Lovely clean campsite. Has everything you could need from a campsite and in the most beautiful location. We had planned to stay on Achill Island for 3 nights and ended up staying for 10. Only left to get the ferry home to England. A very special place and such a comfortable campsite. Enda, who runs the site with his family, is the most friendly, hospitable guy we have ever met on a site.

Nach der wirklich empfehlenswerten Küstenrundfahrt hier auf dem Campingplatz gelandet. In der Nebensaison ist nicht viel los. Dank Online-Check-In ging es an der Reception ganz schnell. Der flache Sandstrand sehr friedlich. Die Aussicht vom Stellplatz auf Level 7 schon spektakulär- wenn auch eingeschränkt, da die Wolken den Berg versteckt haben. Wir haben 33,- € für 2 Pers. mit 6m Van bezahlt.
Wunderschöner sehr gepflegter Platz, die Sanitäreinschränkungen super sauber und auf den oberen Ebenen hat man einen tollen Blick. Die Betreiber sind jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und mega nett, haben uns gleich die besten Plätze verraten ☺️. Duschen kosten extra und leider keine Schläuche beim Frischwasser.
Très bien et accueil sympathique. Dommage que la laverie se trouve à l’entrée tout en bas quand on stationne tout en haut mais c’est une rando d’entraînement . 42€ coucou 7m + 3 p avec électricité.
J ai adoré l’endroit ! La plage de sable fin très propre juste en face du camping. Il y a des saunas sur roulettes sur l’herbe devant la plage. On a pas testé mais ça avait l’air trop bien ! Nous étions installés en hauteur (level 7) avec vue mer + montagne. les toilettes-douche-cuisine sont très bien. Seul bémol : des tout-petits insectes qui piquent …. Des midges ?? À vos moustiquaires !!
Simple to book & pay online and choose from a list of available pitches. We chose level 7 (101) as from here we had a stunning, panoramic view of the mountains and sea. Fresh water and grey disposal were very close by but we didn't use the facilities- only black water sluice, which was well set up. Staff were super nice and give you a local map on arrival. We stayed an extra night for the view.
We booked an upper level pitch online in advance. At the super friendly welcome at Reception we were advised we might find it rather windy in our Sprinter van. We took a level pitch near reception instead. It was good advice! The facilities are good including the shower which was piping hot. The beach, a short walk away, is wonderful and we enjoyed a great swim. Highly recommend this site.
Not usually one to leave reviews but.....superb site, large level hardstanding pitches. Level 3 is perfect with bay view and facilities nearby. Showers - 1 euro for 5 mins. New toilet/shower block is spotlessly clean. Inga on reception gives the best Irish welcome and his local tips/knowledge are the best. 32 euro/night with EHU.
Ein wunderschöner Campingplatz, unten auf Level 1 gibt es Mobilheime und asphaltierte Stellplätze, für Wohnmobile auch auf Level 3 und 7, wobei auf Level 7 der Blick auf die Bucht wunderschön ist. Ver- und Entsorgung inkl. Chemietoilette gut gelöst, Duschen und Toiletten sauber und gut aber von Level 7 etwas entfernt. Dusche 1€ für 5 Minuten, Stellplatz mit 2 Personen inkl. Strom 32 €.
Fantastisch weer en een fantastische camping. Plaatsen voor grote en kleine campers. 10 plateaus waar je kunt staan! Douches helaas wéér betalen en schommelen erg in temperatuur. Bij de receptie kleine supermarkt en heerlijke verse coffee en cake. Wilde rond fietsen maar toch erg steil allemaal. We stonden hier 0p 21 mei 2025 en het weer was geweldig. Strand voor de deur. Een echte aanrader!
Bei Ankunft niemand in der Rezeption. Ich wurde aber sofort zurückgerufen und wir konnten auf den Platz. Die Dusche wurde leider erst nach dem zweiten Euro heiß. Vor dem Platz war eine ganze Herde Schafe, ein tolles Fotomotiv. Kontakt tu Mitarbeitern hatte ich noch keinen
Excellent campsite across the road from a blue flag beach with saunas. Clean toilets, hot showers (€1 = 5 mins) and well laid out campers kitchen. Shop onsite and friendly helpful staff. Can't recommend highly enough.
Ende August ist der Platz nicht mal mehr halb gefüllt. Die Duschen sind heiß und ausreichend. Der Blick von den oberen Plätzen ist wirklich herrlich. Kosten für 2 Personen mit Campingbus 30 € am Tag.
Schöner Champingplatz. Direkt gegenüber gibt es eine Sauna. Das ist genau das richtige bei schlechtem Wetter. Wir haben für 1 Nacht inkl. Strom für 2 Personen 35 € gezahlt. Die Sanitäranlagen waren sauber. Duschen kostet 1€/5 min. Der Besitzer war super nett und hat uns Tipps gegeben was wir uns noch anschauen sollten.

Wir waren zwei Nächte hier. Ein großer Teil der Plätze ist zu klein, Duschen zu wenig Wasser und Temperatur lässt sich nicht regulieren, ansonsten alles sehr sauber. Auf den oberen Plätzen hat mein eine traumhafte Aussicht über die Bucht.

