I stayed on a Saturday night. It gets quiet after 10 pm. There's a pedestrian bridge you can walk over which takes you to an EU funded park with a tourist information center although I didn't see the opening hours. There's lots of hiking and a monestry nearby.
A nice place to stay overnight. Some dogs bark during the night, but overall quiet and nobody bothered us.
A really very quite and safe place. Free without amenities. 350m away of the town hall.
