Large car park not far from the city centre. There's a height barrier but it was open and looks as if it always is. Plenty of space. Very quiet at the far end.
Großer Parkplatz nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es gibt eine Höhenbarriere, aber sie war offen und sieht so aus, als ob sie es immer wäre. Viel Platz. Sehr ruhig am anderen Ende.

Used this place a few times without problems., height barrier open. 1 poxy sign near entrance ( no motorhomes and campervans) that i didn't see. parking ticket issued 8.25am Sunday morning. Thanks York council, We shall not return .

Habe hier auf den 21.8.24 übernachtet. Sehr ruhig. Mit einem CamperVan kein Problem. Die Nacht kostet 4£. Sehr zentral gelegen; 10 Minuten ins Zentrum der Stadt.
Ruhiger, zentraler Parkplatz. Tagsüber nicht billig, 20£, nicht mehr 16£. 4£ von 18 bis 08 Uhr ist noch korrekt. unbedingt Münzgeld dabei haben

Wir haben hier einen Tag und eine Nacht verbracht, leider etwas teurer ab für eine Stadt wie York war es uns das Wert. Der Platz ist sehr ruhig und fühlt sich sehr sicher an. Direkt bei der Innenstadt, wir haben uns York bei Tag und bei Nacht angeschaut.

Stayed here on the off chance and it was surprisingly quiet at night! No disturbances. Height barrier was open also.
Sehr guter Parkplatz. Direkt an der Innenstadt gelegen. Wie schon mehrmals hier gelesen, ist eine Höhenbeschränkung vorhanden, aber diese ist offen. Wir stehen hier entspannt mit einem Wohnmobil mit 7,5 m Länge
Just a car park, but what an amazing location, 2 minutes walk from town.
we also got a £25* fine for not quite fitting in a park, but think that if you are careful, in the right park we could have fit. very quiet overnight *50% discount if paid within 14 days
Just stayed 2 days/nights £18 for 24 hrs , used the pay by phone app. Quiet location and so close to the centre . Height barriers not in use . Few cars had tickets so there keen .
Notre camping car à pris 3 places, sinon impossible de se garer. Du coup, malgré le payement de 16£ pour la journée, on a eu une amende de 25£. Sinon le parking est très proche du centre ville.
So close in the center, affordable, a lot of space, and quiet in the night when you park towards the back. I’d only recommend more low profile vans here though. Superb!

Grand parking, limitation de hauteur enlevée. A deux pas du centre ville, au calme. Par contre, très cher en journée il faut y venir après 18h pour passer la nuit car tarif avantageux. Attention, non adapté aux grands camping cars.
nice place, close to the Cathedral, but small parking spots not suited for larger vehicles, and there is a height limit (but at the moment not enforced)
Endroit très calme à deux pas du centre. Le forfait de 18h00 à 8h00 est à présent de 4 livres. Nombreux containers pour jeter vos ordures. si vous payez 16 livres à partir de 8h00 du matin, vous pouvez rester 14 heures.
