This place is indeed open, and we stayed one before heading to Winnats Pass. The host was wonderful, and facilities were clean and rustic. A little tight to get back and into, but we did fine in our motorhome. They offer meals, too, but we didn't order any.
Vanuit Lady Bower naar deze plek gereden omdat de foto’s van de accommodatie er erg prettig uit zagen. Eenmaal daar hing er een bordje gesloten en zag het terrein er naar wat wij konden zien behoorlijk anders uit. Wat vooral erg spijtig is, is dat er geen enkele manier is om te informeren of er nog plek beschikbaar is.

got us in at short notice what lovely scenic place. nice and quiet, toilet and kitchen area nice and clean.very friendly will definitely return for a longer visit.
Le nom indiqué sur place est différent ce qui nous a induit en erreur. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le champ de Debbie et John, qui pour le même prix ne propose pas de recharger en eau et de vider les eaux grises et noires. Donc un peu déçus pour ça. Mais grand champ de niveau dans lequel nous avons passé une nuit très calme.

Heatherhill Farm. £20 per night for our campervan. Basic, clean facilities - 1 toilet & 1 pot wash sink. Drinking water. Small site, so phone in advance to check availability. Could get boggy after prolonged rain, but tractor is on hand.
Great little set up. No showers but a toilet, water, elec hook up, a washing up sink (with hot water) and an Elsan empty point. £20 a night with electric. Can walk straight from the site on a while network of walking and cycling paths. Nice community run pub/cafe in village … pub only serves food in the evenings on a Friday sat and Sunday
Lovely place beautiful views to wake up too , really friendly owner was more than happy to help pull our large motorhome off the field , facilities were adequate , park was close by which was great for the kids . Would recommend and will be staying again .
Stayed here for one night and the owners were very friendly. Site only had one space but we had called up earlier to confirm a booking. The owner used a honesty box for paying but we still payed the £22 that others had paid as we used the electric hookup and water to fill up our tank.
Nice small site. The only thing I would say was there were 4 vans, so 1 loo was a bit optimistic! Also the sink for the loo was the same as the washing up sink, so you had to wait if someone was washing up. We had our own facilities, but might be a bit annoying if you didn't.
Nice small site, 1 field for campers and another field for a couple of tents. Very simple toilet and washing up station but it works. There is a female dog that walks around freely, which my male dog was very interested in.. Would stay again.
Very unwelcoming. I admit I arrived around 9pm but there was plenty of space left, I rang and asked if I can stay for a night in a car and the owner said it's full... Found another site 10mins drive away and have been welcomed to stay so I'm definitely not coming back. Sorry!
Great quiet site, very small but good washing up and toilet facilities. Paid £20 pn including ehu. Dogs welcome.
Great stop. The owners are very welcoming. We called in with very little notice and they made room for us(didnt need electric) clean toulet facilities and waste disposal. Definitely recommend
Great little site. Short walk up the hill into Bamford which has a good PH cum PO cum Cafe. Would return.
