Really friendly welcome, pub is lovely and very reasonably priced. Dog friendly. Car park being redesigned, we were at the back on gravel, unfortunately the gravel was laid on wet soil and plastic so quite soft and unable to use levellers, leave front wheels on tarmac! A couple of pitches had been dug up where vans had struggled to get off. Bin in the car park. Next to a very noisy and busy road.
Excellent stop over. 24hr Toilets, good well priced food in the pub. Level, hard standing pitches. Only £15 with a buffet breakfast included? Can not complain!
Very noisy road outside, fairly quiet from 12 to 5.30am, otherwise constant traffic. Buffet breakfast was very basic.

Stayed last night with 4 other vans. Peaceful night. Good meal in the evening and fab breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff. Dog allowed in restaurant which is brilliant.
I’m astonished there aren’t more reviews. We paid £15 for 1 night in our van with breakfast for 2 in the hotel. 24 hour toilets, gated area, able to erect awning (but wouldn’t always be the case if busy). Water available but no toilet waste disposal. I’m a solo traveller and this place will be perfect for me to explore the surrounding areas. It’s priced perfectly and was very safe and quiet.
A great stopover with fresh water and toilet facilities 24/7. £15 gets you a nights stay and breakfast for two people. The pub/restaurant is dog friendly.
