Il s'agit d'une petite aire de repos surplombant le lac et face au club de voile. Nous sommes restés ici toute la nuit et c'était calme. Le matin, il y avait des cyclistes et des marcheurs, il y aurait de la place pour quelques campeurs. Il y a un parking à proximité mais le camping de nuit n'est pas autorisé et le parking plus loin accueille les campeurs de nuit.
This is a small lay-by overlooking the lake and opposite the sailing club. We stayed here all night and it was quiet. In the morning there were cyclists and walkers there would be space for a couple of campers. There is a car park nearby but no overnight camping allowed and also the car park further along does do overnight campers.
Dies ist ein kleiner Rastplatz mit Blick auf den See und gegenüber dem Segelclub. Wir haben die ganze Nacht hier verbracht und es war ruhig. Am Morgen gab es Radfahrer und Wanderer, es wäre Platz für ein paar Camper. Es gibt einen Parkplatz in der Nähe, aber Camping über Nacht ist nicht erlaubt, und auch der Parkplatz weiter entfernt bietet Übernachtungscamper an.
Se trata de una pequeña zona de descanso con vistas al lago y frente al club náutico. Nos quedamos aquí toda la noche y estaba tranquilo. Por la mañana había ciclistas y caminantes, habría lugar para algunos campistas. Hay estacionamiento cerca, pero no se permite acampar durante la noche y el estacionamiento más alejado acomoda a los campistas durante la noche.

Great place to stop for the night, lovely views, check the weather app before dropping down to the reservoir, it snowed while we were there and the police closed 2 out of the 3 exit roads due to other vehicles crashing, the ranger closed the 3rd exit road saying it was too dangerous, we did get out to tell the tale in the end though.
Nice view and very quiet. It was a Sunday evening just before Xmas. Three mobile phone signal was ok. Felt isolated and safe. Next to a road, although it wasn't busy.
A great little layby, on the road but it was quiet after about 9.30pm. Clean and tidy. Lovely views
Great views over the water and towards the sailing club, enough space for a few vans to park up. Area was clean and tidy, no parking on the opposite side
I quiet night on the edge of the reservoir. There are other spots along this road. I imagine in summer it gets busy but out of season it’s great.
Amazing views, flat parking, quiet place to stay for the night. Few loud cars late evening but no issues, lots of bike and walkers in the morning.

Just spent the night here, fantastic park up, incredible views over the lake and good signal. We spent Boxing Day night here so it was very quiet with very few cars going past, I guess it likely is busier on a normal day.

A stunning location, very popular with walkers. We managed to park our 7.2m motor home without any problems. No issues with overnight parking despite every other ‘official’ car park in the surrounding area forbidding overnight parking

I could find no signs prohibiting overnight parking. Room for a couple of vans. Reasonably flat.
No signs saying no overnight, no cars after 11pm just hikers and dog walkers in the morning, very peaceful Bring a torch as no street lighting
June 22 Sign says no overnight camping or parking. On quite a steep slope, parked up length-ways 7m Moho and went for a walk before travelling a mile down the road to stop overnight at Errwood car. Nice location, great views.