Super Campingplatz! Strand ist direkt über die Straße und im Ort laufen Schafe über die Straße. Der Besitzer ist auch super freundlich. Echt empfehlenswert!
Booked a grass pitch for our campervan. On arrival the pitch was overtaken with tents, so we got put at the very top where there are no designated spots and seemed not as sheltered from the wind. Local pub also couldn’t take us as two adults and toddler without booking, despite the majority of bookings having not yet arrived.
This would be a great site if the pitches where bigger and there was more space between neighbours. Our motorhome is 7m long (average size.) And would barely fit in the plot and the neighbours tent was inches away. Which seems the be the way here. Pitches are fairly level. The facilities are very clean. 1 euro for 5 minutes shower. Good shop. Not far from a beautiful beach.

Le lieu est magnifique mais en plus de devoir payer chacun notre douche, elle était FROIDE!!!!! (pas un cas isolé car nous sommes 4 à avoir pris notre douche). Nous sommes allés voir à l'accueil pour les prévenir et ils font semblant de ne pas savoir dans un premier temps et le lendemain ( nous avons insisté et surtout vu le patron qui est super) ils nous ont remboursé. Le lieu est superbe.
Stayed Here On 7th July And Was Probably Our Favourite Campsite While Touring The WAW. Can Book Online And Choose Your Own Pitch. Cost Us €25 With No EHU. Toilets & Shower Blocks Are Spotless And Plenty Of Both. Shower Cost €1 For 5 Minutes. Little Shop At Reception Area With Essentials And Only Short Walk To Dugort Beach. Kitchen Area With Sinks. Would 100% Stay Again ! Very Friendly & Helpful.
Fantastic site to use as a base when visiting the beautiful Achill Island. Very friendly staff and site is kept really clean and quiet. Good range of facilities including a campers kictchen. Great views from the top sites although it is quite a steep walk to them from the facilities. Site has a small shop in the office which carries all the essentials. Beach is just across the road from the site.
Great campsite, kept so well (clean and tidy) and staff are very helpful. The online booking system is good and you can pick your pitch. One night for two people in motorhome with electric - €25. It’s €1 euro for a 5mins hot shower. Lovely beach nearby and the strand hotel had music in the evening (Sat night).
Perfecte camping met goede voorzieningen. Online reservering gaat uitstekend en je kunt zelf bij de reservering je plaats uitkiezen. Op de hogere plaatsen (niveaus) ook een fantastisch uitzicht!! Betaalden €25,- incl electra (2 personen) voor één nacht.
A site, very well looked after. Many pitches but still each nicely situated. Facilities: Everything you need and more. Plus a good shop. From top of the site an overview of the whole bay. The landlord organises the place with humour and love to the detail. In one word: You should not miss it.
Very well organised site close to beach. You get a warm welcome with online booking if you want. They've opened a new shop this summer (2023). Would certainly come again
Camping bien situé, très bon accueil. Il était complet car WE férié, sanitaires et douches insuffisants pour autant de campeurs. Boutique de dépannage à l'accueil.
Emplacement choisi pas loin des facilités. Douche chaude mais jeton avec temps un peu “juste”. Espace services pour les eaux grises, noires et poubelles Très pratique. Accueil simple et efficace. J’ai adoré le lieu.
passé 1 nuit Pas moyen de faire une lessive, le gérant nous a envoyé vers une laverie. Pas de jeux pour enfants dans le camping, Pas de 4g ni wifi. Payé 33€ et devoir encore payer pour une douche chaude… des emplacements de camping car tout juste bons pour des petits vans et pas plats. Nous étions beaucoup de camping caristes déçus voire énervés pour d’autres.

Gepflegter Platz, Duschen und Toiletten wurden häufig gereinigt. Das Duschwasser war sehr heiß, ruhig ein paar Grad kälter einstellen. Freundlicher Empfang, Probleme mit dem wifi konnten nicht behoben werden. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Pre-booked the pitch online on 14.6. which was super easy. Super friendly owners who welcome you at the reception. Depending on where you stand you can overlook the bay. Facilities are clean. 1€ per 5 min shower.

We arrived 28/09/21 was closed no-one at reception. We should have called before travelling as obviously closed for season. Looks a great location though facing beach.
Beautiful campsite has everything you need. Showers €1 for 5mins. Right beside a beautiful beach. We had little midgets infest us while we were there but disappeared after dusk. Owner was very helpful
Nice campsite and great facilities. Very disappointed with the parking spot we were given, it was like a swamp. When we voiced our concerns to the owner we were given the option to move only a few spaces down in the same wet area. We asked what our options were and we we’re told there’s no refunds or credit given.

Aménagements impeccables puisque tout est neuf, accueil chaleureux et joyeux, réfectoire avec bouilloires et grille pain, réfrigérateur et micro ondes. Vraie aire de service ce qui est rare en Irlande. Pour info douche à 1 € pour 2,30 mn ou 2 € pour 5 mn. Applique tarification CampingCard ACSI.
