This appears to be a new EV charging carpark which has a number of other vehicle parking spaces at one end. I could not see any no overnight parking signs.

We stayed there last night. Very quiet. A few cars came in to charge and dog walkers but no noise. Only on site services are picnic tables and bin. Just round the corner from services, Greg’s, Starbucks, petrol station, kfc, and McDonald’s. There is also a hotel type restaurant ( I can’t remember the name). Not any signage. Will return.
Had a great night's sleep here. Cars come to charge early in the morning but they're EVs so no noise. 2 picnic tables and a bin that's all you get for services but McDonald's, Starbucks, petrol station less than 5 minutes walking. Spaces are car size but room to stick your rear a bit. It was fine for my motorhome (white one in the photo) which is around 6.7m with the bike rack.
