ pour l’entretien des lieux. Bravo !

merci à la municipalité, l'aire est petite mais très bien aménagée, et services complets, 4 à 5 places, il est possible de se mettre en contrebas sur un grand espace en terre, en pente dans la partie proche de la rue, et plat du côté du champ, une vingtaine de CC sont installés. Très calme, village charmant, authentique et, comme ailleurs au Portugal, les autochtones sont gentils et accueillants.

Perfecte camperplek, alles is aanwezig (water gratis, loosplek voor grijs water en toiletcassette), wc’s en een wasplaats. Wat een gastvrijheid. Klein dorpje op 500 meter lopen, daar is een supermarkt en een eettentje met goed eten: snackbar CN. De gratis douches zijn bij de openbare toiletten in het dorp.

Einen großen Dank an die Gemeinde, so etwas sollte es hier in der Algarve öfter geben! Die Quelle am Ortseingang spendet leckeres Trinkwasser.

Das Internet ist schwach, aber wenn man ein bisschen geradeaus den Weg Richtung Berge läuft hat man 4G.

Kleiner schöner Platz, der täglich gereinigt wird. Die Anwohner nutzen die Spül- und Waschplätze, dadurch sind Sie sauber und es duftet wunderbar nach frischer Wäsche. Auch die Toiletten sind sauber. Das Trinkwasser schmeckt sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Gemeinde

Very nice place to stay, lovely village and people! The swimming pool is only for residents and can not be used. That is a bit of a shame. 2 little grocery stores and a nice Cafe. Good spot!! We were the only ones but it feels safe.

Perfecto. Es pequeño pero por lo demás maravilloso. Hay aseos, lavadero de ropa, fregaderos, barbacoa y zona de descarga. La gente del pueblo muy amable y los demás campers también.

Super pratique, très calme, un peu à l'écart du bourg. bien indiqué. vraiment merci à la municipalité pour cet endroit accueillant. surtout laisser les lieux propres, pas de restes de nourriture dans les éviers.

@steini1972. Der Platz wurde von der Gemeinde Alferce nach dem Waldbrand 2018 eingerichtet. Da man gemerkt hat, das die Kapazitäten auf der oberen Ebene nicht ausreichen, wurde der Seitenstreifen befestigt für gut 20 Vans. Was nicht geht, ist da parken dahin. Unter den Bäumen, dieses gehört einem Landwirt. Man kann diese Info zb. Auch bei der Frau, die täglich rumgeht sich die Kennzeichen für die Statistik notiert erfragen, oder einfach bei den Leuten im Ort. Wirr sind immer gern um länger dort. Gehen dort in den beiden Bistros esse und im Ort einkaufen. Auch ist der Honig den man dort zu kaufen bekommt mega lecker.

Grundsätzlich ist das kein Stellplatz, es ist eine Ver- und Entsorgung mit 4-5 relativ großen Parkplätzen ohne Verbotsschild. Leider parken auch sehr viele daneben auf ein Privatgrundstück, was natürlich gar nicht geht oder möchten Sie das in ihrem Garten zuhause 15 Wohnmobile parken ?

Der beste kostenlose Stellplatz in ganz Portugal! Alles vorhanden was das Camperherz begehrt: Toiletten, Duschen, Ver- und Entsorgung, Waschbretter, Pool, Wlan am Rathaus und natürlich eine super Aussicht und Möglichkeiten zum wandern gehen. Total ruhig und idyllisch. Habe mehrere Tage hier ohne Probleme verbracht

Nous sommes passés ce matin très belle aire et très beau village, une aire comme on a jamais vu.... vraiment tout et tout ça gratuit. Dommage que certains squattent les 4 places plusieurs jours..... obligé de prendre les places au bout du champ. C'est la vie.

spot is alright, free water is great but the pressure is a bit low. At night the dogs barking are a real nuisance. The local farmer ties up one large dog on a very short chain. Breaks my heart to see this.

Excellent service provided by this small town. Extra parks in the dirt road beside the laundry area with a beautiful vista over the mountains and wildflowers. Toilets excellent. Hand washing public laundry. Pool being renovated during our stay but nice in the warmer weather. Bar AlFaris has great music evenings.

Nice free parking area in small town. 5 hard standing places with more parking available beside. Service centre for water & waste. Unfortunately at night dogs & cockerel noise if a light sleeper plus kind person strimming grass early morning! Good area but bring ear plugs.

Fantastic stop stayed 3 night. Many walks to do starting from this point. Bread lady arrived each morning with lovely local bread. Toilets always clean and nice drinking water. Public showers few min walk away be prepared very cold but a shower!!

