Willo202126/10/2025Stayed overnight prior to visiting a local Moho company. Excellent Sunday roast at good value. Staff very welcoming. Will definitely be back when in the area.

Good parking and a quiet overnight stay in grade 2 listed Georgian pub that has recently been refurbished to a high standard. We met the owner and family who were so welcoming and good company. Food was great as was the atmosphere, we are planning a return visit later in the year.

FlorenceCaddy08/09/2024Stopped one night. Very welcoming staff. As long as you eat and / or drink in the pub it’s a free stop over. We stayed in the field which was level and we had a good nights sleep. Some distant noise from the main road but hardly noticeable. Would stop here again for sure. Had a fish finger butty from the pub for a snack which was lovely but didn’t partake of the main menu

We stopped here on our way from Scotland to Dover and we were glad we did. We had a lovely meal (outside), ordered a tasty Malbec and had a lovely quiet night. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly and there’s a great atmosphere. We stayed on the grass, but you can also park on the gravel. Really recommended if you are in the area and this is worth a stop!
