suclif09/07/2025Nice views. Felt very safe. Only a bin, so no facilities. I came from Rotherham. Motorway in distance so you can hear traffic when outside the van & a road next to it but it never disturbed me. I slept amazing 9 hours, woke up, and enjoyed a tea looking at the view. occasionally cars use it for a turning point and I had a few cars stop for the view. None of it disturbed me after 10pm.

Great location and views. Not dog walking friendly. Parked here a few nights.

Small parking area as described. No facilities but there is a village pub 100 meters away. Not good for walking dogs but looks like there would be a lovely view on a non cloudy rainy day! A little noise from the M18 but didn't bother us, quite soothing actually.
