Goede warme douches, schoon sanitair. Gratis WiFi en erg vriendelijk personeel. £32 zonder elektriciteit vind ik wel aan de dure kant. De omgeving is prachtig. Diverse wandelingen mogelijk vanaf de camping.

sj200023/04/2024Stumbled across this site after hiking scafell. Absolutely great site, very clean and well kept. Little shop on site, with showers, toilets, water and hook up options. 5 min walk to a pub as well. Great views and good pitches. Free WiFi also.

Stayed here for 4 nights with some friends who were in tents. Lovely little campsite, with great local walks, an awesome little gift shop a few minutes walk away in Boot and the pub on the main road had excellent beer and beef pie! Will definitely stay there again, the staff were really helpful when we booked to arrive the same day, as the campsite we’d had booked for months had flooded!

excellent site. toilets and showers cleaned daily, little shop had snacks and products needed. pizza for dinner most nights on the site and a good range of snacky breakfast eg. pastries and sausage rolls. amazing hikes and views all around this area. 10/10
Tom10124/05/2023Freundliches Personal auf einem gut organsierten Campingplatz, wo nichts fehlt und wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziger Nachteil (Stand Sommer 2023): Meist gibt es kein Handynetz oder nur ein sporadisches schwaches Signal. Und der WLAN ist ebenfalls nicht leistungsstark

Lovely quiet campsite, with all the amenities included. It was fairly busy but pitches are well spaced out so you don’t feel crammed. The location is fantastic. We decided to leave via the pass and managed it in our lwb transit but only for confident drivers.

Stayed here for 2 nights , beautiful campsite, friendly staff and fab amenities. Would defo recommend . Try to avoid the Hardknot pass if sat nav gives you a short cut, not for the faint hearted.

Ich kann mich den bisherigen Kommentaren nur Anschliessen. Super schön, sauber und ein Ausgangspunkt für unendliche Aktivitäten. 7.5m Wohnmobil, 2 Pers. inkl. Strom füe £34.
sammiew11/06/2022Amazing value! Didn’t intend on staying here so arrived after close and set up in the camping field. The staff were super helpful in the morning and it was £10 per person per night in our tentbox without electric. Full use of facilities inc hot showers, pot wash room, WiFi included which is great considering it’s the same price as the pub down the road!

Very well kept side, friendly staff with good suggestions on walks nearby. All facilities in very good condition. 13£ van without electricity. Best value I had so far. Definitely recommend.

forgot to add it has a small shop open until around 5pm. the showers are lovely and clean, toilets are spotless and the chemical waste disposal it the cleanest I've ever seen.
