Great spot within walking distance to shops and pubs toilets and showers clean. Only 5 spots for camper vans £28 per night with EH. Would definitely return when in the area

Todmorden cricket ground. camping for 5 motorhomes. ideal location next to park 5 mins walk to town bar open in the evenings great showers only downside is no washing up area .

Spancilhill15/07/2025Price is now £25 per night. Includes EHU, toilets, showers, which are basic but adequate (for instance, take your own bathroom sink plug; very hot powerful shower but cramped). Bar open till midnight with an amazing range of beers. Plenty of takeaways in the area; they’ll deliver to your van and some take cash on delivery. Quiet night’s sleep, road is far enough away not to matter. Woods nearby.
Falklandmuppet30/10/2024We back for a 3rd time, cracking site with lots going on, friendly staff in bar, the club is having a big bonfire at the weekend, town centre is 2 minus walk as is bus station, morrisons, aldi, lidl, all within 5mins walk from site, good hardstanding pitchs all with EHU, bog & shower clean, would defo benefit form a laundry, defo come back, lev nowt behind
travelingwoods09/08/2023we're back again for the third year . lovely site .had a few upgrades since last year .we have the campsite area roped off now to keep the public out. the bar has been extended on the front. great showers and plenty of bins .lots of picnic tables and chairs . unfortunately still no washing up area . not in the caravan club anymore
richievanman19/07/2023Great place - amazing walks in country great pubs / cafes and places to eat within walking distance - great bacon butty and coffee shop opposite entrance - showers great and clean - maybe not pricey but to me worth it - didn’t work out how to pay for it - put envelope with money through cricket clubs door
eurosully06/02/2023Nice location in town. Be good in summer to watch cricket. Pitches reasonable level. Parking for the grounds is in front of pitches- it’s busy during and day and evening with lots of users of the facilities and the school next door. Very quiet night though. Shower block is heated and clean. 1 toilet, 2 showers. Access for camping only. Can drive round to black waste point. Grey waste poured into same drain so need a bucket. Fresh water access round the back- had to use their hose rather than our food grade hose which is normally long enough. Basic site which is expensive at £22.50 compared to others we have stayed at.