Scarico OK, carico molto lento per la bassa pressione dell'acqua! c'è un lavatoio, perfetto per fare il bucato, lavandini per le stoviglie, un barbecue e toilette!! la piscina nella foto attualmente è una pozza stagnante con qualche pesce rosso dentro! alla mattina passa una sign.ra che vende pane fatto in casa delizioso!!

One of the best equipped free service stops we’ve been to. We came back for a quick refill for a second time, and even saw some of the campers having a communal bbq.

Großartig hier! Toller Stellplatz mit Grill, Toilette, Waschplatz (für Wäsche) Spülplatz für Geschirr. Nagelneu und hochwertig. Toll zum Wandern. Sehr nette Menschen. Einfach und schön. Nebenan kann man auch stehen, es stört sich offensichtlich niemand. Zwei kleine Tante Emma Läden und zwei Kneipen. Alles ist weihnachtlich hier. Ansonsten gibt es sogar einen Pool und Duschen, wenn die Grippe dort nicht aufgebaut ist. Besser geht es wirklich nicht! Vielen Dank, dass wir hier sein dürfen! - Meckerer, bitte einfach weiter fahren. Uns gefällt es, dass Hunde bellen und Hähne krähen

Brilliant free area with all services aside from electric. Lovely little village that have made a huge effort to attract motorhomes with this service so do spend some money in the cafe and/or shop. Clean toilets and showers but when we visited (Dec 7th) boiler was awaiting being fixed so no hot water. Parking by lemon trees with a lovely view.

Sehr schöner Platz, sehr gepflegt. Mit Grillstelle, Spülbecken, Waschbecken und Wäscheleine, Ver- und Entsorgung und sauberen Toiletten. Alles gratis. Schwimmbad war leider geschlossen wegen Umbau und damit auch die dortigen Duschen. Die anderen Duschen im Ort sind schon älter und leider nur mit Kaltwasser. Wifi kostenfrei am Rathaus und auf dem Spielplatz. Morgens um 10 kommt die Brotfrau. Leider keine Möglichkeit zum Abendessen, alles war geschlossen. Im kleinen Mini Markt kloppen die älteren Männer Skat, sehr lustig.

Perfekt. Alles was man braucht, schön gemacht und gratis! ruhige Nacht, nette Bewohner. Dame mit Brot kam leider nicht, es war aber auch Sonntag. Besucht das Alfaris, sehr nett, manchmal live Konzerte, es wurde extra für uns lecker gekocht zum kleinen Preis. Danke!

Full when we arrived and suspect some were staying long term as they were still there the next day. However services worked well. Approach road has overhanging trees and we found a tour group of jeeps parked on it (mid afternoon) so a bit of care needed to get through.

Very nice place. Beautiful little town. Perfect place to spend a couple of nights. Small downside are the barking dogs at night. Very nice and cheap snack house. Super friendly locals.

Muchísimas gracias al municipio de Alferce por ofrecernos está lindisima área. No falta de nada: duchas con agua caliente, piscina, barbacoa, fregadero, lavadero de ropa, tendederos, cambio de agua, etc y todo gratis. Hay que contribuir y agradecer todo este esfuerzo de este municipio y su alcalde, haciendo uso de los comercios de la localidad, tienda, bares...

Genial lugar para pasar noches y vaciado de aguas negras y grises además de lavadero para ropa, barbacoa, piscina gratuita. Bonito lugar y recomendable, sin duda nos hacen un gran favor lugares asín a las Autocaravanas. Gracias!

Amazing place. quite village but with 2 shops. bar ( owner speaks English and German) swimming pool (free) showers (free) and all the facilities you need to stay. easy with 7.5meter motorhome. highly reccomend. except it's on the way to nowhere

No le doy 100 estrellas porque no hay como, fue el mejor sitio gratis que he estado, clima ameno, aire puro, piscina, servicios, fregadero, barbacoa, baños calientes, las personas son geniales y muy amigables, hemos comprado de produtores locales que pasan vendiendo, huevos, miel, pan casero caliente, estupendo, pasamos 5 días geniales, si necesitas hacer compras puedes irse al Intermaché (8km).

This place has absolutely everything! The normal black and grey waste emptying, water refill, recycling and rubbish plus access to free swimming pool with toilets and outside shower and free WiFi, bbq area and sink, clothes washing area with lines and more toilets and hot showers about a 2 min walk. Bread lady comes by around 0900 too. A brilliant village, thank you Alfrece we loved our stay.

Agradecimento á Junta de Freguesia de Alferces! Obrigados pela área para caravanas. Sítio sossegado e gente simpática, o pão quente passa pela manhã por volta das 9:00 com umas buzinadelas... Tudo muito asseado e bastantes serviços disponíveis gratuitamente. Duas mercearias e um café é tudo, um habitante local passa a oferecer mel da sua produção. Tem 2 sanitários junto ao grelhador e lava louça, mais 2 por detrás do museu da igreja, com água quente para chuveiro. Tudo muito cuidado. Ficamos 1 noite. Bem haja a Junta de Freguesia de Alferces. Obrigado

Wonderful. The people are so friendly, the community swimming pool so clean and refreshing, the free services, toilets, even hot showers behind the Musee. Even washing lines. If the roosters slept in a little later in the morning it would be perfect.

