une petite épicerie de village et un salon de thé agréé - très convivial, également un petit magasin à la ferme ; ouvert tôt pour vos besoins en produits frais
et le Cobbled Corner Cafe pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner.
Comme il s'agit d'un joyau caché, soyez très courtois.

There's also a car park next door with plenty of parking.
A couple of lovely pubs in the village doing excellent food,
a little village general store and licenced tea room - very friendly, also a little farm shop; opens early for your fresh food requirements
and the Cobbled Corner Cafe for breakfast and lunch.
As this is a hidden gem please be extra courteous.

Just stayed 2 nights here. Think it will be a favorite. Very quiet overnight and fabulous location. Superb for hiking, we met some very friendly folk, both whilst out walking and in The Sun Inn. There is an honesty box,(which we initially found hard to find). Please do use it. Lets make it worthwhile. Honesty Box is next to a white box on the front of the building, on wall before the doors.
Arrived last night, very quiet with one other van. it was Pizza night at the Sun Inn. Super friendly staff! Great walks in the area, circular route including Fair Snape Fell. Definitely recommend.
Our 2nd visit. A fabulous spot. Sadly Tilly’s has stopped serving food( it was awesome when we stayed in March) and The Sun had stopped serving by 19:30. Very quiet night, on flat tarmac. Lovely community.
Absolute hidden gem, we had a great stay, very quiet, easy access to local amenities, great for the furry friends walks and for the kids as theres a play park. Great 4g/5g there is a donation box near the entrance if you feel like it
nothing to complain about. quiet in the night, excellent fish and chips in the pub nearby, even for parking.
Ce n'est qu'un simple parking mais a le mérite d'être mis à disposition de la commune.(Une boîte de confiance pour un don sur le mur de la mairie). Skate parc et terrain de foot juste à côté mais à partir de 22h c'est bien calme. Village charmant et habitants bien sympathiques.

Great spot, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Friendly locals, no disturbances, Quaint lovely village just on the outskirts of Trough of Bowland. There is a donation box for the upkeep and they do an amazing job !
No height barrier, Hardstanding and level absolute hidden gem! Plenty of facilities for the little ones inc a free skatepark, and a field for the dogs to roam. Really friendly locals and pubs cafes etc just minutes walk away. It's minutes away from the Trough of Bowland. There is a donation box, we gladly contributed. It's lovely to see a community so friendly to campers.
We stayed 1 night and there are 2 car parks which are van friendly. No height restrictions and Great for kids & dogs to play on the field. This is a hidden gem, with a lovely village. Please be courteous
Stopped here for 1 night. Spoke to the village hall to be polite & let them know we would be on the car park. Big park for the kids. Local football club pitches. Space to run dogs off lead. Skate park. 2 mins walk to local pubs who are very welcoming. Park down at the bottom left side as you come in (past the skate park)

Basic hard standing car park around the back/side of the town hall/local football team. Ideal for a stopover. There is NO height barrier, that is located in the car park with toilet a little further on.

Great stopover Thankyou for sharing! There was no height barrier when we arrived. There’s a council car park behind the chipping fc building (not to be confused with this one) There were approx 40 parking spaces & there’s also a skate ramp park located within the car park and a park within view from the car park also. We had a fab time here and the kids were outside playing all evening!
unfortunately you tried to get on the public council carpark which has a hight barrier and not the Village hall carpark 100yards up the road. if your in the area again it's a lovely village very friendly.
Height restrictions in place except for 6 spaces that you might get a MH on but quite narrow and usually full. Looks like Chipping don’t want Motorhomers in their village. No where else to park so moved on.
