Très bel emplacement spacieux et au calme. 30£ pour la nuit 1 van et 2 personnes. Sanitaires très propres. Beau site pour se rendre à pied au mur d'Hadrien et faire une randonnée tout le long du mur. A disposition lave-linge et sèche-linge. Seuls les prix sont prohibitifs (4£ et 5£ chacun). Sinon tout est OK.
Toller Campingplatz nahe dem Hadrians Wall. Ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar, man sollte aber vernünftiges Schuhwerk anhaben, trittsicher sein und keine Angst vor Schafen oder Kühen haben. Saubere Sanitäranlagen und freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter.
Sehr schöner und ruhiger Campingplatz mit freundlichen Inhabern. Alles war sehr sauber (Duschen / Toiletten). Das angebotene Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker.
Wirklich schön hergerichteter Csmpingplatz in der Nähe des Hadrianswalls. Im April zahlt man für eine Person mit Hund und Campervan unter 7m 29,-£.

Stayed here 26/1/25. £20/ night. Lovely location, friendly staff, well kept facilities. Shower block very clean, heated in the morning, but not later in the day. Water warm, not hot though. Great location for walks to The Sill, Sycamore Gap, Vindolanda and other parts of the wall. Would defo come back in the summer to make the most of it.

stayed here the 23rd November just turned up on spec, couldn't of been more accommodating we got a lovely pitch with ehu. facilties spotless and we woke up to snow in the morning magical stay highly reccomend.

Brilliant site very near hadrians wall abs has everything you want, clean toilets, kitchen showers and washing facilities. Really quiet overnight and very friendly and warm welcome on arrival.
Great welcome for our 2 night stay - Flat hard standing with views!! Hot showers & beautifully clean throughout :) on-site laundry allowed us a wash @ £3.50…..! 20 mins walk to Hadrians Wall. Loved this place and will return here for sure.

Camping très sympa, super accueil.Ja confirme que l'accès a certaines places puissent être difficile en fonction du véhicule.Nous avons payé 25£. Possibilité de prendre un petit-déjeuner typique de 08h30 à 10h00.J'ai moins apprécié le vestiaire collectif douche/ wc. Quand vous vous déshabillez avant d'entrer dans la cabine de douche, vous êtes visible des gens qui viennent aux wc.
Idéalement situé à 15 min de marche du mur. 20 min de marche d’un pub. Nombreux départs de randos à proximité. Très bon accueil, sanitaires propres. Emplacement large et plats en graviers stable. Très calme !
Très bon camping. Sanitaires classes et très propres, accueil sympathique, nuit paisible au milieu des canards et des lapins, chants des oiseaux au matin… tout ça pour un prix très correct d’environ 17£. Balade magnifique à proximité

Sehr netter Campingplatz, wie wir ihn lieben-keine so Riesenplätze-, ideal gelegen für eine Wanderung am Hadrians Wall. Wir wurden sehr gut empfangen und bekamen einen tollen „Hardstanding-Pitch mit Strom“, die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und gepflegt und das Wasser zum duschen ist schön heiß.
Wunderbar angelegter neuer Campingplatz mit Shop. VE tadellos und praktisch angelegt, mit Bodenabbfluss für Grauwasser. Duschen und Toiletten neu, sehr sauber und im Preis inbegriffen.

Petit camping isolé de la route avec superbe vue. Attention, l’accès à certains emplacements est difficile et ne pourra pas se faire avec un gros camping-car. Balade magnifique le long du mur d’Hadrien et le sycomore tree ! Les sanitaires sont ok, mais c’est la foire d’empoigne pour les machines à laver ! Certains campeurs peuvent enlever votre linge du sèche linge pour en profiter gratuitement !
Accueil très sympathique, sanitaires propres, très bien situé pour randonner jusqu’au mur d’Hadrian et quelques kilomètres plus loins le fameux arbre de Robin des bois (Sygamore Gap) et prenant le temps de s’arrêter à twice brewed inn, brasserie fondée en 1464
Hübscher kleiner und gepflegter Campingplatz mit sauberen Sanitäranlagen in herrlicher Umgebung. Wir kamen spät und bekamen den Platz am Ententeich gegenüber der Reception/ Waschhaus. Dadurch war es morgens früh schon recht belebt. Aber der Empfang war sehr freundlich und für eine Nacht okay. Im Café morgens gab es allerdings nichts süßes, hier also nur für English Breakfast Liebhaber
In alle talen wordt deze camping aangeprezen en dat klopt allemaal. Wij staan er maar voor één nacht omdat we morgen naar de ferry rijden. Ca. 1h30 voor ons een plek om te onthouden. Ook na sluitingstijd van de receptie goed geholpen. Een aanrader! £25.50 zonder elektriciteit.

Excellent site. We do three nights free camping then one night on a site. This has everything we need - showers, washing machines, chemical waste disposal and all in a fantastic location, £25 per night is reasonable these days.
Ein sehr schöner und ruhiger Platz. Wir haben einen Stellplatz mit toller Aussicht. Als Ausgangspunkt zum wandern an der Hadrians Wall einfach super. Selbst ein Bus hält vorne an der Straße, der alle 2 Stunden fährt.Zumindest jetzt Ende März. Sehr familiär mit sehr freundlichen Betreibern. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wie schon Jemand zuvor schrieb, ist die Anfahrt sehr steil.
dies war ein sehr schöner kleiner Campingplatz mit sehr netten Personal,bzw Eigentümern... die Zufahrt ist ein wenig steil, aber die Stelle des Platzes ist sehr schön auch für Wanderungen quer durch die Felder geeignet. wir haben 25£ bezahlt ohne Strom. wir haben heute morgen sogar Egg,Bacon ,sausage im Brötchen zum Frühstück gehabt...
ruhig, gemütlich, familiengeführt, freundliche Atmosphäre. Hier stecken sehr nette Leute viel Herzblut rein, das merkt man. Die Plätze für Camper / Wohnmobile sind tlw Terrassenartig in die Hügel gebaut, trotzdem sehr gerade. Alle Einrichtungen sehr sauber. 25 min zu Fuß ein sehr nettes Inn (Milecastle). Wenn man spontan einen Platz braucht, lieber anrufen oder hinfahren statt Email schreiben.
Einfach unheimlich freundliche Atmosphäre. Auch die Würstchen zum Frühstück waren klasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ein wunderbarer kleiner Campingplatz, sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt, tolle sanitäre Anlagen, ausreichend Platz mit Blick in die herrliche Umgebung. Ein herzlicher Empfang, kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Wanderung entlang des Hadrians Wall kann direkt vom Campingplatz starten. Sehr empfehlenswert! (23 GBP ohne Strom/28 GBP mit Strom)
Nous avons passé une nuit magnifique dans ce camping. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Un accueil chaleureux, des installations sanitaires qui fonctionnent et un service eaux usées eaux potable, efficace. C est le meilleur qualité prix de notre voyage. Je recommande chaudement !

Nice little campsite with good walks in the area. Facilities are all in a cabin-style block, with good hot showers. Ducks, chickens and rabbits all over the site. Quiet area but some works currently going on - woke up with a tractor parked next to us.

Fantastic campsite for walking near Hadrian's Wall. Friendly people. The Showers are amazing and everything is spotlessly clean. Peaceful at night with a great view of the stars when its clear. Local pubs not far away and serve nice food.
