Small make shift parking area next to the marina of Seaham. No facilities, large enough for motor homes, no parking restrictions. Opposite Costa and ASDA with other local business nearby. Gets quite busy on a weekend but quiet overnight.
Kleiner provisorischer Parkplatz neben dem Yachthafen von Seaham. Keine Einrichtungen, groß genug für Wohnmobile, keine Parkbeschränkungen. Gegenüber von Costa und ASDA mit anderen lokalen Unternehmen in der Nähe. Wird an einem Wochenende ziemlich beschäftigt, aber über Nacht ruhig.

Arrived here in a whim and it's a fantastic spot. there was about 10+ MH when we arrived and a good few campervans too. absolutely loads of space. quiet from 11pm onwards and even in the morning when the road is busy it's not bad because it isn't a high speed road so the noise is fine. Asda/Home Bargains/Costa all right in front of you. flat surface.
A few other vans parked up, quiet location probably because it was Sunday night, felt comfortable staying there
very noisy on a Saturday throughout the whole night with traffic, lots of people walking past, and odd comings-and-goings of cars very regularly until way past midnight. didn't feel very safe or secure. personally, I wouldn't stay again unless I had absolutely no other choice.
currently staying here for 2 nights, feel very comfortable, no problemas at all. supermarkets, pubs, beach, cafes. everything you need. no facilities. Free. had plenty of other MH's and CV's coming and going. would definitely come again
stayed here withe no issues but either come early or after 6pm as parking is a nightmare. the only issue is it's next to the main road but that quiets down after 9pm.
I’m sure at some point this will be developed but at the moment it’s a nice free parkup. Near to seaham beach and shops. No facilities. We didn’t hear much traffic with windows closed.

turned up in the evening and wasn't sure whether to stay but turned out a decent little spot. Had dinner in the chippy over the road which was a lovely place to sit in and get out the van for an hour and we decided to leave a tip beings parking was free and they were lovely in there. Sea glass beech just up the road is also worth the visit! It is a busy town in the day but quiet at night

great stay in this carpark, I stayed here a few weeks ago, locals friendly, close to beach, shops, pubs, great chippy down the road
you're more than welcome in seaham park here Free . Durham council is eventually going to bring in parking charges.but until then come enjoy our beautiful harbour town .
We've just spent 2 nights here with no issues. Close to beaches, shops and there are very clean toilets in the Byron centre opposite.
Slept there last night in a car. Plenty of space, very quiet. By the time I woke up there was already a lot of people parked and nobody bothered me. Definitely recommending this place.
stayed here 3.sep.24. No hassle. A couple of other vans and a few lorries. Costa, asda, fish and chips across the road.

free car park, no height barrier so any size motorhome can park up. Costa, fish and chip shop across the road, Asda just up the road. harbour and sea front within 5 mins walk.
