(LL58 8RW) Beaumaris - Unnamed Road

Second visit to this spot. No signs or restrictions. If you do see them, you're probably at the small car park down the road and need to drive a shirt distance further. Great spot, just got absolutely battered by the storm and the high tide / sea crashing over and the hitting the van but that was down to storm Betty. So avoid if a major storm is forecast haha Would still absolutely recommend

One of the best stays in the area so far. Amazing views and super peaceful.

We left Penmon Point early at 5am to avoid the second day toll, so parked up here for a few hours & it was lovely!! Only 2 other vans, was very peaceful and a beautiful sunrise.

A perfect park up. Stayed on a Friday night and turned up about 5pm, there were 3 other campers but easily space for one maybe 2 more. Brilliant views, quiet road and easy access to the beach as well. Worth noting the pictures show two lay-bys that now have no overnight parking signs. The lay-by where you can stay is 30 seconds or so further down the road, you can't miss it.

Stopped here for 2 nights with 1 other van 1st night,2 on 2nd night. Very peaceful spot with the water lapping gently to send us to sleep. Walked down to Penmon Point and stopped for a lovely pizza at the cafe there. Plenty to see on the walk. Great to see a seal from the park-up with the fabulous backdrop of the sea and the mountains across the water. Would visit again if in the area.

Still open for campers. Permanent signs have now been put up in the other lay-bys. A great night sleep, no traffic until about 8am. Just nice gentle waves and a great view. Be aware 2 of the pictures here are the wrong lay-by (with a no cameraman sign) keep going 100m to get to the right one.

Brilliant park up for the night overlooking the sea. No other vans were parked up here so a very quiet nights sleep. Love to wake up to a beautiful sunrise peering over the Welsh Mountains. Would recommend and would definitely return. 28/11/2021

Arrived really late expecting it to be busy. Not a sole around, I was the only CV parked up. Very quiet with great view across the Menia Straight to Snowdonia national park. Woke up to the sea gentle lapping against the sea wall. Briliant.

Parked here in June. What a place. The sounds of the waves lapping below you send you to sleep and there are great views to wake up to. Penmon Point is a 15 to 20 minute walk where you can see Puffin Island and watch a brilliant sunset. You just need to be careful you don't leave it too late to get there to park as it's so popular and spaces to fill up fast.

Unfortunately there are no overnight camping signs all along here

Camped here in August, beautiful views across the beach and you can see the mountains across on the other side. Only traffic is headed to or from Penmon Point. Easily 4 or 5 spaces. Only 4 starts because its popular and has a bit of traffic but apart from that it's a perfect little spot.

Lovely and quiet. Stopped off for lunch and a walk on the beach, when the tide went out. Would have stayed the night but had a site booked. Watched the few boats go past on their way to Puffin Island (we did this morning) very narrow winding roads to reach here, but worth it.

Beautiful place with an amazing view and pretty private beach. Road is very busy considering its size.

Lay-by for 4/5 vans depending on size. Amazing spot with beautiful views. Chose to stay on a friday night arrived at 9ish, just got a space. when driving past on the Saturday it was busy. luckily we planned to stay at penmon point that night which is a 5 mins drive past the lay-by. Woke up to the waves splashing against the wall. lovely stay signal is good here. please keep it tidy!

Small lay-bay with amazing views. Few cars driving by at night but very quiet. Beautiful wake up by the sea

Jam packed in a narrow lane ,so we returned to Beaumaris car park and spend 5 £ for quiet night

Fantastic spot, stayed overnight (2 other motorhomes stayed) no issues. Peaceful nights sleep. Great views to wake up to.

Quiet lay-by. No traffic until morning. Right by the sea. Very exposed to the elements but beautiful place to stop for the night. Not far from the town.

Fabulous quiet spot, beautiful views in all directions. Direct access onto stony,rocky beach. We stayed 2 nights, there were 2 campers and 2 motorhomes both nights and a seal visited the rocks too! Perfect!

Lovely spot, sea was lovely and calm, nice sunset, flat so good sleep without rolling off the bed.

Okay here, sea was 10ft away at high tide, room for 4/5 max, it’s just a ‘lay-by really but great views, next to road but very quiet. Spotted seal!

Nice spot direct access to beach with great panoramic views across bay. Only place with No (no parkingsigns) like rest of pull in along stretch. Had a peaceful if not windy night.
