I stayed here last night, large car park, room for 20+ campervans, no facilities. Parking Charges apply, go into reception though, I did and 18hrs parking cost me £4.50, if i'd paid at the meter it would have been £11. It's a 5 min walk to the Fruit Market area where there's lots of bars & restaurants. Reasonably quiet considering you're on the edge of the city centre. Fab cityscape views too.
Stopped here in November. Owned by The Deep. Allowed to stop but with a car park charge £3 from 6pm to 6am. Close to centre. Well lit, under a fly over so not particularly quiet (I am a light sleeper though)
