Decent enough for a nights park up. Was dark when we got there so to wake up to the waterfall and view of the old man of storr was pretty cool. Next to the road but it’s very quiet at night, busy early with people checking out the waterfall. Bins on site
Superbe vue au réveil. Peu de passage et un peu à l’écart de la route donc très bien protégé. Super pour aller faire ensuite la rando.
Super schöner Platz direkt an einem Wasserfall. Früh morgens kommen dann leider an der Straße viele Autos entlang auf dem Weg zum "Old Man". Achtung: wir haben vor einem kleinen Tor geparkt und am nächsten Tag einen Zettel mit einer Warnung vom dortigen Ranger an unserer Windschutzscheibe gefunden, es gab aber keine Strafe oder ähnliches.
Great spot for one night, right by the waterfalls and you have views on Old Man of Storr. Very quiet overnight, but gets busy in the morning with tourist bus stopping by the falls starting around 9am. There were campers and SUVs parked for the night.

Nice spot by the waterfall, noisy road in the morning, tourists in the morning stopping by because the of the waterfall were bit of an inconvenience and a lot of midges.
Ein schöner Aussichtspunkt für den Old Man of Storr wenn man Glück hat, einen freien Parkplatz zu bekommen. Lohnenswerter Stopp.
Man kann hier stehen, wenn man früh zum Storr möchte. Aber ab hier nach Norden wird die Straße extrem schlecht. Hunderte von Schlaglöchern, enorm viele Touristen und ordentlich Bewegung auf der Straße.

Bien au bord de la route, la place pour 3-4 vans. Il y a peu de circulation mais il faut bien laisser le passage par la porte en fer car le matin il y a pas mal de passage pour des travaux. À part ça la vue est super et le bruit de la cascade berce
Naja… halt ein Parkplatz an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Da die Campingplätze voll waren und die Stellplatzauswahl in der Gegend eher dürftig ist, war der Platz ok. Mülleimer sind vor Ort und man kann bis über den kleinen Wasserfall laufen/kraxeln.
Great view on the waterfall. Was totally fine for one night. Very windy. There was space for about 4-5 campervans.
Wir parkten das Auto und stellten die Zelte oberhalb des Wasserfalls auf einer Anhöhe auf. Im Gras findet man kleine flache Plätzchen, auf die ein/zwei Zelte passen. Mücken und Moskitos sind auch da…

Spot en bord de route mais très calme la nuit, avec une vue superbe sur la cascade. Plusieurs voitures s’y arrêtent pour voir la cascade, ne pas se garer devant la grille !
Superbe vue. Bord de route mais dans une aire plutôt spacieuse. La route n’est pas trop passante la nuit. Le bruit de la cascade est très sympa. Attention à laisser l’accès au portail. Des visites du site sont faite le matin. Poubelles à proximité.
Mooi uitzicht op een leuke waterval & the old man of storr. Je staat wel naast een weg maar weinig last van gehad, in de ochtend kunnen er mensen stoppen om bij de waterval te komen kijken.
Panorama Parkplatz an der Straße, die Nachts sehr wenig befahren ist.
Bien pour une nuit avant la randonnée du Beinn Eighe mais très proche de la route et du passage. Ne pas stationner devant le portail gris, l'accès doit être possible à tout moment.
Rather nice spot for the night. Not too much noise nor mud. Don’t park in front of the gate though, it makes sense! (A ranger came in the morning to fine someone who was parked in front of it)
Nice spot for overnight stay. Next to the cows and waterfall. Only negative is midges invasion during evening.

We stayed here one night before hiking the old man of storr. Quiet at night, several cars stopped during the evening to visit the waterfall but only one other campervan stayed the night. Two big bins for litter which was nice and awesome views.
Stayed here for 1 night, it was very quiet throughout the night, but by 10am the tourists started to arrive by the dozen and at one point there was nearly a smash as the layby was full but more wanted to park up. Maybe best to leave before 10am. no internet connection at all
Great for a basic overnight stay before hiking the storr. All the other lay-bys were full by the time we turned up so this was our only option. Quiet and great views
Die Aussicht ist wirklich schön. es passen vielleicht drei kleinere Wohnmobile auf den Parkplatz. es halten auch nach 7pm noch kleine Touribusse, um den Wasserfall anzusehen. Mülleimer ist voll, nehmt daher euren Müll mit & entsorgt ihn woanders. Nachts war es ruhig.
I stopped here to take some photos of the waterfall but I decided not to stay overnight as I felt it wasn’t big enough for 1 large Motorhome and the possibility of another large Motorhome arriving and being uncomfortably close.
Une bonne nuit passée à cet endroit, nous étions 3 véhicules sur place et nous n'avons pas été spécialement gèné par le bruit de la route. Proche d'Old man stor pour y aller le matin !
Stayed here for one night, beautiful waterfall view. Very quiet space for the night not many cars passing until early morning. Very windy in the early hours of the morning - enough space for 2-3 campervans.
Schöner Platz für eine Nacht. Der Wind war bei uns lauter als der Straßenlärm. Gerne wieder.
Certes la vue est belle mais en bord de route! Nous n avons vraiment pas bien dormi car la circulation a duré toute la nuit! Beaucoup d arrêts de voiture avec la cascade et beaucoup de midges !

Great stop - lay-by set of the road, room for 2 small campers - quiet at night plus rubbish bin.
Great stop for the night. Better than any along the road. Bin here also and 5 minutes away from the toilets and water facilities. Although on the road very quiet and nice waterfalls next to it.
