This is a very quiet AND very noisy place. Noisy, as there seem to be many vehicles with modified exhausts in this town which causes a lot of noise. Furthermore, this parking space is somehow smokers corner for many people. They drive by, smoke a cigarette and drive away. If both, modified exhausts as well as smoker are not there, it's a very quiet place. (with many butts on the asphalt actually)
Place has been under construction! Now here are spots on a asphalt parking lot. No one here on a rainy day. Still suitable for staying one night on my opinion but is crowded on nice weather for sure. No time limit and a large trash bin.
