Place de parking sur le côté de la route, avec une vue magnifique sur la plage de Seaton et le petit port. À côté du pub, mais pub fermé pour l'instant. Pourrait ouvrir bientôt. Vérifiez d'abord.

Parking bay at side of road, with great view of Seaton beach and wee harbour. Next to pub.

Parkplatz am Straßenrand mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand von Seaton und den kleinen Hafen. Neben der Kneipe, aber die Kneipe ist gerade geschlossen. Könnte bald öffnen. Überprüfen Sie zuerst.

Great location. Wonderful wild sea. Quite tight; got Mercedes sprinter on but owt wider would struggle/cause problems for others. Very windy; lots of nighttime buffeting - we loved it but not for everyone I guess. Signal sufficient. Bins. Lots of coming and going; popular spot. Another treat P4N.

Good night sleep, good 4g, bit windy as next to coast, has bins and place to walk dog … pretty good all in all but limited spaces

Parked here for the night and had a lovely sleep. Went into the pub and had a few drinks. All quiet in the morning until the council turned up to cut the grass. Toilets are closed overnight but a worker turned up and opened them at 8:30. We are a 6.3m camper van (2.05 wide) and wouldn’t park along the roadside if we were any wider to be honest.

Great place to park spent the night outside the pub on road side it's a dead end so nice n quiet pub meal was very nice recommend

Stopped on the road between the 2 pubs leading to the King's Arms. Spent money in both, careful as the Waterford Arms stopped serving food at 8:30pm Very quiet, I was the only van. Busy early in the evening so visited St Mary's lighthouse then came back to the pick of the spaces. Excellent views in the morning

Lovely harbourside stayover, 3 pubs nearby including the excellent Kings Arms. Would definitely stay here again. 13/7/24

Great place to stay over, lovely views, quiet, close to 3 local pubs, serving great food. Waterford Arms, excellent service and food to die for, very reasonably priced for the quality ! Also very close to public toilets which were locked up on a night. No seagulls even though we were close to the sea and no traffic. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for the night…staff are amazing and so is the food

  • 5/5

Great spot. As the other reviews say, a little narrow for big motorhomes. Strong 4G enough for zoom calls

As everyone else mentioned, this is a nice place to stay with a great Pub, Fish & Chip shop/restaurant, cafe and toilet - all close by. Parking here is best suited for a Transporter sized van or a Ducato at a push. Coach built vans would be too wide and obstruct the road. A brewery delivery lorry came by in the morning and really did struggle to get past the parked PVC vans..

Currently parked here. What a lovely little area down a narrow road that leads to the pub. Views are very nice. We got here about 4.30pm and we were the 2nd vehicle, when we came out of the pub a couple hours later, it was full. Not a great deal of noise. Pub is very welcoming with a good selection of drinks reasonably priced.

free parking. right near a couple of pubs. chip shop, Co op and coffee shop. Nice clean beach and dog friendly

Lovely pub and spot. The bus runs all along the coast so easy to move around from here. Check out the tea room round the corner for incredible cake and breakfast!

After driving to many car parks around Newcastle, I finally stayed here for one night. There was one other van. It was quiet, no problems with locals/ pub visitors. Toilets open around 8 or 9 in the morning. It’s not suitable for motorhomes though because parking spaces are narrow.

Nice little spot, right next to the little harbour. Great place to stay and a very busy pub which can only mean great food with great views. Managed to get parked around 3pm and stayed till 8am. Not as busy at 9/10pm. And very quiet over night. Beautiful spot. Parks sports can be narrow managed to just get my transporter just on the line. As I parked on the road on the run up to the pub.

Lovely spot to pull up for the night. the view of the tiny harbour makes it extra special. we parked on the roadside up to the pub. the pub serves excellent beer and food.

  • 3/5

nice spot but got asked to move at 10:30pm by a man putting cones out as there was a tractor coming at 6:30 in the morning that wouldn't fit through

  • 5/5

Great place. Toilets next to pub. Fantastic fish n chips across the road. Great little spot with benches away from the wind to eat if it’s sunny. Loved it! Nb. Road next to pub a little narrow but we were still ok parked up in our 7.5m MH

  • 5/5

Great spot. Toilets not open 24hrs. Pub looked like it had great food, was very popular with the locals.

  • 5/5

Great little stop off. We asked the landlord about parking up and he said the council owns the land around the pub so he couldn't say yes or no but he did say he's never known the council to move anyone on. We loved it!

Stayed the night down the side of the pub after a surf at the beach, had a pint outside the front of the pub. No mention or question from them about staying over. Park correctly, ie dont block access to the entrances there and be discreet and you should be fine.
