D'un côté ou de l'autre de la rivière : au bout du parking du restaurant ou au bord d'une route peu fréquentée. Petit coin magnifique au bord d'un barrage où l'on peut nager dans le courant, plonger du toit, sauter à l'eau avec une corde ou descendre le barrage sur un toboggan. Petite plage, cascade, il y a plein d'endroits pour s'asseoir, pique-niquer et dormir dans un camion si vous pouvez explorer un peu.
On one side or the other of the river: at the end of the restaurant car park or at the edge of a road with little traffic. Small beautiful corner at the edge of a dam where you can swim in the current, dive from the roof, jump into the water with a rope or down the dam on a slide. Small beach, waterfall, there are plenty of places to sit, picnic and sleep in a truck if you can explore a little.
Auf der einen oder anderen Seite des Flusses: am Ende des Parkplatzes des Restaurants oder am Rande einer Straße mit wenig Verkehr. Kleine schöne Ecke am Rande eines Staudamms, wo man in der Strömung schwimmen, vom Dach springen, mit einem Seil ins Wasser springen oder auf einer Rutsche den Staudamm hinunterfahren kann. Kleiner Strand, Wasserfall, es gibt viele Orte zum Sitzen, Picknicken und Schlafen in einem Lastwagen, wenn Sie ein wenig erkunden können.

we parked just where the pictures are taken. there are other pull-ins, but they are darker and very wet. can hear the river and occasional cars overnight, but considering it was very quiet and no issues. stood with several others Nice walks. no services, just a bin and it's not level. worth a stop
Très bel endroit au calme avec la rivière et cascade en contre bas. Parking facile pour 1 ou 2 CC. les familles piqueniquent au bord de l eau.
Ein paar Autos sid in der Nacht vorbei. Sonnst ruhig. Der Strand war noch bis 8 sowas sehr belebt.
Klidné místo s odpadkovým košem. Možno sejít k řece. Okoupat se. Po 10 hodině večer jelo 1 auto. Ráno v pondělí popeláři vysypávali koš. Dobré nestát přímo u koše. Ve městě pekárna, pizzerie. Kousek dál autem proti proudu řeky pěkné vodopády. Stojí za návštěvu.
We stayed here for one night. Nice and fairly level ground to park on. Not much traffic. The pond is bubbling in the background, but it's cozy.
Sehr schöner und überraschend sauberer Platz im Grünen und doch so nah an der Autobahn. Perfekt für die Durchreise. Der Blick auf die nahegelegene Industrie stört nicht. Die unmittelbar angrenzende Staustufe sorgt für ein konstantes Wasserrauschen - für uns ebenfalls kein Problem. Etwa 150m weiter der Straße folgend kommt nochmal eine Parkbucht (Max 2 Fahrzeuge) und ein Zugang zum Wasser.
Spent a quiet night here, and nice walking trails for a walk with the dog. Trash can where the pin is.
Amazing quiet and charming spot, under so many tall trees, next to a road but is not the main one, therefore was very quiet during the night and just few cars during the day, next to the river but up, not river view but amazing forest vire, there is also a bin to leave your garbage there. Please respect nature, be clean and enjoy ?
Großartiger Platz für eine Nacht. Wir kamen erst um 22.00 Uhr an, keiner war hier außer uns. Schöne Zeit mit den Hunden am Morgen beim Wehr.
In summer weekend there is almost impossible to park, because a lot of people park here for a river “beach”.

Super emplacement ! Nous sommes arrivés en milieu d'après midi et sommes restés jusqu'au lendemain matin. C'est un lieu très fréquenté par les locaux pour des baignades, pique nique et apéros mais le soir nous étions seuls pour dîner au bord de la rivière. Nuit tranquille, nous conseillons cet endroit !
Good parking to rest, sleep and enjoy the evening. A bit busy during the day/evening. Everything got quiet around 21:00-22:00, no action at night. You can swim a little and grill on the beach.

This specific place shown on the photo was very nice. We parked in a way so that the back of the car was in between the trees and the front of the car towards the road, that made us feel very comfortable. The town is a small industrial town and the road next to which the parking spot is, leads to a restaurant and some industrial building. Not a lot of cars drive here. Sound of the River was nice.

