Busy place 4 vans here plus cars coming and going for the station. If you like midges this place has loads of them. If you want tranquility it’s not here!

ray904201/08/2025brilliant place. the waiting room is open 24 hours and has food hot and cold drinks and water. you leave either cash or debit card payment via honesty box. I was speaking with the owner who lives next to the platform and he said it is very successful. there's electric sockets for charging and free WiFi. decent mobile signal for EE. NOT So good for 3. parked overnight in the car park no problems.
JRGlobal08/10/2024Slept in the van one night - nice and quiet, only the local Stag groaning. Left the van one night, as hiked to Corrour Station and stayed the night there and caught the train back. No bother leaving the van. Fabulous clean toilets at Rannoch Station, with hot water. Well worth the honesty donation. Great location for hiking and biking and catching the train.

Cracking spot at end of road. Toilet and rubbish available. Tearoom on station and excellent restaurant in hotel. Walks direct from the carpark. Main passers-by are deer?

If silence is what you’re after, this is a great overnight spot. Lovely location looking over Rannoch moor and surrounding terrain. Long road to get there but we’ll worth it once you get there. Toilet, wash hand basin in station.
