Ver- und Entsorgung liegt außerhalb und kann gegen Gebühr auch von Nichtgästen genutzt werden! Peedie Sea direkt gegenüber mit tollen Gassirunden!

Sehr schöner gepflegter CP, tolle geräumige saubere Badezimmer. Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Spülküche, Aufenthaltsraum, Einlass ab 14:00 Uhr. Nette kleine Stadt mit Sehenswürdigkeiten. Tesco, Lidl 10 Min. zu Fuß.

Used the service area which is outside of the barrier. Everything was very clean and easy to use. Paid £5 at reception. Thank you for this valued option

Heel mooie camping. De prijzen zijn op deze app niet correct. Voor 1 nacht betaal je £ 35,35. Tip van de eigenaar: tenzij je geboekt heb ‘kom niet naar Orkney tussen 11 en 19 juli’ er zal nergens plaats zijn omwille van festiviteiten.

Utilisé pour une nuit en van afin de faire le plein, vider les eaux etc. Des bonnes installations pratiques, les emplacements sont plats/propres/espacés. Les douches/toilettes sont corrects, à utiliser de préférence le soir, le matin après le passage de tous les utilisateurs ce n’est pas toujours propre. Lave linge et sèche linge dispo mais un peu chères 5£ et 3£

Clean and tidy site, costs £25-£33 per night. Individual shower rooms are great. Lounge and kitchen area for campers. Some road noise and you can hear the early morning ferry but not too noisy. 5 minute walk to supermarkets. 15 minute walk to main shops, cathedral, harbour etc. non-guests can use water/waste for £5 during office hours, though these are outside the barrier so may not be monitored.

Estupendo camping, todos los servicios, al lado de la capital y cómodo para recorrer la Mainland.

Ein grundsätzlich sehr schöner Campingplatz, sehr sauber und sehr ordentlich. Es wird auch strikte Mülltrennung geachtet, die WLAN Geschwindigkeit am Platz war ausreichend, und auch die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist gut. Die Dame am Empfang war etwas unfreundlich, als wir eine Verkürzung unseres Aufenthalts angefragt haben. Diese Vera natürlich möglich, allerdings ohne Erstattung der bereits im Internet gezahlten Gebühren. Kein Ausdruck des Bedauerns oder Mitgefühl. Ansonsten eine gute Station um die Gehend und Kirkwall zu erkunden.

Great campsite for exploring Kirkwall. Easy walk into the town. All the facilities you could want and 3 supermarkets close by. Some road noise, but this is to be expected from such a central location.

Sehr schlechtes WLAN und dann auch noch mit einem alten Sicherheitstandard und dadurch unsicher. 29,00 Pfund für Wohnmobil mit zwei Personen pro Nacht.

Buen camping para visitar las Orkney. Estuvimos 3 noches por 100£ sin electricidad (un poco caro pero no hay mucho donde elegir por la zona). Buenos servicios y parcelas.

Super Platz um Kirkwall und die Insel zu erkunden. Um diese Jahreszeit sehr ruhig. Rezeption und Check-in (wenn nicht vorab per email) laufen dann über das Schwimmbad. Gerne wieder!

Disappointing! No warden on site, and confusing / no information on 'the board' made booking in a total farce. Directed to the leasure center next door, where the staff were 'unhelpful' and seemingly lacked knowledge of the site. A good range of facilities, but unfortunately not cleaned during our stay. The other council run sites were so much better, so very disappointed. Maybe just lucked out..

Campeggio comodo da raggiungere per chi arriva sull’isola con il traghetto anche di notte. Accesso libero h24, si paga online dal sito, e successivamente vengono mandati i codici di accesso via e-mail per accedere al camping e ai servizi. Bagni molto puliti. Ci tornerei.

De passage, on a pu vider les eaux grises, WC et faire le plein d'eau potable. Don à discrétion, on a donné 5 £. Il y a aussi des douches et une laverie. Super accueil, très pratique.

Sehr gepflegter Platz in der Nähe des Zentrums. Auch spätere Anreise möglich. Unsere Fähre hatte 6 Stunden Verspätung.

Prenotato in anticipo sul sito. Campeggio buono, bel parco giochi, adatto per visitare la città.

£29 for 1 night hardstanding with elec. shower facilities were very well kept and wash up area all clean and tidy. A very well kept site with all the services easy to find. We stayed at again during our tour of Orkney.

Excellent location close to town centre. Very secure. Large clean toilet and shower block, plenty hard standing pitches. Right next to supermarkets, and a swimming pool/cinema etc.

Petit camping de ville. Très propre. Sanitaires, laverie, cuisine, et salle de repos dans un même bâtiment. Parfait pour les jours de pluie ! Grande piscine municipale juste à côté.

Facilities are very clean and booking process via website works like a charm. Child friendly and close to town centre.

£5 ( July 2022) to empty black and grey waste and to fill up on water for those not staying here. Great service. Does not include recycling or rubbish disposal but good value to dispose of toilet and grey waste and get water fill up. See their website for details of opening times.

Loved our stay here. Very friendly staff on check in. Fantastic location - can walk into town. Three supermarkets on the doorstep. Very clean facilities. Each cubicle had shower, loo & basin in. Barrier with key code & code on door to facilities, so felt very safe. Was a lounge and kitchen area to use too. Can highly recommend.

Came here while on Orkney to fill up after several nights of wild camping. Prebooked to make sure we got an electric hook up as starting to get in to season. Nice clean facilities, warm showers, wash up/kitchen area, lounge, WiFi. A stones throw from 3 supermarkets and a great base for a night. Would highly recommend.

Zentrale und doch ruhige Lage, Geschäfte in der Nähe. Sanitäranlagen sind schon älter aber gepflegt und ausreichend vorhanden. Hartplatz wird empfohlen, da die Grasplätze uneben sind und das Gras relativ hoch ist.

Perfect for one night. Good location for Kirkwall and a centre point for the island. Hard standing, electricity, washing up, washing machines/driers (cost extra) and showers for £20. Toilet/shower rooms are very ‘hospital’ like, spotless but typical to what you’d find in a sports centre/hospital - site is owned by the sports centre next door! Would come again for convenience, price and cleanliness

Lovely site, has everything you need including kitchen, laundry, tv lounge as well as fabulous showers.only 10 minute stroll to town. Would recommend 100%

We used this facility yesterday and it comes highly recommended. £5 to fill up water tank, down drain grey waste and empty toilet cassette. Will definitely use again.

Brilliant site run by Orkney Council adjacent to sports centre. Showers and toilets equal / better than Caravan Club. Not expensive and complimentary Wi-fi. TV and 4G signals ok. Easy walking to Kirkwall town and supermarkets.

Superb facilities. Every shower in a small private room. Hot water and warm rooms. Common room with seating and power, kitchen with wash up and microwave, laundry with washing machines (£2 a load) and driers (£1 for 30 minutes). Open 1st March - 15th Dec. Cost for Campervan, 2 adults and electricity £19 including good WiFi.

Camping très propre, sanitaires très confortables, douche très chaude, WC et lavabo dans chaque box. A peine 25 £ pour un van, 2 adultes et électricité.
