This is a really quiet car park. It has a lot of cars coming and going early on, as it's a walking site for a circular Kings Cave walk. There were only 2 of us here overnight. There are bins, and despite being next to a road, you can't hear it. This is a great place to stay. We had pouring rain, so no midges.

Quiet carpark to camp overnight. Plenty of room for campervans. 4g service on O2. Midges are quite bad though at dusk (stayed in early July). Bins provided in the carpark.
Great spot , chose this over the aire down the road that was £18 I think. Level spots handy and was only 2 other campers there. Did the 5km kings cave circular walk early in the morning before leaving. Lots of midges but as expected this time of year. Carpark slowly getting busier as we were leaving at 10am.
Stayed the night after the fantastic King's Cave walk with one other camper. Flat, quiet once the cars left in the evening, great stopover. Thank you FLS for this free facility, very much appreciated.
Great park up, some level areas and a quet night. The circular walk to the kings cave is a lovely walk with some great views. We had a lovely couple of nights here.
we stayed for the night were on our own very peaceful and lovely views from the picnic table in the morning. we then did the circular walk to the Kings caves, watch out for the deer too quite a surprise.
Unfortunately the car park is closed due to trees falling over in the wind but looks a good spot once sorted

Beautiful location at the edge of the forest. Peaceful night, we had the place to ourselves. Fantastic circular walk to the King’s Caves - well worth the hike!
Quiet car park, only 1 other van showed up, space for plenty though. Had to have a shift about to get flat but on the whole it’s fine. Road traffic was pretty non existent from around 8. Great walk for when you wake up.
Once the day walkers depart around 5pm it's a lovely quiet site, even has 4G signal. Fab 3 mile circular coastal walk to the King's Caves. Beautiful surroundings
we stayed one night. we arrived about 2pm and the carpark was full with 1 other van and walkers. we had a few hours just up the toad looking at the standing stones and returned about 4pm. we stayed the night with a couple of hikers. it was very quiet. the site has bins.

Fab little park up. Stayed last night lots of walkers till about 5 then we were the only van. Flat with a really awesome 3 mile loop walk to the coast. Quite and safe. Walkers in the morning from about 8, all very friendly and not bothered we were there.
