Stopped 1 night in a campervan - amazing camp site very friendly - big fields, park at the edge & leave the middle for the kids to play - very cool A mate popped in for a couple of hours and offered to pay but was told no charge Highly recommend, £14 for the night, with wash up facilities, and for a solo bloke visit, more than adequate toilet facilities Will defo visit again Fantastic site
Came for 2 nights, Wow, this place is bliss right in nature. Amazing walks, rustic but absolutely great facilities with little cubicles each with loo, shower & sink. If you come on a weekend the Dell is open, Cafe come Bar, Pizza den with incredible views. The Wardens were amazing and kept the place clean & tidy, even went the extra mile explaining local walks, pubs and tea rooms.
Für einen Motorrad Reisenden mit Zelt mehr als perfekt. Duschen und WC sehr sauber.
Sehr ruhiger Platz. Etwas schwer zu finden. Im oberen Bereich sehr schräg. Sanitär Anlagen mit Duschen sind auch ok . Ich bin hier auf gut Glück hingefahren ohne Anmeldung.
Caravans & Vehicles over 7mtr not permitted. No disposal facilities. Well kept camping fields & individual bathrooms. Cafe, bar and pizzeria at weekends, gets very busy. schwierig zu finden zwischen all den privaten Grundstücken, waren anfangs verunsichert weil niemand sonst weiter da war, Anmeldung per SMS, wir erhielten leider keine Antwort, haben uns trotzdem dazu entschieden stehen zu bleiben, einfache sanitäre Anlagen, Cafe um die Ecke war geschlossen und konnten nirgends auf dem Gelände die Besitzer antreffen, bezahlt haben wir bar (Vertrauenskasse)
Réservation effectuée en ligne. Il n'y a pas eu de checkin, ni de checkout. L'emplacement est très calme, loin de tout. Il y a quand même de la 4g. Il n'y avait que 3 autres Vans dans une grande zone herbeuse. Il y a 2 emplacements possibles, nous avons pris le paddock : la partie du bas est plate. Les sanitaires sont assez propres mais pas nettoyés chaque jour.
Great place near London, quiet and welcoming
Heerlijk rustige camping op een groot grasveld. Geen elektriciteit, wel eenvoudig sanitair. Wij vonden het wel duur voor deze eenvoudige camping.
was a lovely place to stay and the owner are really nice and a lovely friendly dog it's great for when you want to go for a hike/walk and no light pollution at night so beautiful on a clear night the showers need some updating but the water pressure and heat is great
Endroit exceptionnel au cœur de la nature anglaise ! ce n’est pas réellement un camping mais plutôt un champs avec des commodités mais c’est ce qui en fait son charme… Douche et wc propres, endroit calme, balade à proximité. Possibilité de louer des cabanons à l’avance…
Stayed for 2 nights, £14 per person, per night. Awesome facilities and firewood. Cal was super chill and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. No light pollution on an evening so great for star gazing.
Awesome find! And good value too. Amazing converted bus as a cafe and also pizza & bar too! Full shower and loos too…! Will be back!!
