Well, if one arrives at night or super early morning, maybe... During the sunny day the place is fully packed, no chance for big rigs. Even for small cars there are no more than ~20 places in total along this road. Road to this place is quite narrow going through crowdy street with shops and hotels. Passable with RV, but no turnaround places except the dead end of the road.
