It’s a school parking and a bus station, so the action starts at 7am, there is also a station’s cafe, so the noise will continue at least till 11pm. Otherwise the night is quiet, not even barking dogs. For a visiting stop the place is perfect. The old town is lovely, the food is tasty and reasonably priced.

1 début de nuit et nous avons dû partir car un groupe de jeunes faisaient un rodéo urbain sur le parking avec 4 voitures.... on également mis le feu à des poubelles. sommes partis dès qu'ils se sont garés pour le 2eme parking public de la ville, même problème (le groupe faisait une sorte de circuit d'un parking à l'autre...). avons fini par dormir sur un bord de chemin de campagne.

Areopoli molto carina, ma il parcheggio è frequentato da giovani del posto che urlano e non permettono una sosta notturna tranquilla.

parking parfait et sécurisant pour visiter ce joli petit village, nous étions 2 camping-car et n'avons eu aucun soucis pour trouver de la place, de nombreux restaurants avons très bien mangé en terrasse

Für einen Stadtbesuch sicher ein guter Parkplatz. Nur sollte man nicht am Wochenende hier übernachten. Treffpunkt der Dorfjugend und sehr laut.

Plenty of space for parking, we stopped to visit the town and grab a coffee so didn’t spend the night but looks like it would be perfectly fine to do so if we needed to.

Excellent big parking area for large motorhomes in centre of Areopoli, near pretty town square with cafes & also walk straight down the road for a supermarket ( the furthest supermarket on the left is better stocked than the first one on the right) & 2 bakeries. There are no size restrictions on the car park anymore, the sign was taped over- although perhaps this changes in peak summer season?

Très bon parking pour visiter ce village charmant. Attention le samedi matin il y a le marché donc on se retrouve vite encerclés. Et le vendredi soir nous avions la musique et les drifts des jeunes.

Parkeerden hier 17 oktober om het stadje te bezoeken. Er stonden verschillende grotere en kleinere bussen, mogelijk schoolbussen. Toen we terugkwamen, was het plein leeg en zagen we dat er rechts bij de inrit een bord staat dat het verboden is hier te parkeren voor voertuigen zwaarder dan 2.5 ton. We hadden geen bon, maar wees gewaarschuwd.

questa notte siamo dovuti andare via. un gruppo di ragazzi ha lanciato una mela contro il nostro camper verso le 3 e poco dopo hanno iniziato a fare drifting con le auto. peccato perché sarebbe comodo per visitare la bellissima Areopoli

Ample parking with lots of space, even during school. You just have to cross the street to explore town.

Good parking place to visit the village. Didn't slept here but it seems fine.

Prima voor een bezoek aan het leuke Dorpje. nodigt niet uit om te slapen.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte dopo aver visitato la bellissima cittadina. Era sabato sera e tutta la notte casino, con voci e macchine che correvano. Non lo consiglio per dormire, vicino le spiagge si sta più tranquilli.

A éviter , dommage …en raison des rodéos toute la nuit ,On s est rabattu sur le parking de la mairie plus petit mais plus calme .

Grand parking en face du gymnase et d’un petit restaurant. Nous a semblé sûr. Nous avons laissé le van quelques heures pour visiter le village et manger un bout.

Très bien pour une pause pour visiter cette jolie ville et faire quelques emplettes.

Pratique pour une halte mais très exposé au vent et bruyant jusqu'à minuit.

Parking parfait pour visiter la ville et très accessible en camping-car. Nous l’avons laissé la journée sans problème. Un supermarché est juste à côté également, ouvert le dimanche

Très bien pour visiter la ville, grand parking avec de la place, boulangerie à 2 pas avec du bon pain et de très bons biscuits de toutes sortes ! Avons passé une bonne nuit.

Fine for day time stop to see Aeropoli but there are other better options for sleeping the night. We went down to Diros for one night, only available in the off season as there are signs everywhere forbidding Motorhomes and Caravans etc...
