Dans Snowdonia, North Wales est un petit endroit secret bien gardé, je suis décidé à partager. Le sommet de la montagne à côté d'un petit lac est un espace pour environ 4 camping-cars, La région est magnifique mais venteux et exposée, pas de signal de téléphone et incertain pour la télévision.
In Snowdonia, North Wales is a well kept little secret place I have decided to share.
On top of a hill/mountain next to a small lake is space for about 4 motorhomes, I have only tent camped so not quite sure.
The area is beautiful but windy and exposed, no phone signal and unsure of tv.
In Snowdonia ist Nordwales ein streng gehüteter kleiner geheimer Ort, den ich unbedingt teilen möchte. Die Spitze des Berges neben einem kleinen See bietet Platz für ca. 4 Wohnmobile. Die Gegend ist wunderschön, aber windig und exponiert, kein Telefonsignal und unsicher für das Fernsehen.

Boven op een heuvel, naast een klein meertje, is plek voor ongeveer 4 campers.
De omgeving is prachtig maar winderig en open, geen gsm ontvangst en onzeker of een tv-signaal te ontvangen is.

Gorgeous place you can do a really nice hike in this starting point we stayed one night, was calm and we didn't have any problem. please,take your litter at home and don't make fire or BBQ it isn't your back garden. If you don't have a toilet take your toilet paper with you, it's easy you only need dog's poo bags *recommendation for walkers, hikers, campers or any person how have a toilet urgency
DO NOT STAY HERE we attempted and as lovely as it is the farmer will come over and ask you to move. Just no point bothering. He’s said overnight parking here is prohibited by the council, whether or not that is true the place has clearly been abused by inconsiderate campers (I found litter there upon arrival) so best not to upset the locals, that’s not what campervanning is about for us.
Great place went there easter weekend just a got really busy 5 campers squeezed in and 2 out the five was really obnoxious and noisy kinda ruined the spot for me.

Absolutely beautiful spot, wanted to cook some dinner in my self contained camper van before moving on as had to see this spot due to such good reviews on here, but a very aggressive farmer verbally abused and threatened to take action with more farmers. Being a solo female traveler I didn’t feel safe or welcome here. I was polite and respect but maybe someone before hand fired him up. Please be respectful for the land we roam on and the people that live nearby, or others won’t be able to enjoy this beautiful land at all. Not hard taking your rubbish home with you even toilet tissue can easily put into a dog poop bag and bin it properly! Be smart
Brilliant little spot, enough places for 6 or 7 vehicles. Stayed overnight in my Campervan, with one other vehicle (very attractive Brazilian girl!). Very quiet and no traffic after 8pm.
The Tarn has brown trout that can be fished, a local turned up 9.30pm at night just for the fishing.
(Did have to clear disposable coffee cups, wipes and general litter from the spot, so now spotless!).
Large flattish gravel parking area. A great wild spot overlooking a small lake. Nicely remote and quiet, no phone signal or internet. Brilliant if it doesnt get invaded by groups of local youths (probably only a Bank Holiday weekend occurrence)
Groups of friends in multiple vans crowded the place out tonight. With numbers, and their fires, the frustrated land owner came to move people on. No attention was paid. I picked up someone's rubbish on arrival, and left when the farmer asked. Unless we're thoughtful about the impact of van life on the locals, and each other, we'll all lose a very special place. Treat it with care and respect.
Great place to watch the sunset. Room for a few vans/motorhomes. Quiet at night except for the wind and rain but it is September! Would stay there again.
Stayed a few nights ago and last night, absolutely beautiful! Lots of walks around the area, v windy one of the nights. People who camped in a tent behind us gone but they had left all their rubbish. We picked it all up and have taken it with us, please take your rubbish with you! That is the reason why beautiful spots like this get taken away!
Lovely area and view, peaceful night and fab walks .The stars are also amazing from here .

watch out for the angry man in a 4x4 who exercises his working labradors there ,horrible man who hits his dogs!!
Cracking view, perfect location for an off grid night. There are a few potholes on the turn in but a few nice spots which are flat, if others park considerately. No bins, so please keep it clean.
Stayed one night here, arrived about t time about three cars here then. When they went a little time later I was on my own for the night, really quiet peaceful place no problem. Phone signal is problematic but that could be a blessing.
Very quiet spot with panoramic views. Theres space for 3 vehicles comfortably. there were a few random vehicles turn up in the early evening but they didnt stay long and we were the only overnighter. Didnt notice any road noise. Lovely walks. absolutely no facilities so make sure you have everything you need with you.
Good place for wild camping. We parked up on the ridge (enough space for 3/4 cars), and hiked up into the hill on the other side of the pond. A lot of sheep around
Great place for a night or two . can be a little windy , but the secluded spot more than makes up for a bit of winter Welsh weather . love this place .
Één van de mooiste plekken in Wales om vrij te staan. Vlakbij een rustige weg, aan een bergmeertje, tussen de schapen met prachtige uitzichten rondom. Voor mobiel bereik moet je even de heuvel oplopen maar het is ook lekķer rustig zonder. Enkele auto's stopten 's avonds kort om vogels te kijken of van het uitzicht te genieten. Wij stonden op 1-8-2019 's nachts alleen maar voelde volkomen veilig.
Parked up here for the night 2/8/19. amazing spot, with great views. light traffic on the road early evening but nothing major, think it's more of a local cut through. Really quiet at night. few local walkers early on. fantastic sky at night, we had good weather but think if you had some wind etc you'd be open to the elements. defiantly one I'll add to the list!
Stayed here at the end of our tour. Amazing views and very relaxing. Very little traffic. One other camper van pulled up for the evening and a couple of walkers in the later after but still felt like a private little hideaway. Very much recommended
Stunning spot with great views. Fairly exposed to wind. A couple of dog walkers in evening and morning but were friendly and didn't seem to mind us being there

Nice spot. Many locals come to walk. One local drove on and off at night, playing music very loud. Asked him if he could turn the volume down, but he responded it were his mountains, so he does what he likes. Cross the road to the right, enter at the first gravel road and walk until a stream. Follow the stream to the right until you arrive at a beautiful pond with a fall, where you can swim!!
Stayed there in 29-06-2016. Beautiful place with a lake and mountains around. Windy and cold even in summer. Peaceful and quiet although it seems the locals use it sometimes. No signal or reception whatsoever. Road near but almost no traffic. Breathtaking views.