Wir waren zwei Nächte die Einzigen über Nacht, schön ruhig bis auf das Wehr aber das fanden wir eher schön als Hintergrundgeräusch. Die Wanderung zum Traunfall lohnt sich (ca. 8 km hin und zurück). Wir haben uns noch mit einem netten Einheimischen unterhalten, der auch meinten wir würden hier nicht stören. Also Platz weiterhin sauber halten und genießen!
Überfüllt,mitlerweile zu viele Leute. Privatsphäre bleibt eher aus, die Ruhe zu genießen wird dadurch unmöglich.
Keine Parkflächen und die Polizei verteilt mittlerweile strafen. Einheimische Beschweren sich.
Toller Spot am Rand einer Straße, welche zu einem Restaurant führt. Deswegen fahren abends so zw. 22:00 - Mitternacht immer mal Autos vorbei, ansonsten ist der Platz ruhig und nicht weit davon entfernt ist ein Mega Traun Wasserfall Badeplatz! Man hört das Wasser ständig rauschen, wir finden das sehr beruhigend :)
Krásné místo pár metrů od řeky. V noci tu projede pár aut, ale nijak nás to nerušilo. Spali tu další 2 auta a vešli jsme se.
Beautiful setting. Parking space is fairly small, a wooded lay-by with room for 2-3 vans. We parked up here in our converted minibus and the kids had a great time playing by the lake. No facilities but it was peaceful, stunning scenery and the kids loved it. There were people swimming in the lake in the morning. Only thing to note was our propane gas cooker didn’t really work due to the altitude.
Bien, le long de la rivière, avec le bruit d une cascade. Si vous aimez le poisson grillé, passez le pont, à gauche vers le musée à 300m vous trouverez un petit restaurant super.
Very relaxing and quiet - unless you don't like the sound of the river rapids and birds chirping in late May. Great for dog walking and/or bike rides.

Il y avait des travaux et nous n'avons pas pu stationner à l'endroit annoncé. Nous nous sommes rabattus sur le parking du musée du papier mâcher tout au bout près des poubelles. Pour une nuit ça n'a pas posé de problème. Il y a une aire de jeux pour les enfants et si on longe un peu la berge on peut quand même descendre dans la rivière. C'est plus calme qu'au bagage.

Super spot if you're staying for one night. Not to far away from the motorway but still silent. You only hear the river Traun which is next to you. Definitely recommend staying one night.

Pretty place, next to a river, slighty bussier road, but nothing that would keep you awake at night.
Spent a rather peaceful night here. Indeed the water is hearable, and especially in the morning the area gor almost "crowded" with fishermen, but still a great place. Few cars went past us during the night, hence the city is close by.
A very nice place. We parked next to trash bins, which are convenient. The river is a 5-minute walk away. You can hear the dam quite loud, but if you have ear plugs it's okay.
Wir standen gleich in der ersten Parkbucht entlang der Straße. Die nahegelegene Badestelle ist super und scheint auch bei den Einheimischen beliebt zu sein. Der laute Fluss störte uns nicht, die morgens ab ca. 6:30 Uhr vorbei fahrenden stinkenden Lkw hingegen schon.
La rivière est grandiose. L'eau très claire, la profondeur pour nager. En revanche le spot n'est en effet pas très agréable, le quartier glauque. Mais j'y ai passé une nuit au calme, bonne expérience. Merci !
Good spot, the river is quite loud but this is not a problem to sleep. Stayed one night without problem with a van and a tent on the side of the road. Really nice to chill on the river bed.

Not really a camping spot, just few pockets along forest road. Can fit 1-2 campers each max. Road is quite at night and bathing possible, but if you have 7m plus camper you will take whole spot - not very friendly for locals. overall night stay is ok, but not make it your camping ground and stay long
Nous n'avons pas compris où l'on est sensé se garer. Aux coordonnées données, il y avait un bourbier de gadoue et de feuilles mortes, minuscule et totalement impropre à un stationnement.
Pěkné místo, zůstali jsme přes noc. Poblíž je benzínka se sparem kde jsme si mohli nakoupit i nějaké maso na gril, vajíčka na snídani atd. Poměrně dost lidí se odpoledne šlo vykoupat, takže dávejte pozor kde parkujete ať vás nezablokují. Nice place.
Super místečko, podél málo frekventované silnice. Slyšíte jen šumění vody od nedalekého jezu. Doporučuji koupání. Krásná čistá voda!

Heerlijke plek! Parkeren is boven aan de weg, slechts 3-4 plekjes, wel volop in het groen, met vuilbak in de buurt dus redelijk proper. Het water beneden is ZALIG. Zwemmen, pootjebaden,... lovely
Nous avons cherché, sans trop de conviction il est vrai, mais il y avait beaucoup trop de voitures garées en bord de route et nous avons passé notre chemin.
Très sympa pour faire une pause mais beaucoup de courant pour se baigner.
