Not the best spot for bigger motorhomes.. the places are small and the area is a bit sloped, so there are few spots that work for a more or less comfortable night..
Parking sans V/E, adapté uniquement aux petits camping-cars et vans. Avantage : parking ombragé, très bon marché en zone verte, jusqu'à 5 jours, gratuit le week-end et la nuit (paiement avec appli possible). Directement sur la magnifique vieille ville, à 2 minutes à pied.
Parking without V/E, only suitable for small motorhomes and vans. Advantage: shaded parking, very cheap in the green zone, up to 5 days, free at weekends and at night (payment with app possible). Directly on the beautiful old town, 2 minutes walk.
Parken ohne V/E, nur für kleine Reisemobile und Transporter geeignet. Vorteil: schattiger Parkplatz, sehr günstig in der grünen Zone, bis zu 5 Tage, am Wochenende und nachts kostenlos (Bezahlung mit App möglich). Direkt an der schönen Altstadt, 2 Gehminuten.

MB406196812/09/2024Dit adres, Brauhausgasse 4, KLOPT NIET!Het bleek niet de mooie parkeerplaats te zijn zoals in de beschrijving! Was héél smal en erg weinig parkeerplekken. Aldaar hebben wij vervolgens de coördinaten ingegeven, waarna we de hier beschreven parkeerplaats met veel plekken en ook veel bomen en schaduwplekken, bereikten. Het juiste adres is: Jakob-Prandtauer-Straße! Slechts 300m tot Stift Melk.

Great parking 6 mins away from Stift Melk. Free weekdays 18.00-9.00 and weekends. During weekdays paying hours: 0.60€ for 1h, after this first hour 0.30€ per 30mins up to 4€ a day. 20€ per week max. App available.

We arrived at night, easy to park and use the “easy park” app , quiet and we felt safe. Close to a very nice cafe with good breakfast/brunch. Close to the main street and the monastery. A nice place to stay for a day trip to Melk! (And please respect the parking lines as well as possible please.)

Inclinado, sin servicios, pero junto al centro de Melk y a la abadía. Además, con sombra. Desgraciadamente, algunos no respetan los espacios, como se ve en la foto. Son los responsables de las prohibiciones que nos van poniendo. A 2 km, al otro lado del pueblo, hay otro espacio en el que caben las autocaravanas grandes. Una pena.

Parking très proche de l'abbeye. Le week-end, il est gratuit. Beaucoup de places.
