Lieu idéal pour une nuit, tables de pic nic et poubelles. Idéal le week-end car comme c'est un lycée il n'y a personne. Ombragé et arboré, réveil au chant des mouettes.
Idéal pour visiter La Rochelle, nous y avons séjourné au calme et sans être dérangés pendant la journée et une nuit à la mi-août. Plusieurs camping-cars sont arrivés.
Ideal for sightseeing in La Rochelle, we stayed here quietly and undisturbed during the day and for one night in mid-August. Several motorhomes arrived.
Ideal für eine Stadtbesichtigung von La Rochelle, wir standen hier Mitte August ruhig und störungsfrei tagsüber und für eine Nacht. Es kamen mehrere Wohnmobile.
Ideal para hacer turismo en La Rochelle, nos alojamos aquí tranquilamente y sin interrupciones durante el día y una noche a mediados de agosto. Llegaron varias autocaravanas.

famillefrezouls18/04/2026Super pour visiter La Rochelle gratuitement. Nous avons passé une nuit très calme, les pistes cyclables sont à côté et permettent d’être sur le vieux port en moins de 10min. Poubelles à proximité
TintinMilou4410/04/2026Parking du lycée. Une nuit pendant les vacances scolaires donc pas dérangés. A 1 km à pied du vieux port de La Rochelle. A quelques centaines de mètres de la piste cyclable. Réveillé uniquement par les mouettes le matin. Bien pour une nuit et comme pied à terre gratuit pour une visite de la ville.
ads188316/02/2026Good spot, but we were lucky to be out of school term. Check out the neighbouring schools website to see if it will be busy as it’s definitely a car park for that. Or get there late and leave early. Good access to local park for dog walk. Walkable into the town.

Buen sitio pasar la noche. Muy tranquilo, pero ojo donde esa foto de la rotonda tan kuki, hay un instituto si no sois madrugadores no lo recomiendo en periodo lectivo, pero si os levantaos como nosotros a las 8 de la mañana sin problema. Aunque hay zonas para aparcar muy chulas por ahí que están más lejos del instituto.

Bon emplacement et si le parking est complet il y en a d'autres accessibles autour. On peut rejoindre le port de la Rochelle facilement à pied en traversant le parc tout près.

Es ist ein Platz vor einer Schule und wird von Einheimischen stark genutzt wird. Bitte mit Bedacht parken und es ist gar nicht einladend seine Möbel rauszustellen. Ansonsten haben wir hier sehr gut geschlafen.

A very quiet area with plenty of parking for motorhomes including over 7m. Generally flat area with bins for recycling and rubbish, but no services. You can walk to the Vieux-Port area in around 25-30 minutes.

Noche tranquila. Parking sin problemas para autocaravanas grandes. Respetar las normas,dentro de poco no permititan aparcar aquí si sigue la gente pensando que es un camping. A 8' en bici al centro. Ciudad muy animada y bonita.

Buen sitio, en las afueras pero tranquilo y con bastantes plazas. No recomiendo moverse o entrar con AC grandes en el centro y alrededores, calles estrechas

Hemos estado aqui dos noches y es un parking muy tranquilo. Esta a una media hora andando del centro, pero con un paseo agradable para andar. Lo malo, que no se cuanto tiempo aguantara sin barreras, porque las dos noches hemos visto autocaravanas que abusan del servicio sacando mesas e incluso toldos...

A very good location for an overnight stay. It was quiet during our visit, and there were several other motorhomes parked nearby.
