J'ai trouvé cet endroit par pur hasard et quelle trouvaille ! Je n'avais presque rien laissé tomber dans le coin. J'ai une camionnette de 7 mètres et j'ai réussi à la garer. C'est un parking de complexe sportif avec piscine, douches et toilettes. C'est très calme, on s'y sent en sécurité. Aldi est à 5 minutes à pied et il y a des cafés.
Found this place by pure chance and what a find! No Restrictions. I’d almost given up absolutely nothing else around here. I have a 7 meter van and managed to fit it in a parking space. It’s a sports complex car park with swimming pool & showers / toilets. Very quiet felt safe here Aldi 5 minutes walk away & coffee shops.
Ich habe diesen Ort durch reinen Zufall gefunden – und was für ein Fund! Ich hätte hier fast nichts anderes mehr hergegeben. Ich habe einen 7-Meter-Van und habe ihn in eine Parklücke gestellt. Es ist ein Sportkomplex-Parkplatz mit Schwimmbad und Duschen/Toiletten. Sehr ruhig, fühlte mich sicher hier. Aldi ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und Cafés gibt es auch.
Encontré este lugar por pura casualidad, ¡y qué hallazgo! Casi no había renunciado a nada más por aquí. Tengo una furgoneta de 7 metros y conseguí meterla en un espacio de aparcamiento. Es un aparcamiento de un complejo deportivo con piscina, duchas y baños. Muy tranquilo, me sentí seguro. Hay un Aldi a 5 minutos andando y hay cafeterías.

A great site. I arrived late at night and wished I’d gone around the corner where it is a little more secluded/easier to park a 6m van. I paid £2.30 for a days parking getting the bus (10 min walk) into Winchester and walked back. Sports centre opens at 6am with toilets upstairs and a Costa. No barrier restrictions as a coach park, and no restrictions for longer stays provided you pay for parking.
It’s free from 4pm to 8am ! Safe and quiet I was using this place many times!!
After travelling around for a few days topping and tailing is not enough, so dropped in here to get a shower.. £3.30, plenty of hot water in a clean modern changing room.. Lockers a plenty, but you will need a small padlock if you are concerned about security.. Timing your arrival to be after 12 will give you 4 hours free parking until 4pm and its free after that.. great for shopping or going out
No overnighting but apart from that a lovely place to park up to visit Romsey and a have a shower.
I live here and it’s a gorgeous little town with lots of great cafe options. Do NOT park in the coach bays. You will be charged. They are for school coaches/buses. If you need a bigger space there are a couple of locations where you can hang the back over the grass or take up 2 spots. I have a 10m motorhome and it does fit but only just!
I came to use the showers here, it was £3.30 and you can use them as long as you want to. The parking is free for the first 4 hours. A short walk into the cute little town. Great spot and easy to drive to.
We've used this leisure centre twice now for showers, £6.60 for 2 showers, shower was clean, hot water and as much of it as you wanted, it is signposted as The Rapids, we have emptied the toilet tank in the public toilets on the left as you drive into the Rapid's carpark, 5 stat rating for the place.
