(BD23 3AT) Keighley - Pennine Way

I think coordinates are wrong as it takes you to a passing place on a steep hill, however there's a big layby if you keep going and turn left at top of hill here 53.921065,-2.093866 not sure what it's like at night, it's scenic but lots of fly tipping and cctv signs. Layby has deep potholes but big enough to get level and deep enough to be a safe distance from road. Good 4g signal ee.
