stayed here for 2 nights in a campervan. very quite place which was great. I would defo come back and stay lovely area too
Camping « Quiet Moments », situé directement sur la baie avec sa propre plage. Ce camping dispose d'un grand terrain dégagé avec beaucoup d'espace pour les fourgonnettes et les tentes. Il y a un espace pour l'EHU à côté des mobil-homes. Un camping sans BS, bon rapport qualité prix sans les extras !
“Quiet Moments” campsite, located right on the bay with its own beach. This campsite has a wide open field with plenty of space for vans and tents. There is space for EHU beside the mobile homes. A no BS campsite, good value without the extras!
Campingplatz „Quiet Moments“, direkt an der Bucht gelegen, mit eigenem Strand. Dieser Campingplatz verfügt über ein weites offenes Feld mit viel Platz für Lieferwagen und Zelte. Neben den Mobilheimen ist Platz für EHU. Ein No-BS-Campingplatz, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ohne die Extras!

JaRoX212/07/2025Große Wiese, wenn wenige super, wenn viele wie ein Festival. Schöner Strand. Man kann ins Wasser, wir wurden aber gewarnt nicht zu schwimmen, wegen starker Strömung. Bei den Toiletten 4G Empfang, weiter weg, Stille genießen. Waschbereich gehört erneuert.

grande aire en herbe pour caravanes et CC. 200 emplacements, mais seulement 2 douches assez éloignées et 6 WC. La vidange des eaux grises ne peut se faire qu'avec un tuyau. Très décevant.
FlorenceCaddy10/05/2025Beautiful campsite large open spaces - pick any where you like to camp said the owner. Very welcoming. Lovely accessible beach. Paid €20 for small caddy van no EHU. Showers either €1 or €2 depending on how long you want to shower. Hot and clean but basic. Same for toilets basic set up but v v clean. Definitely recommended. So many Skylarks singing

Top Platz für das Geld. Viel Platz, super strand und saubere aber einfache Sanitäranlagen. Etwas aufräumen könnte der Platz gebrauchen . Viel ruhiger als die umliegenden Zeltplätze. Keine Anmeldung, einfach hinstellen und einer kommt vorbei.
nataloche121210/07/2024A fuir ! Toilettes immondes, poubelles aux sanitaires sans couvercle et non vidées (femmes). Pas de lieu vaisselle, lessive ni poubelles. Papier toilette dans les dunes partout. Pour avoir l'électricité, on est les uns sur les autres. Propriétaire arrive vite mais juste pour chercher des sous : aucune explication !

Am Wochenende fest in englischer Hand. Hupende Heimkehrer nachts um 2 Uhr. Sanitäranlage im Container war ok. Keine Möglichkeit zum Spülen. Durch den Regen war die Wiese sehr weich, so dass wir froh waren wieder wegfahren zu können. Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

1 Nacht dort. vorne in den Dünen gestanden, schön. Toiletten (2x2, Duschen ebenso, alles in einem Container) sauber, keine Abwaschmöglichkeiten gesehen/gefunden. 20€. ok. Nur 2 weitere Fahrzeuge/Gäste außer uns.

Stayed one night (4 Apr 23). Amazing location with superb beach. Let down by shabby facilities but functional. Owner very helpful.

Excellent stay. Very helpful chap on his bike took our money for the night. Easy put in from the sandy beach at the end of the site for sea kayaks; we simply paddled up the lough but access onto the headland looks excellent. Facilities limited but quite adequate. Black waste really is down the “sink” hole. Only stayed the one night but would definitely return.

We stayed here for one night in August midweek and it was peaceful and quiet as the name suggests! A real gem, located next to a number of campsites so can be easy to miss. Great value for van and 2 adults only €20 without EHU. Just arrive and Anthony will come find you! Very easy going nature about the place. Evidence of campfires but probably worth asking about first. Stunning beach too!
