Parking à côté de Leeds Ring Road entre le rond-point Rodley et Horsforth à côté du canal. Le pub des chemins de fer est à 100 mètres et d'autres pubs, restaurant, plats à emporter, boutique du coin à Rodley 5 minutes sur le canal. Pas de restriction de stationnement, hors de la vue des maisons et généralement calme-le couple courtisant occasionnel ou les adolescents se détendre dans une voiture la nuit. Un certain nombre de places de stationnement qui peuvent prendre de grandes camping-cars. Parking également à côté du canal.

Railway pub is 100 yards away and other pubs, restaurant, take away, corner shop in Rodley 5 mins down the canal. No parking restrictions, out of sight of houses and generally quiet- the occasional courting couple or teenagers chilling out in a car at night. A number of parking bays which can take large motorhomes. Also parking alongside canal.

Keine Parkbeschränkungen, außer Sichtweite der Häuser und generell ruhig - die gelegentlichen Liebespaare oder Teenager, die nachts in einem Auto chillen. Eine Reihe von Parkbuchten, die große Reisemobile aufnehmen können. Auch parken neben dem Kanal.

have stayed here a lot over the last 10 months in my Van and very safe good spot. However a few campers have spoilt it by staying with no tax, mot, insurance and very scruffy around their motorhomes. Police are moving them but it is to late as no overnight parking/sleeping campers will be allowed from 21st Jan the police have told me signs going up.
I live up the road from here but have still stayed a couple of times in the van as it’s such a lovely park up. Unfortunately, it has been ruined by thoughtless van lifers who have moved in pretty much full time. Most of the vans never move, look scruffy, and I even saw someone emptying their piss into the canal… Well if you’re on here, you’ve only your self’s to blame. No restrictions yet…
Beautiful spot for walks bike canal etc but busy walkers plus and nr to busy road good signal no services. But will come again
Not sure where the previous poster got their information- currently no restriction signs and no indication of any to come. Plenty of motorhomes and vans overnighting in the last few days.
No overnight camping allowed- new council signs going up.
Really great place to stay, does get busy with other motorhomes, vans and even caravans. But a lovely quiet place to stay. Good internet signal and very nice walk down the canal
Great location, nice to park up alongside the canal and quiet / peaceful despite the road nearby. Decent pub nearby (The Railway Inn) and canal towpath goes all the way into the city centre.
Lovely spot, been a few times on a weekend and always plently of other campers there, does fill up quite quickly but space for quite a few campers! Feels very safe, lovely walk along a very well looked after canal, wouldn't know you were just outside Leeds!
no rules, no instructions, you can park for free overnight, relax and enjoy the canal and pubs.
Ok, some noise from the street, but still OK. Lovely view of the canal and the cows. Can fill up quickly so be prepared to not find a spot.

Prima plek om te overnachten in de stad. Je hoort de weg wel goed, maar dit stoorde ons niet. Je kunt te voet naar verschillende pubs en restaurants. Je kunt met honden langs het kanaal lopen. Er zijn wel fietsers (die belden) en joggers. Overdag meer auto's die dan met de fiets of honden hier starten. 's Avonds zijn er meerdere campers aanwezig.
Arrived at 11pm, and there was 1 space left. 6/7 vans here, some looked like theyd been here a bit. Its a super spot, next to the canal. There is significant road noise, so take ear plugs. Very popular place.
Stayed one night in my estate car. Peaceful, quiet and a lovely view to wake up to. Surrounded my camper vans and motorhomes made me feel safe.
Lovely setting for 1 night as you can wake up for a walk down the canal path only issue very busy road so quite a bit of noise. pub next to area but shut when we arrived.
Lovely spot right by the canal. A lot of noise from the motorway so wouldn’t suit light sleepers, and a few midges due to being near the water, but other than that, a good place to park up.
Arrived around 10pm and there was already another camper and a few cars in the parking bays but still space for us (LWB) right by the canal. By the time we woke up in the morning all spaces were took. Absolutely gorgeous opening the side door to the canal, and had a lovely morning walk down the water. Also a bin right by the parking. Would definitely come again.

We are currently here and it doesn’t get much better than this. Canal, lovely pub, seats looking out to the water, rubber mats in the parking spaces for motorhomes, spacious, safe. Perfect.
Nice spot, stayed here loads of times. Relatively quiet apart from the ring road. unfortunately building work has taken up quite a number of parking spots more recently and the place is getting more popular. If there no space here, there are a number of parking spots within a few miles of Calverley.

Petit coin très sympa. Petit bémol la route qui passe au dessus est très empruntée mais il y a pas mal de place passé 19h pour garer plusieurs camping-cars
Safe place to park overnight on the outskirts of Leeds. Lots of joggers, cyclists and dog walkers use the canal towpath but they are no problem. The only issue is the noise from the Leeds ring-road which hardly relents overnight. That said, I would use this spot again.
We stayed here so we could go to a rugby match at Headingtley. Was the perfectly location for that, only 3.5 miles away. Lovely little spot next to the canal, near to the railway inn and quiet (other than a small amount of traffic noise)

I stayed here last night it’s a super spot and apart from a constant traffic sound just at the back of the camper it was super, it’s very handy for visiting Leeds or Bradford the actual parking area was quiet. There are rubbish bins.
Great park up spot, plenty of spaces. Local pubs close by. There is noise from the busy road but it's hardly noticeable. We stopped Fri and Sat night and it gets very busy with walkers during the day. Will stop over again, looking forward to exploring the area again.