Absolut toller Ort und Service! Wer die Ruhe liebt ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Großes Lob an die Gemeinde und ihre Bewohner. Bitte gebt ihnen was zurück indem ihr dort durch Einkauf oder Gastronomie ein bisschen Geld ausgebt und respektiert die Camperregeln.

Es war einmal ein toller Ort. Inzwischen benehmen sich die Leute hier unter aller Sau. Es gibt 4 feste Stellplätze und gut Platz für weiter 10 auf einen befestigen steifen. Heute steht hier insgesamt 3. Was macht ein spanischer und ein deutscher Camper? Sie fahren einfach weiter und stellen sich auf das unbefestigte Land des Bauerns. Der erst vor 2 Tagen dort unteranderem Bäume gepflanzt hat. Auf Hinweise, heißt es- würde dort kein Schild stehen und man könnte sie mal.... bin gespannt wie lange es an diesem tollen Ort noch so bleibt. Das ist auf jeden Fall unterste Schublade. Danke.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage in einem kleinen ursprünglichen Dorf! Brot kommt morgens (8 - 9 Uhr) im Lieferwagen mit lautem Hupen vorbei, es gibt auch zwei kleine Läden und eine (deutschsprachige) Bar - man muss aber sehr genau hinschauen!

Amazing place! lovely views, quiet and secure. Free toilets, free hot showers, free services - everything apart from EHU. Bread van visits twice daily, two grocers and bar in town. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance whilst we were there, but apparently that's free too. There's a nice trail walk down to the river (1 mile) - steep climb back up but worth the effort.

A gorgeous place to stay for one or more nights with a beautiful view of nature. Friendly inhabitants who take very good care of the place. In the morning a woman comes by car and sells fresh bread. Thank you very much Alferce!

Excellent place. 4 big spaces at the top and then room roughly for 11 campers on the gravelled area if parked right. Water, grey and black water disposal and rubbish bins. Excellent communal washing area and space to hang out. In the town there is a little 5 aside football area which was great and a free swimming pool as part of the air. If they had electric I don't think people would leave :)

Brand new waste and water facilities. Toilets and hot showers in village - just 200m away. Public swimming pool up the road with lawns and sunbathing area. Quiet village with friendly locals. Small bar and village shop. If you stay in this impeccable aire for free please try and spend some money in the village. Thank you Alferce for providing such a perfect stopover for MOHOs.

Amazing place, lovely people both on the camp and especially in the village. Support the locals, buy delicious eggs, bread, honey, salads when they come around or ask in the village. Hot, free showers next to playground, cleaned once a week, acceptable condition. Campers tend to expect everything free and perfect and show no respect and still complain. Adapt some frugality from the villagers!

Amazing place!! Lovely views, wading area, water and black/grey water dump. Lovely town with free pool, playground and warm showers. We found our phones struggled to get 3G.

As previously stated, a free, clean, quiet, safe area with all the services you could wish for! We went for a drink and snacks at the bar in town and all the locals were very friendly.

Excellent spot, you can park up the top by the service area and toilets or down on the gravelly slightly sloped area for a bit more privacy. More toilets by the free public pool or a bit further into town with free hot showers! Nice quiet town, to relax in the sun :)

Embora só tenhamos lá dormido uma noite e só tenhamos usado a casa de banho, gostamos MUITO. Este parque é um achado, tem tudo o essencial e gratuito. Um sítio sossegado, uma noite tranquila. Recomendamos vivamente!

Sehr schöner Ort, herrliche Aussicht. Leider hatte nur eine Bar auf. Es hat es sehr gut gefallen hier. Trotz Probleme mit dem Internet Empfang sind wir 2 Tage hier geblieben, wir kommen wieder hier her!

This area is a little gem! So happy we found it. Plenty of parking areas with easy access to fresh water, grey water disposal, and black water disposal. There is a free public pool just up the road that has bathrooms open all night. If those don’t suit your fancy, walk just two minutes more into town to find the free public bathrooms (complete with free hot showers) that are also open all night. The town is friendly and only a 10-15 minute drive to Monchique and Fóia. It’s a little loud at night, there’s some dogs and roosters that make noise through out the night, but if you’re parked away from it or a heavy sleeper you’ll be fine. Thank you to this spot and the town for being so great!

