Très bel arrêt au bord de l embouchure, vue mer, avec une petite plage où les locaux viennent se baigner même avec 16 degrés. Belle tour juste à côté, emplacement plat. Nous n étions que 2 vans, aucun souci durant la nuit. A proximité de Strangford pour prendre le bac et traverser le petit détroit.

Ein richtig schöner Ort zum Stehen, völlige Ruhe in der Nacht, wir waren ganz alleine. Spät nachmittags und ab 10 Uhr morgens etliche Einheimische, die hier parken, um zu schwimmen - und mit uns freundliche Gespräche über unseren Urlaub geführt haben.

Absolutely loved this spot. Wish we could have stayed longer but the weather didn't let us!

Beautiful quite location, great for dogs, shared with another van for one night, roads going in are narrow so go slow. Used by locals , lovely and clean, let’s keep it that way.

Tranquille, de la place, sol en dur, donnant directement sur la plage. Quelques baigneurs et promeneurs. Tables de pique nique disponibles

Beautiful location, lots of space. Lots of local swimmers in the evening, all very friendly. Beautiful sunset. Peaceful night. Bins available.

Beautiful spot. Some picnic benches and one bin. Very popular with local people especially families for the beach. Small car park so large MH may find it a tight squeeze. Space for maybe 2 max 3 vans. Stayed one night. Very quiet except for breaking waves. Respect local residents

Lugar frente al mar al que accedes por un sendero y al otro lado un pequeño castillo. Parece un lugar tranquilo para pasar la noche. Ideal para campera y AC de menos de 6m, aunque más grande también puedes puede el culo hacia la zona de césped. Posibilidad de quedar cerrado con coches a ambos lados, por lo que no tengas prisa en ere lugar para salir, si estás de paso. Puede costar maniobrar en tal caso.

Flat car park. Plenty spacious. Nearby to castle and great beach walk. Perfect spot for swimming. Good reception. Picnic benches and bins. Beautiful views. Very quiet night.

Lovely spot right next to the beach. Suits vans up to 6.3m Quite busy with dog walkers up until dark and then in the morning. Weekend mornings have swimmers, we joined in.

Charmant emplacement sur un parking en bord de plage avec vue sur une jolie tour. La route n'est pas loin mais pas très passante. Seul bémol, les locaux aiment venir s'y promener jusqu'à tard le soir, ainsi que tôt le matin.

Lovely spot if your self contained not suitable for motorhomes in my opinion but 6m vans no problem used a lot by locals we got talking to a lovely lady who ran a wild swimming group my other half joined them the next morning a first for her. Was told that a man in one of houses can be intimidating but we didn’t have any problems

Wow. Two nights at this amazing location. The car park is right on the shore with access to a stunning little beach. Bins emptied twice a day so no excuse not to keep this spot clean and tidy. We highly recommend dinner in the Lobster Pot Strangford, just a few minutes drive away.

There are now ‘No Overnight Parking’ signs here, they look quite new.

10 spaces, would say fits 2 campers max though. Some benches and a bin, right beside the lovely Kilclief beach. Busy spot with local walkers and swimmers.

Relatively flat, right on the beach. Some picnic tables and a bin. Some road noise but quietens down at night.

Beautiful spot. Tarmac surfaced carpark. Couple of picnic tables and bin. Right on the edge of the beach. Quite road. we stayed in Oct. and had a peaceful night.
