(OL4 5LN) - 365 Roundthorn Road

Great little sight nestled away on the outskirts of Oldham. Close to all amenities has toilets and shower block with indoor pot wash. £23 with EH and £20 without. Fire pits allowed which is a bonus. Some hard standing plots but field part is probably the most level campsite field I’ve ever been to.. no levelling ramp required. Owner and staff were amazingly welcome and helpful. Will definitely be returning.

Stayed for 5 nights last year.. well equipped and really liked the management. But probably won't return now the price has gone up.

Kostet nun 22.50 £. Alles vorhanden, Besitzer nett, aber man muss schon sagen, dass es teils sehr heruntergekommen ist.

Nous avons étés très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, nous avons pu vider les toilettes gratuitement sans dormir sur place. Merci à eux.

Good for what it was - close to Manchester, perfect for a night stop but it does feel like parking in someone’s garden. Toilet quite far from where we pitched and not in the best condition. The owners were lovely and took us on last minute but not the cheapest stay. Would recommend but only if you don’t have high expectations

Freundliche Besitzer aber die Sanitäranlagen sind in einem erbärmlichen Zustand. Alt und dreckig. Insgesamt eher heruntergekommen. Der Platz hat die besten Tage hinter sich. Klopapier muss man selbst mitbringen.

Great friendly team. Lovely site. Yes there are some permanent residents but all we encountered were friendly and engaging. Great for having a dog. Huge field for them. Power showers are awesome, at first sight, the shower floor looks grubby but it’s not. Best shower we’ve had in 3 wks. Owners are lovely.

Used this for a few years now. Camping out in the back field is good. 15 min walk to the tram and then 30 min tram ride to city centre.

Great place to stay, choice of hardstanding or a large grassed field at the back with ehu and views. Clean toilets. Power showers. Nice pub with pool table. Serves food. Locals are really friendly. Really well run site, campfires are allowed and fire pits are provided. Great for us as a couple or with the family. Lovely walk through a wooded area to Lees Village. Tram ride to Manchester.

Don’t go with it tag axle, looks like permanent pitches very scruffy not for us.

Nice spot to stay over. Very friendly local crowd in the pub.

Nice hard standing pitch but not much else good aside from this. Bar staff and patrons had no regard for covid safety rules at the time, loud music still going on after midnight so had to leave and find another spot. They’ve also upped their prices to £20 which I think is a joke for the service that was provided!!

A good place to stop for a few nights around Manchester area with amenities and toilet block.
