On y a dormi une nuit, 4 voitures en + dormaient aussi ici. Aucun problème et calme, quelques bruits de routes peuvent géner les plus sensibles (garé dans un p+r, logique), les lampadaires sont très puissant il faut des stores sur les vitres pour bien dormir. Limitation hauteur et CCTV toujours la. Il n'y a pas de toilettes, eau.. Par contre il y a un bus qui emmène en centre ville régulièrement
Wir wurden in der Nacht von zwei Typen geweckt, die unsere Mountainbikes hinten auf dem Fahrradständer klauen wollten. Sie sind weggerannt, als sie gemerkt haben, dass wir im Van schlafen. Den Schlafplatz würde ich daher nicht empfehlen!
Bearing in mind this is a big park & ride car park on the outskirts of a city, it's brilliant. It feels very safe with lots of lights & CCTV, it's quiet, there's regular bus transport to/from town. There's no loos but there is a retail park over the road with Costa & Starbucks. Website OKs 7 nights of parking. If you just want somewhere free & safe to sleep, spending daytime in town, it's ideal.
Als Stellplatz für eine Nacht sehr gut geeignet. Keinerlei Störungen und man hat mehrere Busse Richtung Edinburgh zur Auswahl. Mit Mülleimer wäre es noch besser.
stayed there for 2 night. very quiet at night but it's used for driving practice and there was a lot of trash laying around.
Buen apareamiento para visitar Edimburgo. La barrera de limitaciones de altura está deshabilitada. Se puede pernoctar, lo indica en la web. Hemos pasado una noche súper tranquila. No hay servicios
Good sleep for one night. Signs still say no overnights but the council website says to ignore them which we did. No problem at all and a good nights sleep. A person did press their horn about 11pm and then we didn’t hear anything after that. It is security patrolled so they must have moved them on.
endroit très pratique pour visiter la ville avec le bus qui passe toutes les 20 mn dans le parking. 30 mn de trajet pour la vieille ville. Pas de toilettes mais très tranquille. Sommes restés deux nuits dans problème.
Grand Parking max 2.05m. Calme, même le matin car peu de voitures sont arrivées se garer. Pratique pour visiter Édimbourg car arret de bus à proximité (bus 47)
If you are over 2.05, this isn’t the park for you, and when we were there in August there was security making sure you didn’t sleep there
fantastic park up, the hight restrictions of 2.05 do not apply as you can just drive round to get in. carpark was half full when we woke up but no bother at all. We will return if up this way again
