I recently stayed for the 2nd time this year, one night both times. It’s a lovely site, very large with generous pitches. The facilities are a little dated but they are SUPER clean. It’s fantastic if travelling with dogs as there is a huge dog walk at the back of the site (30-40 mins if you do the whole loop). Laundry is a bit of a trek if you’re on a pitch right at the back.
Camping calme et tranquille près de Cambridge, pratique si vous comptez passer plusieurs jours en ville. En plus le prix est très correct par rapport aux autres campings des alentours. 30 pounds pour la nuit 2 personnes avec électricité. Sanitaires très propres, camping très bien entretenu. Une nuit passée au calme pour retourner en ville le lendemain. Je recommande ce camping

Grosser Platz mit zugewiesenen Plätzen. Der Empfang war etwas kühl. Saubere Sanitäranlagen und Busanbindung nach Cambridge.
Sehr gepflegter Campingplatz mit reichlich und sehr sauberen Sanitäranlagen, extra Bereich für Zelter, Waschmaschine/Schleuder, Pub in Laufnähe, Fahradwege nach Cambridge, naheliegende Busstation (Nr 18/35 Min). Freundlicher Empfang, kleiner Shop. Keine spektakuläre Landschaft, aber Stadtnähe!
Wir sind nach drei Jahren das zweite Mal hier gewesen und wurden tatsächlich gleich wieder erkannt. Der Platz ist immer noch toll. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Very warm welcome… without pre-booking. All round the facilities were good. Stayed 1 night only and would stay again if passing. Highly recommend staying.
Ein sehr toll angelegter Campingplatz mit viel Platz um einen herum. Duschen und WC sind sauber und zweckmäßig. Wir standen auf Platz 92 und hatten fast die absolute Ruhe. 27 Pfund ohne Strom aber ansonsten mit allem was man als Womo-Reisende braucht, sind hier gerechtfertigt. Wir würden wieder hier her kommen.

Wir waren Anfang April hier. Absolut Mega Platz. Sehr liebe Besitzerin, sehr saubere Sanitäre Anlagen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Abends kam sogar ein Fish‘n Chips Wagen.
Wundervoll: Ruhiger Campingplatz mit freundlichem Personal. Neues Sanitätsgebäude lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Spontane Üernachtung möglich - die Gegend um Cambridge lädt nicht zu einer "wilden" Übernachtung ein. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger.
Lovely campsite - very friendly staff, fabulous bathrooms with showers that have enough space to keep your clothes dry, decent laundry (inc a spinner for 10p if you do a handwash), and nice walks from the campsite, or if you've got a bike it's an easy ride into Cambridge that's nearly all on cycleways. I paid £20 for a grass pitch (no EHU) for one person and a campervan.

Camping très bien entretenu, sanitaires au top avec chauffage la nuit, très agréable lors de nuit fraîche. La dame de l'accueil était très sympathique, mais on enlève une étoile car le monsieur de l'entretien a été très impoli en hurlant de sortir du bloc sanitaire car il devait nettoyer, sans que rien ne l'indique clairement. Prix correct à proximité de Cambridge, un peu cher pour nous.
Muy buen camping si lo que buscas es únicamente un lugar para dormir y asearte. Las instrucciones sanitarias están en buenas condiciones, siempre limpias y dicha de agua caliente sin monedas y regulable. a pesar de que la señora que nos recibió el primer día fue amable, el chico de mantenimiento carece de educación alguna ni de buenos modales siendo grosero en un.par de ocasiones con nosotros

Sehr nette Leute vor Ort, der Platz ist absolut gepflegt, die Toiletten werden mehrfach gereinigt am Tag und die Plätze sind sehr groß.

Ein super schöner und perfekt angelegter Platz. 5 Platzbereiche durch hohe Hecken abgegrenzt. Alle Plätze mit Strom. 3 Sanitärgebäude mit Waschplätzen für Geschirr und Handwäsche, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Duschen. Haartrockner vorhanden. An versch. Abenden kommt Food-truck mit Fisch and Chips uvm., sehr lecker. Regular Sitze £11 Dog-walk Spazierweg über die Felder. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Super Ausgangspunkt um Cambridge und die Umgebung zu erkunden! Sehr saubere Sanitäranlagen, sehr gepflegte Anlage, sehr nette Besitzerin, Vogelgezwitscher aber leider auch Rauschen der Autobahn zu hören, kein WiFi, mit dem Rad ist Cambridge in ca. 30-35 min. zu erreichen. Tolle English Countryside mit süßen Häuschen & Gärten drumherum :) 27£/Nacht für 2 Personen im Van ohne Strom (mit Strom 33£)

