This Lay-by is used for dogging as is the picnic area and other lay-by close by. I arrived in the afternoon and although the lay-by was completely empty. A guy parked in front of me, practically bumper to bumper. He sat there for about 10 minutes before getting out of his car and walked around my van looking in all of the windows. I drove off and parked somewhere else.
