We were not allowed to park here with our Ducato van. A very aggressive and unfriendly guard made that clear, after which he concentrated on accommodating an almost as big Mercedes again. Not like we’re used to in Albania. Tip: park at the other side from the water and take the ‘ferry’ back to Butrint.
Ohne Service, aber flach und in der Nacht ruhig. Der Betrieb geht allerdings früh los. Die grossen Reisebusse bringen Touristen erst kurz vor 9 Uhr. Ideal für den Besuch der Ausgrabung von Butrint.
Very busy parking during day.
Wir sind spät am Abend angekommen - keine Seele am Parkplatz. Haben im Restaurant gefragt, ob wir übernachten dürfen - war kein Problem, uns wurde sogar Strom angeboten (keine Ahnung wie das hätte funktionieren sollen, aber brauchten wir nicht). Ab 9:30 ist der Parkplatz bis auf den letzten Millimeter mit Reisebussen voll. Also parkt dementsprechend, weil wenden ist nicht möglich.
We didn't want to stay overnight, just look at the site. So we drove to the original parking lot diagonally opposite the restaurant. The park attendant aggressively sent us (T6 short version) away immediately, even though there were spots available out of season. He gives the impression that he is overwhelmed with his job and confused. In summary, unfortunately no hospitable reception here.

Der Parkplatz gegenüber des Hotels war morgens um 7:30 Uhr leer, sodass wir uns einfach hinstellten. Das antike Butrint öffnet in der Sommersaison erst um 9:00 Uhr und kostet 1000 lekë Eintritt pro Person. Wir haben als Fußgänger die Fähre genutzt (75 lekë pro Person pro Überfahrt), um uns die dreieckige Burg anzugucken. Beim parken an der Fähre war ein Polizist und hat die Fahrzeuge kontrolliert.
Wir wollten uns Butrint anschauen, wurden aber vom Parkplatzwächter verscheucht. Keine Chance einen Tagesparkplatz zu finden.
Es ist ein Parkplatz, neben einem Sumpfgebiet. Wegen der vielen Mücken sind wir weiter gefahren.
Wir standen aufgrund schlechten Wetters sogar 2 Nächte. Wir haben im Hotel gefragt und sie hatten kein Problem damit. Tagsüber wegen der Bustouristen stark frequentiert. Nachts ruhig und man kann gut die vielen Vögel des Nationalparks hören. Früh kommt der erste Linienbus allerdings um kurz nach 7 und wendet am Platz - also nix für Langschläfer…

Super parking. Restés 1 nuit le 31 mars. nous avons bien mangé (un peu cher pour le standard albanais, mais revenant de la Grèce ça nous était raisonnable). Internet marchait bien, et à 7:00am le personnel a ouvert les toilettes pour nous. Ils nous ont même proposé de prendre une douche dans une des chambres. Ils sont très sympa (le fait d’avoir bien mangé/bu au resto de l‘hotel a sûrement joué).
Bon spot avec belle vue sur la lagune au coucher du soleil. Nous avons demandé l'autorisation à l'hôtel qui accepté et c'est gratuit. Nuit calme malgré quelques passages de véhicules le matin et le soir. Wifi correct sur le parking, serait peut-être meilleur sur les places à coté de l'hôtel.
We stayed here in early December and had a quiet night outside the hotel. We had a couple of drinks and the owners and their pets were lovely. The wifi was good and just about managed to stretch to some parts of the van. It was a very short walk to the archeological park the following day.
El parquing del hotel tiene bastante sombra. Cenamos en el hotel (2 personas 14€ un plato de arroz con vegetales, pechuga de pollo, sin nada más) y botella de agua de 0.70L. Comida bastante floja y poca cantidad. Preguntamos si podiamos quedarnos en el parquing del hotel y nos dijeron que si. No nos ofrecieron nada más (ni agua, ni usar el baño...). Viajamos en Van.
Fantastic free park up. We stayed for 3 nights. Level car park next to wetland full of birds. The hotel opposite is owned by great people. They allowed us to use the shower and toilets. The restaurant does good food, if a little expensive.
Nice level spot to spend a night. Parked across the street from the hotel on the asphalt because of the heavy rains. Great WIFI with updated access code: livia123 Parking is free but make sure to ask the hotel in advance plus purchase dinner or drinks. A bit pricey but it's a tourist area and FREE parking!
Haben hier auf dem geschotterte Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel übernachtet. Schatten unter den Bäumen und guter WIFI Empfang. Wurden vom Hotelpersonal herzlich empfangen hier zu Übernachten und haben kostenlos Strom und WiFi angeboten bekommen. Weiterempfehlung!
Nice and quiet place next to a very lovely restaurant. At the reception they offered free wifi and even electricity connection. 1 minute walk to the Butrint national park.
Parking en face de l'hôtel gratuit pour la visite du site. Nous nous garé juste à côté du restaurant sous les arbres a l'ombre où nous avons pu y dormir.Bon restaurant et personnel très sympathique.
The spot is free (ask the hotel first), shadow and right next to the Butrint site. We also tried the restaurant which was a bad experience and a bit pricy…

Freundliches Hotelpersonal, gute Küche. Man kann als Gast auch neben dem Restaurant unter schattigen Bäumen, etwas abgeschirmt von der Straße parken.
Go into the hotel and have dinner. It’s awesome. Alex and Olivia are so kind and welcoming. They offered us the parking lot for electric hookup and also WiFi and use of the toilets. It was a really relaxing and refreshing place after all of the other Ksamil no’s.
We stayed here for a night in April 2012. The owner and his wife were so incredibly kind. Even offered us a shower and use of the facilities for free! They suggested we moved to next to the hotel so we could plug in (we were parked in the car park opposite) highly recommend going in and getting dinner or just buying a drink. So so hospitable

Nuit tranquille en bord, de côté et avec le site de Butrint à 5 mn à pied qui vaut le détour pour une jolie balade dans le temps et la nature
Nuit au calme après visite du site. Nous avons demandé l'autorisation pour rester sur le parking et utilisation du wifi (code toujours valable).
Parking (devant l'hôtel) pour la visite du site des gros véhicules. wifi de celui-ci accessible (voir code donné valable). Beau cadre, même sous la pluie, le site archéologique est bien mais pas incontournable.
Parking plat, relativement calme en basse saison. Le restaurant de l'hôtel n'étant pas ouvert nous avons pris un verre et le serveur a accepté volontiers que nous dormions sur le parking. Wifi au top et code toujours valide, ça dépanne bien !

Très bon accueil ("pour une nuit", dixit le serveur). Prix du restaurant acceptable compte tenu de la qualité de la prestations. Préférer le parking très ombragé contigu au restaurant.
