Vue exceptionnelle, 2 cerfs dans l'après midi. Midges le soir. Pas de bruit de la route. Aucun service sauf la table de pic nic, merci de ne laisser aucun déchets et de ne pas faire de feu !!!
Très bel endroit ! On entend assez peu la route le soir, très bien pour passer une nuit. Si vous avez de la chance vous verrez des cerfs ! Et une vue magnifique. Barrière à 2m de haut max à l'entrée (10/2025).
Spot très calme avec une super vue. On entendait les cerfs au loin. Nous étions 4 véhicules mais il y a de la place pour être espacé. La barrière des 2m est toujours présente. Je recommande ce spot avant d’aller dans la vallée de Glencoe.
Stunning! Is near the road but tucked away so you don't hear any noises, road is relatively quiet anyway (in april) peaceful and beautiful, well worth the stop.
Excellent spot - 2m barrier in place. Stunning views over Loch Leven. We stayed on a Friday night ended up with circa 6 camper vans but plenty of space. As below - midges get pretty hardcore in the evening/early morning if no wind. Public Toilets only 1.5miles away in Kinlochleven.
Super vue, spot calme, nous avons été rejoins par plusieurs campeurs dans la soirée (le spot est grand donc ce n’était pas un problème). Réveil avec le bruit des mouettes de la seagull’s island.
Great place to stay overnight - nice and empty (on Easter Sunday!) and set back from the road a little, quite road near by at night and beautiful views over the loch!
As others have mentioned 2m barrier which is metal so wouldn’t risk it if you are unsure of your height!
Excellent spot for small campervan, space for a few vehicles but as mentioned there is a 2m height barrier. Lots of midges, good mobile data reception and lovely view across the loch. Set back from the road more than other spots along this road so a bit quieter
Only suitable for smaller campervans and cars, as it has a height restriction barrier at the entrance. Amazing scenery and very quiet. Watch out for the midges.
Amazing place but the worst midges we experienced on our whole trip in August. Couldn’t open the van doors, literally had to flee to the hotel in the nearby village to be able to get changed and brush our teeth in the morning!
