I stayed here for one night, no issues at all it was quiet. The car park got a little busy in the morning but my dog and 9 year old managed to sleep through everything! I would definitely stay here again. The waterfall is around a 25 minute drive from here on a single track road with passing places, it’s a lovely place to visit if you can
Stayed here overnight, I'm a single female traveller. I arrived late so I didn't see the stunning mountain until I woke up. As mentioned already there are toilets plus a public phone box and a pub across the road. Plenty of space to park with a lovely wooded area just off the car park. Very quiet, safe, perfect park up.
Looks like a normal drain. Wouldn’t put grey water in here. No signs to say you can do this either.
We stayed in the car park but the owner of the pub said we could stay in his car park. Super friendly pub. Food not exceptional but worth it for the friendly landlord.
Don’t stop here. Seems harmless but we had locals around our van intimidating us and acting strange, scaring us and the touching the van. Moved on…
nice quiet place with public toilets, donation box for the toilets to help the town run them.
Mooie rustige plaats voor overnachting. De publieke toiletten worden veel gebruikt door passanten. Voor het wegbrengen van zwart water heb ik de gevraagde donatie betaald. Tegenover de New Inn is een weggetje naar de bedevaartskerk van Saint Melangell. Een wandeling van 2.1 mile door prachtig natuurgebied met roofvogels en oneindig veel fazanten. Kerkje is bijzonder.
Spot on. Used this as a base for the Mick Extance experience in the village. Flat, quiet, felt safe, next to a pub and toilets. What’s not to like. Other vans were there so it’ seems to be an accepted site locally.
Great carpark. Very quiet and has toilet facilities. The pass is incredible and well worth the drive at sunset or sunrise
