A non working farm surrounded by arable farmland on the outskirts of Dunnington village. Good tv reception. Level pitches with Electric Hook-Up. Village has mini market, pub, bistro, bakery, newsagents. Bus stop into York approx half mile, runs every 30 mins. Park and ride 2.5 miles away. Laundry service nearby. No minimum night stay.

Friendly welcome by Stephen despite arrival after dark. Plenty of lush grassy spots to choose from. Walked to bus stop in morning to explore York. Stayed a second night. Available grey and black water disposal points worked well. Topped up with water also. All very simple and great value.
perfect spot for £15 a night with ehu and water. bins. toilet empty and gray water empty. no toilets or showers so self contained vehicles only. launderette on a1079 behind the garage. pub in village. very quiet
lovely spot for 15£ with electricity included, water and water disposal, owner was really kind. we took the bus to york near the gas station.
Clean reasonably level site with waste tank, water and electricity. Lovely peaceful large quiet site. Very reasonable at only £15 per night
Only for selfcontained campers since there are no toilets or showers. We had to search for another site. Looked nice!
Lovely campsite for self contained vans. Friendly and helpful owners, good value for money, various nearby local attractions, nice walks and scenery, can't fault it. We will try and get back later this year.
A lovely site, very friendly hosts. About 10 minutes walk to the bus stop.
O lugar é incrível e o preço super justo perto do praticado na Inglaterra. Fomos recebidos com Stela, super atenciosa e gentil. Pagamos 15 libras e tivemos acesso a energia, água potável, descarte de água e cassete. Importante: não precisa de agendamento, mas só aceitam pagamento em dinheiro. Passamos duas noites ótimas, silenciosas e tranquilas
Emplacement et installations parfaites pour passer des nuits paisible tout en étant à proximité de York. Hôte gentils et très accueillants. Pour nous c'est la meilleure adresse pour visiter York. Tout y est. L'espace, le calme... Merci.
Stella and Stephen were wonderful hosts! we stopped here for 2 nights so we could explore York (which we were able to cycle into) and recharge after a few days on the road. Great location and would definitely recommend!

Proprietari super gentili e simpatici. molte piazzole disponibili nel prato con allaccio corrente, a 15 sterline la notte. Presente anche bagno chimico e raccolta rifiuti differenziata. Bel posto.
Stayed here for one night - level parking, very peaceful, lovely views over open farmland and excellent facilities. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.
Prospect is 4miles outside of York on the 46/47x bus route to York or Hull via Beverley- 10mins walk from the campsite. Well maintained with EHU (including £3perday electric),elsan,fresh water,blackwater waste, and recycling bins. The owners are welcoming providing printed information of local establishments and bus services complete with a map of York. See you both again soon! - Amber and Jim
Très bon accueil avec toutes les commodités pour passer une bonne nuit, calme. Le prix est correct 15£ avec électricité et possibilité de vidanger et remettre de l’eau. Merci pour tout.
Un accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée vers 20h30 avec notre camping car avec des informations touristiques et pratiques. Emplacements au calme dans un cadre verdoyant. Waze indique bien le lieu en mettant le nom de la ferme « prospect farm », sur la route croisant la station essence Esso.
Superbe endroit pour visiter York en bus, accueil très sympathique.
Excellent accueil des propriétaires et excellent emplacement, très calme, électricité comprise et borne eaux propres, grises et noires pour 15£. Attention : Google Map indique un accès erroné. Il faut accéder par Common Lane en face de la station service. Nous avons visité York par Park&Ride : parking gratuit, dont emplacements réservés camper vans 5.5£ à 2 pour aller-retour bus centre ville.
Very warm welcome by the owners giving us some tips of what to see & do in York. Had all the rest and quiet + all whats needed for a camper (grey, black water, fresh water and even electricity) what more do you need. A place very recommendable ! Thanks again and greetings from Belgium.
Excellent little gem , warm welcome from the owners , grass pitch on a big field ( great for our dogs ) electric , grey& black waste disposal all for £15 , bus into York just down the lane . Launderette and shop at the garage at the end of the road .
Lovely quiet location. Pub walkable 1.5 miles down country lanes but you need a torch.
Top. Vidange eau grise, toilette. Eau et électricité inclus. Pas de douche, pas de toilette. Super accueil des propriétaires.

Ein wirklich toller, ruhiger und günstiger Platz auf einem riesigen Feld für autarke Camper. Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Man kann sehr gut mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Des Weiteren ist ganz in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle, die u.a. nach York führt, eine Fahrt kostet 2 Pfund. Es ist einer der besten Plätze, den wir auf unserer Tour gefunden haben. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Ein angenehmer, großzügiger Platz in ruhiger Umgebung nahe an York für autarke Wohnmobile. Das Besitzerpaar ist sehr nett, selbst Wohnmobilfahrer. Wir konnten uns einen Platz auf der riesigen Wiese aussuchen. Ein Super-Wohlfühl-Platz.