Perfecto para pasar unos días en la sierra sin que te falte nada, servicios públicos, lavadero-tendedero, barbacoa, fregaderos, piscina, muy majos los del bar Rua Dr. Antonio Baptista da Silva Cohelo, menú de un plato, pan bebida y postre por 7€, gracias al Ayuntamiento de Alferce y sus habitantes, hay que volver.

Endroit magnifique, si vous aimez la nature allez-y. Coqs, poules, chèvres à côté de l'aire. Il y a aussi des chiens qui hurlent la nuit et les coqs dés 3h30 du matin. Mais quelle aire super, dommage qu'il n'y en ait pas plus comme ça. Merci à la commune et aux habitants de nous accueillir dans un si petit village. Nous avons voulu acheter des œufs mais impossible. Ce serait génial d'acheter des produits locaux.

Un lloc perfecte per buidar i carregar aigua i també per passar algun dia amb vistes espectaculars. També té safreig per rentar roba i bany públic prou net. Molt recomanable.

Ein wunderschöner Platz, Ver-und Endsorgung, Trinkwasser, Spühlbecken außen, Grillstelle, Becken mit Waschbrett zum Wäsche waschen, Pool, warme Duschen und Wc‘s und alles um sonst. Ehrt diesen Platz und gebt was zurück !! Jeden Tag kommt eine Bäckerin, ein Fischverkäufer und in einer der Nebenstraßen gibt es einen Imker bei dem man auch Tomaten und Zitronen kaufen kann. Zusätzlich gibt es 2 Bar‘s/Restaurants in denen man super essen kann

Superbe aire gratuite pour 4 à 6 véhicules selon la bonne intelligence de chacun. Grand terrain attenant si jamais c'est complet. Nous y avons passé 2 nuits début août. Pour ne reste tout à été dit (les WC sont un peu cachés, derrière un bougainvillier de l'autre côté de la route). Il y a aussi une piscine gratuite et très agréable dans le village. Merci à la municipalité !

Superb, generous facility. Everything you would want and all free. Free small swimming pool, and free hot showers at the toilet block in the village. Four paved spaces, but a nice overflow area at the side. Bread van, fish van, two shops and two cafes. Lots of lemon trees.

Le tout en bout de village, dans un endroit calme, très propre, bien équipé. Une très bonne découverte dans ce coin reculé de l'Algrave. Merci à la municipalité et à la région pour cette perle.

Kleiner, offizieller WoMo Stellplatz. 4 Plätze. Zusätzlich gibt es gleich nebenan einen großen Kiesplatz mit Platz für ca. 6 WoMos. Die ganz Anlage liegt am Dorfrand von Alferce inmitten von Zitrus- und Olivenbäumen.

What a lovely little village. Great Aire. Has water, and waste. Bins. BBQ, washing up facilities etc. walking is super around here. Small restaurant in the village, the owner speaks good English. Good food for small price.

Free everything! Even free WiFi near the pool, really great place for a stopover! Toilets near and at the pool, the shower is the pool shower so a cold one!

Aire de services et stationnements gratuits, récente et propre. Lavabos, sanitaires et barbecue à disposition. Bacs pour laver le linge à la main et files pour l'étendre. Petit village avec 2 mini-épiceries et un bâtiment, des artisans viennent vous vendre leurs produits sur l'aire (boulanger, poissonnier). Environnement calme si il n'y avait eu coqs et chiens pour perturber la nuit.

C'est presque le paradis ! Ici vous bénéficiez d'un positionnement idéal, calme et à proximité du village sur une zone très propre, fleurie et bien organisée avec des services gratuits. Barbecue, toilettes et séchoir à linge à disposition. Le nombre d'emplacements carrelés et parfaitement de niveau est malheureusement compté. Si vous avez une place n'hésitez surtout pas, gardez-là !

Super Nice place. Everything is new and works fine. Close to the village. There are some friendly inhabitents crossing the place or using the laundry place.

L’aire semble sympa, mais très très petite, les uns sur les autres. Nous y sommes allés pour voir, 4 camping-cars les uns sur les autres. Plus de places. Bref, il faut aimer la proximité. Sinon ça semble très propre et récent. Gros véhicule oublier, ou aller voir avant à pied, car si c’est plein, il devient très difficile de faire demi-tour.

Très calme et très bien équipé mais petit (sans doute entre 5 et 8 places maximum). Attention pas de commerce dans le petit village (mais accueil très chaleureux).

Excellent facilities. We spend a very quiet night. For now the parking space is a bit limited but I think they are creating a larger space on the side. It has a swimming pool, WC, all free. There is not much to do here beside enjoying the silence, the nature and the friendly people. Very close to Monchique, great to explore the surroundings.

Parque gratuito inaugurado no dia 14.10.2017 Zona calma e agradável no interior da pequena vila. Excelente para passar a noite. Tem serviços, casas de banho, balneários com água quente, uma pequena piscina. Tudo gratuito. Muito bom.
