Is was one of the best spots of the Ardeche, but unfortunately closed now. The place is blocked with gates and at the start of the road to this place there is a sign with text that it's only accessible for people who live there, and other cars will be towed away. The parkingplace is still there, unused. So it's only blocked to annoy tourists and forcing them to go a camping instead.
