There has been a LOT of locals complaining of urine smells in the car park, which beggers believe given there's a public toilet nearby. I felt a definite sense of resentment when there, with funny/dirty looks from locals.

Not a great experience for me. After parking up a man (local) started chatting to me. After a couple of minutes I made it clear I was packing up ready to settle down but he stayed and sat down then followed me to the bin, looked in my car and after asking me if I was alone at home asked me if I wanted to get to know him this was after 10 minutes. I didn’t feel safe after this so left.

What a lovely little village! Nice church and shop, also a restaurant and inn 1 minute away. The toilets are very clean and are a credit to the village and the stream and play park are lovely. Please respect this park up and its facilities, as it represents all that is good with Park4night and its users. Please put a donation into the honesty box to show your application for this perfect park up.

With the Dudley Arms being closed and the nearby caravan park not taking tents. I chose to have my first Park4Night and car camping experience here. As I wanted to split my walk along the Tegid Way over two days. As other reviews have said, the car park is quiet and next to a small river with volunteer-run toilets. Even though I enjoy camping, sleeping in my car was not for me.

Great little stopover. Very quiet place, peaceful sleep, two other vans stopped over. Toilets available from 6pm to 8 am and managed to fill up with water from the tap inside. You won't be able to if you have onboard tanks, you'll have to use a container. Internet connection was ok so managed to watch a film.

Lovely quiet area. was able to pull up right next to the river. So peaceful. Has public toilets just outside the car park with a donation box on, toilets only open during opening hours. Didn't hear anything during the night only a few people with motorbikes going out for a ride at around 10.30 that unloaded in the car park. But didn't bother us as we was already up.

Brilliant little spot by the side of a small river . Toilets are ready clean and only two other vans here . I parked in the back corner with my side door onto the river and the noise of the water made my evening.

Incredibly quiet given it’s surrounded by so much stuff, and bins galore. Patchy EE signal. Ton of shade under the trees, hello darkness my old friend. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stopover and safe. Had meal in Dudley Arms and staff were fantastic with lovely food. Locals amazing and chatty. Many thanks for having us and joined by one other van. Did leave a donation for toilet block to help with upkeep.

Nice quiet spot sheltered by trees on 2 sides. Very clean toilets immediately adjacent and free of charge - donation box on wall outside to help with their upkeep. Small children's play park immediately behind car park. Car park very popular with hikers and dog walkers from 8am onwards. Nice walk up ridge. Turn left on main road, then right up bridle path just after passing village hall.
