The toilets: if the cottage is free, you have access to the toilets/sinks on the ground floor of the cottage, the Italian showers and solarium as well as the jacuzzi, sauna and swimming pool (depending on the season).

The pitches: Free pitch on the courtyard always near a lawn. The car park and the grounds are enclosed and the paths are laid out so that you can park near your tent if necessary.

Domaine du Mesnil is located in a large 5-hectare property around a 16th century manor house, located in Montérolier in Seine-Maritime, in the heart of the Normandy countryside. The farmhouse has been transformed to make it a place suitable for welcoming guests.

The owners were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The Gite was occupied so weren’t able to use these facilities. We were able to use the house facilities though albeit a bit strange using their personal bathroom. It was all nice and clean and they didn’t make you feel awkward at all. I had to ask for water so they could do with an outside tap. It’s definitely a worth while place to visit.
Such a beautiful and quiet place to stay for the night. We were lucky that the guesthouse wasn’t occupied so we could use those facilities and we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the showers! Lovely host and we slept beautifully

We arrived on a day when there was no one else there and were able to take advantage of all of the facilities. The jacuzzi overlooking the fields was well needed after a long journey. Mariam is very friendly, helpful abd welcoming. We would’ve stayed longer had the weather been nicer. The village is very small and there are no shops directly close by so go prepared.
mooie plek, erg rustig, vriendelijke eigenaresse. electra is er, geen afvoer grijs water, chemisch toilet in gewone wc. Geen winkels in de buurt. vooral zelfvoorzienend zijn!
Geweldige locatie. Heel rustig. Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Myriam. In de Gîte mochten we douchen en naar toilet. Staan hier voor de 2e keer bij Myriam. Dank je wel!
Endroit magnifique au calme. Myriam est adorable et très arrangeante. Nous avons pu utiliser la piscine. Elle met également à disposition toilettes douche et cuisine. Je recommande !
Leuk dorpje en.... vooral gastvrij ontvangst, met duidelijke uitleg en goed Engels sprekende gastvrouw. Gebruik van douche, sauna, keuken en wat al niet meer! Geweldige locatie. Helaas moeten wij morgen verder, anders bleven wij beslist een paar dagen.

We werden heel erg hartelijk ontvangen door Myriam, die ons meteen in de watten legde met een leuke plek. De faciliteiten die we konden gebruiken waren tiptop in orde. Wie van dieren houdt, kan hier zeker enkele fijne exemplaren ontmoeten. We komen zeker nog eens terug.
Hard to find,very narrow turns on the way to the place( longer than 6m problems). WARNING: dogs are very protective of their owners of the place. (cannot enter the house with the family inside) How protective you ask? one almost bit me in my ass(literally!). I see that as a problem if you have little kids and small dogs. After all owners family is nice and only 10€ for one person with a van
Si no está el Airbnb ocupado, se pueden utilizar las instalaciones de este. Nosotros cuando llegamos, la casa estaba sucia y no nos sentíamos cómodos del todo de utilizarla. Por otro lado, uno de los perros fue bastante pesado con la comida y no nos dejaba comer tranquilos afuera. Pudimos utilizar los baños y poner una lavadora, pero por 20 euros, nos parece un precio bastante elevado.
We arrived earlier than expected but were made to feel so welcome by Myriam, family and beautiful dogs. As the only people staying we had access to toilets, showers and a kitchen in the gite. We also had electric hook up, peace, quiet and a beautiful view. I would recommend this beautiful location run by warm and friendly people. We can’t wait to come back.
Un accueil d'une gentillesse absolue. N'hésitez surtout pas à vous "posez" le temps d'une nuit, voir plus. Le soir, vous pouvez y contempler un chevreuil sortant du bois, admirer le chant de la grive musicienne, aussi y apercevoir un faisan pour les amoureux du calme, de la nature, du simple et du Vrai. Le village de St Saens est à visiter, un village de caractère à découvrir sans hésitation.
What's not to like, hosts are extremely helpful, kind and friendly. We were the only ones there so had the jacuzzi, showers, kitchen and wc all to ourselves. Sat in jacuzzi until late stargazing, wonderful, so peaceful. We will be back.. Thank you.

A great welcome at this lovely park up. Rang in advance to check they were open and the owners were helpful and friendly. This was a lovely quiet, safe spot en route to the eurotunnel. Fabulous !
