Lovely spot. Booking easy through calling, friendly and speedy responses to questions- it is an unmanned site. Friendly moorers who asked us to move our fire pit off the grass and onto the concrete. Great views over the broad, but is surrounded by houses and live music can be heard loudly from the nearby pub until late (Friday night). A mix of urban and nature! Toilet and shower very clean
Great site. Perfect location to visit Oulton Broad and Lowestoft. Boat owners really helpful with lots of good recommendations. Spotless shower and toilet. Would highly recommend and nice to support someone making motorhome spots available at a reasonable price.
lovely peaceful spot, nice views of Oulton Broad. Black water disposal very good, grey water only possible with waste master or a bucket. Sloping concrete next to disposal, fresh water hose reaches to all pitches without having to move the van. Soft ground in pitch 1 after heavy rain, will be fine in dry weather. Good gravel in pitch 3. Will definitely stay again. Walking distance to shops.
Great place, still a work in progress ref toilet and shower but ideal spot to relax and watch the power boat racing on Thursday night. Graham is a great host and will answer all questions.
What a lovely spot that has huge potential. The owners are responsive via text and Graham showed us the facilities on arrival. He is working on creating defined pitches, which will be more level, & is developing a shower & toilet block. It's a short walk to the town. Thursday nights there are motorboat races on what is the world's oldest circuit. We enjoyed our time here and stayed an extra day.