Sehr schön gelegen und super gepflegt. Wegen zu nassem Terrain wurden wir leider abgewiesen, obwohl es aus unserer Sicht noch Plätze auf Kies hatte.Schade.
Kamen hier nach einer kleinen Odyssee an da viele Plätze die wir vorher anführen wegen Hochwasser geschloßen waren (Nottinghamshire). So führen wir zu unserem nächsten Ziel, leider war der Platz schon für den Winter geschlossen am 24.10.23. keine Übernachtung möglich. Wir fanden letztendlich Meads Farm und konnten dort obwohl schon kurz vor 20:00 einen Platz bekommen.
Schöner Platz, freundliche Besitzer, Sanitär-Anlagen top. Alles was man braucht, inkl. Fisch and Chip Food-truck am Abend.

Wow! Was ein genialer Platz! Hier fehlte es uns an nichts!! Ein toller Platz für Tier & Mensch. Alles sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll angelegt! Sanitäre Anlangen inklusive, absolut sauber! Sogar mit einem extra Weg ganz hinten für die Hunde! Dort oben auf der Bank über ganz Cambridge zu gucken ist ein Erlebnis! Wir standen hinten am Feld! 7 Sterne & noch viel mehr! Danke an die netten Betreiber!
Super netter Empfang, spontane Übernachtung war überhaupt kein Problem. Sanitäre Anlagen sind sauber und vollkommen ausreichend, haben für 2 Personen im Dachzelt ohne Strom für eine Nacht 25£ bezahlt.
Camping spacieux, la route est quand même passagère… les sanitaires étaient propres avec de l’eau chaude, un peu cher mais on peut dire ça de tous les campings en Angleterre !

Absolut perfekter Campingplatz. Mit oder ohne Stromanschluss möglich. Wir haben für einen Van plus 2 Personen 25Pfund ohne Strom gezahlt. Strom plus 6Pfund. Alles absolut sauber, Beisitzerin extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Duschen schön heiß. Definitiv 7 Sterne wert.
We absolutely love this campsite. It is one of the most beautifully kept places we’ve stayed. Bev, the owner, is very friendly and accommodating and it’s an easy ride by bus to Cambridge. There is also a beautiful walk from Grantchester to Cambridge, again, easily accessed by bus. We have visited this campsite twice and will return again whenever we are in the UK.
Lovely owner! Peaceful and extremely well-kept campsite. Large designated pitches and very clean facilities. Even a dedicated walk for dogs is made in the back of the fields. If you love things to be organized well in a nature environment, this is your place to go…
Hier gestaan op de terug weg naar Harwich, hier een super plek gehad, zijn vriendelijk geholpen door de eigenaresse. Alles super schoon en netjes, je zit slechts 5 Mile van Cambridge vandaan dus perfecte uitvalsbasis! Als ik weer deze kant op ga dan bezoek ik deze camping zeker weer.
Great location surrounded by open fields. Bike ride to Granchester & Cambridge or catch a bus. Very clean facilities with lovely helpful staff/owners. Half the price of a CCC site.
Very friendly family-run campsite. On a quiet location close to Cambridge. The city of Cambridge is easy to reach by bike (about 9 km to city centre, mostly on bike paths). There's also a bus service from the town which runs once an hour. Very clean and tidy facilities. Also laundry facilities available (washing machine £3,- dryer £1,50).
Endlich Duschen mit hohem Wasserdruck! Alles sehr sauber. Hab mit einer Person und Hund 18£ ohne Strom bezahlt. Pub in 2km Entfernung lohnt sich nicht

Perfect basic campsite (which is what we always look for), reminded me of French municipal campsites. Extremely clean and tidy. Peaceful. Has a family section, you can watch your children on the swings from your pitch. There is a nice walk through the fields at the top of the site. Reasonably priced for the area.
An extremely well kept site, hot showers and clean toilets. Easy booking, quiet stay. Very much recommended. Would have liked to see more of the view but the high hedges do keep the wind down.
Un super endroit, très calme, joli, propre et bien entretenu, proche de Cambridge (en voiture). Arrivée jusque 19h. Il y a un petit supermarché dans la ville de Combelton à 10 minutes en voiture de la. Nous avons payé 33£ la nuit pour deux adultes et deux enfants dans un camping car, avec l’électricité. Il y a un espace réservé pour les familles, un peu séparé des autres espaces, avec balançoire.

Very nice staff and well looked after place. Facilities were clean and offered everything one could wish for. We payed 19 for two people in a van. A little too neat for our taste but that’s up to us, the owners are doing everything they can.
Have to say, lovely lady running the show. The facilities are absolutely spotless and well looked after. The only downside, if you park to close the trees you get woken by blinking wood pigeons.. Great place too relax, fish and chips on a Saturday are worth trying.
