We came 27th December, there is one ski slope open. Upon leaving the next morning, security stopped us and told us no camping, we didn't see the sign the previous day, nor did staff inform us.
4g. its a big space, not really flat but you can make it work. all the walks go from further up the road. there's a water fountain on the way up here. steep road, but wide. had a quiet night. busy at weekends.

Lived in Bansko for years… Good for any time other than winter / ski season. Mostly flat, but adjustable with ramps. Great base for walks in the mountains! Somewhat exposed, but no one will bother you!
druch den Tag einiges an Verkehr. In der Nacht ruhig. Platz etwas uneben, aber es hat genügend Steine etc. zum unterlegen. Leider viel Toilettenpapier überall. Wann verstehen es die Leute endlich, dass Feuchttücher nicht in die Natur gehören.
Parfait et au calme malgré une route à côté. Nous nous sommes posés sous les arbre avec notre t5 pour être en pleine nature.
Il y a même des départs de balades dans la forêt pour les aventureux !
J’y suis allé une fois il y’a 3 mois et une deuxième fois cette semaine! Superbe spot au pied des pistes en plus une toilette chimique en bas du parking à disposition! Géniale :) enjoy le ski ici
Parking next to ski slopes. During day there is parking fee taken from entrance, after 1600 is open and free for night. Many motorhomes parked all year round.
